Promatrači UN-a otkrili su da krhotine projektila koji je 2. siječnja pao na ukrajinski grad Harkiv potječu od sjevernokorejskog balističkog projektila serije Hwasong-11, ekskluzivno javlja Reuters.

U izvješću od 32 stranice koje su dostavili odboru Vijeća sigurnosti, zaključili su da ‘krhotine izvađene iz projektila koji je pao u Harkiv potječu od projektila serije Hwasong-11 iz Demokratske Narodne Republike Koreje‘ i krše embargo na oružje za tu zemlju.

Službeno poznata kao Demokratska Narodna Republika Koreja (DNRK), Sjeverna Koreja je pod sankcijama UN-a zbog svojih balističkih projektila i nuklearnog programa još od 2006. godine, a mjere su se samo pojačale tijekom godina, piše Jutarnji list. 

Trojica promatrača otputovala su u Ukrajinu ranije ovog mjeseca, kako bi pregledali ostatke. Nisu pronašli dokaze da je projektil proizvela Rusija, ali također ‘nisu mogli samostalno identificirati odakle je projektil lansiran, niti tko ga je lansirao‘.

- Informacije o putanji koje su dostavile ukrajinske vlasti pokazuju da je lansiran unutar teritorija Ruske Federacije. Takva lokacija, da je projektil bio pod kontrolom ruskih snaga, vjerojatno bi upućivala na nabavu od strane državljana Ruske Federacije - napisali su u izvješću od 25. travnja koje su dostavili Odboru za sankcije Sjeverne Koreje.

Rusija je prošlog mjeseca stavila veto na godišnje produženje mandata UN-ovih promatrača - poznatijih kao panel stručnjaka koji već 15 godina prati provedbu UN-ovih sankcija za Sjevernu Koreju. Mandat sadašnjem panelu istječe u utorak.

SAD je već ranije optužio Sjevernu Koreju za nabavljanje oružja Rusiji za upotrebu protiv Ukrajine. Moskva i Pjongjang odbacili su optužbe i zatim prošle godine obećali produbiti vojne odnose.

Na sastanku Vijeća sigurnosti UN-a u veljači, SAD je ponovno optužio Rusiju za lansiranje balističkih projektila koje je isporučila Sjeverna Koreja na Ukrajinu u najmanje devet navrata. Promatrači UN-a tvrde da je Pjongjang prvi put javno testirao balističke projektile serije Hwasong-11 tijekom 2019. godine.

Promatrači UN-a otkrili su da krhotine projektila koji je 2. siječnja pao na ukrajinski grad Harkiv potječu od sjevernokorejskog balističkog projektila serije Hwasong-11, ekskluzivno javlja Reuters.

U izvješću od 32 stranice koje su dostavili odboru Vijeća sigurnosti, zaključili su da ‘krhotine izvađene iz projektila koji je pao u Harkiv potječu od projektila serije Hwasong-11 iz Demokratske Narodne Republike Koreje‘ i krše embargo na oružje za tu zemlju.

Službeno poznata kao Demokratska Narodna Republika Koreja (DNRK), Sjeverna Koreja je pod sankcijama UN-a zbog svojih balističkih projektila i nuklearnog programa još od 2006. godine, a mjere su se samo pojačale tijekom godina, piše Jutarnji list. 

Trojica promatrača otputovala su u Ukrajinu ranije ovog mjeseca, kako bi pregledali ostatke. Nisu pronašli dokaze da je projektil proizvela Rusija, ali također ‘nisu mogli samostalno identificirati odakle je projektil lansiran, niti tko ga je lansirao‘.

- Informacije o putanji koje su dostavile ukrajinske vlasti pokazuju da je lansiran unutar teritorija Ruske Federacije. Takva lokacija, da je projektil bio pod kontrolom ruskih snaga, vjerojatno bi upućivala na nabavu od strane državljana Ruske Federacije - napisali su u izvješću od 25. travnja koje su dostavili Odboru za sankcije Sjeverne Koreje.

Rusija je prošlog mjeseca stavila veto na godišnje produženje mandata UN-ovih promatrača - poznatijih kao panel stručnjaka koji već 15 godina prati provedbu UN-ovih sankcija za Sjevernu Koreju. Mandat sadašnjem panelu istječe u utorak.

SAD je već ranije optužio Sjevernu Koreju za nabavljanje oružja Rusiji za upotrebu protiv Ukrajine. Moskva i Pjongjang odbacili su optužbe i zatim prošle godine obećali produbiti vojne odnose.

Promatrači UN-a otkrili su da krhotine projektila koji je 2. siječnja pao na ukrajinski grad Harkiv potječu od sjevernokorejskog balističkog projektila serije Hwasong-11, ekskluzivno javlja Reuters.

U izvješću od 32 stranice koje su dostavili odboru Vijeća sigurnosti, zaključili su da ‘krhotine izvađene iz projektila koji je pao u Harkiv potječu od projektila serije Hwasong-11 iz Demokratske Narodne Republike Koreje‘ i krše embargo na oružje za tu zemlju.

Službeno poznata kao Demokratska Narodna Republika Koreja (DNRK), Sjeverna Koreja je pod sankcijama UN-a zbog svojih balističkih projektila i nuklearnog programa još od 2006. godine, a mjere su se samo pojačale tijekom godina, piše Jutarnji list. 

Trojica promatrača otputovala su u Ukrajinu ranije ovog mjeseca, kako bi pregledali ostatke. Nisu pronašli dokaze da je projektil proizvela Rusija, ali također ‘nisu mogli samostalno identificirati odakle je projektil lansiran, niti tko ga je lansirao‘.

- Informacije o putanji koje su dostavile ukrajinske vlasti pokazuju da je lansiran unutar teritorija Ruske Federacije. Takva lokacija, da je projektil bio pod kontrolom ruskih snaga, vjerojatno bi upućivala na nabavu od strane državljana Ruske Federacije - napisali su u izvješću od 25. travnja koje su dostavili Odboru za sankcije Sjeverne Koreje.

Rusija je prošlog mjeseca stavila veto na godišnje produženje mandata UN-ovih promatrača - poznatijih kao panel stručnjaka koji već 15 godina prati provedbu UN-ovih sankcija za Sjevernu Koreju. Mandat sadašnjem panelu istječe u utorak.

SAD je već ranije optužio Sjevernu Koreju za nabavljanje oružja Rusiji za upotrebu protiv Ukrajine. Moskva i Pjongjang odbacili su optužbe i zatim prošle godine obećali produbiti vojne odnose.
