U dopisu iz Općinskog suda piše: “Po vašem zahtjevu br. 01-358/98 od 7. 1. 1998. godine provedeno je rješenje o izmjeni imena vlasnika, te vam se dostavljaju zemljišno-knjižni izvodi za nekretnine iz vašeg zahtjeva”. U potpisu stoji ime djelatnika u gruntovnici Vinka Tabaka.
Budući se zna da se državna zemlja ne može prodavati ni privatizirati, nego samo izdavati u zakup, postavlja se pitanje kako je to Lijanovićima uspjelo. To su pitanje uputili Općinskom vijeću Tomislav Grada i gore spomenuti članovi braniteljskih udruga navodeći da Lijanovići za to nisu platili ni marke.
U svemu ovome najčudnija je izjava višegodišnjeg načelnika Tomislav Grada Zdravka Prke da o tome ništa nije znao. No, neznanje ga ne oslobađa odgovornosti što je praktično darovao 612 hektara općinskih oranica. A ipak je znao, kažu neki vijećnici koji su ga već godinama upozoravali na taj problem, ali ga načelnik nije želio staviti na dnevni red Općinskog vijeća. Ovaj su put vijećnici odlučili formirati komisiju da sve to ispita.
Očekujući rezultate, narodu su ostala nagađanja. A ona kažu da su Lijanovići privatizirali farmu krava s objektima, pa uz to prislonili i rečene parcele. Bez nečijeg blagoslova iz vlasti to ne bi moglo biti pozitivno riješeno jer je nezakonito. No, u međuvremenu je umro Vinko Tabak koji je sve to uknjižio u gruntovnicu pa se stvar dodatno zakomplicirala.
Pravni stručnjaci kažu da se taj kupoprodajni ugovor (zapravo darovnica) mora poništiti kao nelegalan. Ako se sporni dokument poništi, u što ne bi trebalo sumnjati, Lijanovići bi Općini trebali platiti 367.200 maraka uz kamate.
Upravo toliko iznosi cijena zakupa (60 maraka godišnje po hektaru) na 612 hektara u deset godina. Tu cijenu koncesije plaćaju i ostali korisnici općinskog zemljišta u Tomislav Gradu. U dopisu iz Općinskog suda piše: “Po vašem zahtjevu br. 01-358/98 od 7. 1. 1998. godine provedeno je rješenje o izmjeni imena vlasnika, te vam se dostavljaju zemljišno-knjižni izvodi za nekretnine iz vašeg zahtjeva”. U potpisu stoji ime djelatnika u gruntovnici Vinka Tabaka.
Budući se zna da se državna zemlja ne može prodavati ni privatizirati, nego samo izdavati u zakup, postavlja se pitanje kako je to Lijanovićima uspjelo. To su pitanje uputili Općinskom vijeću Tomislav Grada i gore spomenuti članovi braniteljskih udruga navodeći da Lijanovići za to nisu platili ni marke.
U svemu ovome najčudnija je izjava višegodišnjeg načelnika Tomislav Grada Zdravka Prke da o tome ništa nije znao. No, neznanje ga ne oslobađa odgovornosti što je praktično darovao 612 hektara općinskih oranica. A ipak je znao, kažu neki vijećnici koji su ga već godinama upozoravali na taj problem, ali ga načelnik nije želio staviti na dnevni red Općinskog vijeća. Ovaj su put vijećnici odlučili formirati komisiju da sve to ispita.
Očekujući rezultate, narodu su ostala nagađanja. A ona kažu da su Lijanovići privatizirali farmu krava s objektima, pa uz to prislonili i rečene parcele. Bez nečijeg blagoslova iz vlasti to ne bi moglo biti pozitivno riješeno jer je nezakonito. No, u međuvremenu je umro Vinko Tabak koji je sve to uknjižio u gruntovnicu pa se stvar dodatno zakomplicirala.
Pravni stručnjaci kažu da se taj kupoprodajni ugovor (zapravo darovnica) mora poništiti kao nelegalan. Ako se sporni dokument poništi, u što ne bi trebalo sumnjati, Lijanovići bi Općini trebali platiti 367.200 maraka uz kamate.
Upravo toliko iznosi cijena zakupa (60 maraka godišnje po hektaru) na 612 hektara u deset godina. Tu cijenu koncesije plaćaju i ostali korisnici općinskog zemljišta u Tomislav Gradu.
