U petak ujutro na plaži u Baškoj Vodi 45-godišnji muškarac fizički je napao 51-godišnjeg Nijemca zbog, kako javlja čitatelj Jutarnjeg, ležaljke za plažu. Na teren je odmah izašla policija, ogradila dio plaže i privela 45-godišnjaka. Baška Voda inače je općina s najviše koncesijskih odobrenja za ležaljke, a ovaj incident jedan je u nizu obračuna između koncesionara i turista, piše Jutarnji.

Ranije ove godine, u lipnju, mještanin je napao muškarca iz Poljske. Svjedoci su rekli kako se radi o Mati Roščiću, sinu načelnika općine Joška Roščića. Dvije godine prije, 2018., komunalni redar napao je dvije djevojke. Oba događaja imala su jednak povod. Turisti su pomaknuli prazne ležaljke da bi na plažu postavili svoje ručnike. Iako prema pravilniku koncesionari prazne ležaljke niti ne smiju ostavljati na plaži, pomicanje ih ljuti pa napadaju kupače. Policija još ne može govoriti o okolnostima jutrošnjeg obračuna, no prema opisima svjedoka, radi se o istovjetnoj situaciji.

- Jedan od koncesionara u petak rano ujutro potukao se s turistom. Ne znam o kojem koncesionaru se radi. Plažu su ogradili trakom, bilo je i krvi - javio je Jutarnjem stanovnik Baške Vode.

- Dublja stvar se dešava. Zakon o pomorskom dobru je dobro napisan, međutim nitko ga se ne pridržava. U pravilniku jasno piše da se ležaljke moraju držati na hrpi i tek kad gost zatraži, postavlja se ležaljka. Općina smo u županiji s najviše koncesijskih odobrenja, čak 121 za ležaljke. Ujutro ležaljke pobacaju po plaži da ih gost mora iznajmiti jer inače ne bi imao gdje staviti ručnik. To je jedan politički projekt koji načelnik ne želi spriječiti jer na račun tih koncesija dobiva glasove - komentirao je nered s ležaljkama.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Makarska dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 45-godišnjakom zbog sumnje da je počinio prekršaj Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnoga reda i mira. Sumnja se da je na plaži napao 51-godišnjeg muškarca iz Njemačke. Zadao mu je lakšu tjelesnu ozljedu. Napadač je uz optužni prijedlog priveden na općinski prekršajni sud, javljaju iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske.

U petak ujutro na plaži u Baškoj Vodi 45-godišnji muškarac fizički je napao 51-godišnjeg Nijemca zbog, kako javlja čitatelj Jutarnjeg, ležaljke za plažu. Na teren je odmah izašla policija, ogradila dio plaže i privela 45-godišnjaka. Baška Voda inače je općina s najviše koncesijskih odobrenja za ležaljke, a ovaj incident jedan je u nizu obračuna između koncesionara i turista, piše Jutarnji.

Ranije ove godine, u lipnju, mještanin je napao muškarca iz Poljske. Svjedoci su rekli kako se radi o Mati Roščiću, sinu načelnika općine Joška Roščića. Dvije godine prije, 2018., komunalni redar napao je dvije djevojke. Oba događaja imala su jednak povod. Turisti su pomaknuli prazne ležaljke da bi na plažu postavili svoje ručnike. Iako prema pravilniku koncesionari prazne ležaljke niti ne smiju ostavljati na plaži, pomicanje ih ljuti pa napadaju kupače. Policija još ne može govoriti o okolnostima jutrošnjeg obračuna, no prema opisima svjedoka, radi se o istovjetnoj situaciji.

- Jedan od koncesionara u petak rano ujutro potukao se s turistom. Ne znam o kojem koncesionaru se radi. Plažu su ogradili trakom, bilo je i krvi - javio je Jutarnjem stanovnik Baške Vode.

- Dublja stvar se dešava. Zakon o pomorskom dobru je dobro napisan, međutim nitko ga se ne pridržava. U pravilniku jasno piše da se ležaljke moraju držati na hrpi i tek kad gost zatraži, postavlja se ležaljka. Općina smo u županiji s najviše koncesijskih odobrenja, čak 121 za ležaljke. Ujutro ležaljke pobacaju po plaži da ih gost mora iznajmiti jer inače ne bi imao gdje staviti ručnik. Policijski službenici Policijske postaje Makarska dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 45-godišnjakom zbog sumnje da je počinio prekršaj Zakona o prekršajima protiv javnoga reda i mira. Sumnja se da je na plaži napao 51-godišnjeg muškarca iz Njemačke. Zadao mu je lakšu tjelesnu ozljedu. Napadač je uz optužni prijedlog priveden na općinski prekršajni sud, javljaju iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske.

U petak ujutro na plaži u Baškoj Vodi 45-godišnji muškarac fizički je napao 51-godišnjeg Nijemca zbog, kako javlja čitatelj Jutarnjeg, ležaljke za plažu. Na teren je odmah izašla policija, ogradila dio plaže i privela 45-godišnjaka. Baška Voda inače je općina s najviše koncesijskih odobrenja za ležaljke, a ovaj incident jedan je u nizu obračuna između koncesionara i turista, piše Jutarnji.

Ranije ove godine, u lipnju, mještanin je napao muškarca iz Poljske. Svjedoci su rekli kako se radi o Mati Roščiću, sinu načelnika općine Joška Roščića.
