Zagrebački gradonačelnik Tomislav Tomašević održavo je konferenciju za novinare u Gradskoj upravi kao i svakog utorka.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika Luka Korlaet na početku presice osvrnuo se na obnovu nakon potresa u Zagrebu. Kazao je kako se kreće se s obnovom škola i kako je im je izuzetno stalo da se ispoštuju rokovi.

Komentirao je i preseljenje građana iz hostela Arena.

- Mjera je izglasana jednoglasno. Vodimo računa o sugrađanima koji su već na listi za dodjelu stanova. Kreće i izmjena programa mjera vezano uz zakon o obnovi, vlasništvu i javnoj nabavi, i vjerujemo da će te promjene ubrzati i pojednostavniti proces obnove.

Potom se novinarima obratio gradonačelnik Tomašević.

- Vezano uz početak školske godine, ništa se ne mijenja što se tiče udžbenika i radnih materijala. Pomoćnici u obrazovanju, drago mi je da smo uspjeli povući novac, projekt je vrijedan 20 milijuna kuna pa ćemo imati tri puta više pomoćnika. Uz EU sredstva financiramo dodatne pomoćnike u nastavi. Ukupno će biti angažirano 925 pomoćnika u nastavi i šest stručnih komunikacijskih posrednika što je najviše do sada.

- Što se tiče vrtića, zaprimili smo 8663 zahtjeva, bilo je oko 200 zahtjeva više nego lani. 7086 je upisano djece, upisali smo 500 djece više nego lani, neupisani su uglavnom bili premladi. Povećavamo uvjete i kapacitete, u tu svrhu ide i treći odgojitelj. Bavimo se i skučenim kapacitetima gradnjom vrtića, ne možemo riješiti to preko noći, ali radimo na tome, rekao je Tomašević.

Komentirao je i izbor novih članova školskih odbora.

- Sa zadovoljstvom mogu reći da je bio visok interes. Na 400 mjesta javilo se 2300 ljudi. Prijave još dolaze poštom i to pokazuje da su građani itekako zainteresirani za upravljanje, a naknade su smanjene za oko 50 posto, i to im sigurno nije bio motiv.

- Idu aktivnosti za uvođenje građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja u škole. Danas je išao dopis prema školama da se vidi koliki je interes za odabir izvannastavne aktivnosti. Idu pripreme da krenu aktivnosti za sve zainteresirane učenike, kaže gradonačelnik.

Kazao je kako će se idući tjedan raspisati natječaj za troje pročelnika - za gradski uped za upravljanje imovinom, za gradski kontrolni ured i za ured gradonačelnika.

Upitan o napadima na ministra Horvata i obnovi kazao je:

- Odavno je bilo vrijeme da se nađe rješenje, no obnova nije krenula onako kako je trebala krenuti. Mi smo otpočetka krenuli u komunikaciju s ministarstvom i s Fondom. Svi smo identificirali da zakonodavni okvir nije adekvatan i pozdravljamo izmjene. Na Vladi je da predloži neki tekst zakona koji će ići u saborsku proceduru, pozdravljamo da se s tim konačno krene i da se ubrza situacija vezana uz vlasničke odnose. Grad će puno lakše provesti obnovu ako se ide blok po blok, nego zgradu po zgradu.

O stanovima namijenjenima za stradale u potresu komentirao je kako je to procedura koja će trajati još neko vrijeme.

- Jedan dio građana je zainteresiran, drugi važu i radije bi ostali u hostelu. Prioritet su obitelji s malom djecom. Ponudit ćemo stanove u vlasništvu grada. To su nenamješteni stanovi, to je pravilo otpočetka, no sada razmatramo da se građanima izađe u susret kroz druge načine i da im se ispravi nepravda, u hostelu Arena su već godinu dana.

- Ovaj natječaj je napravljen temeljem ankete. Htjeli smo vidjeti koliko ih ima žute naljepnice. Umjesto da čekamo gradnju u Sv. Klari vezanu uz 90 objekata gdje bi se smjestili ljudi privremeno, odlučili smo se za brže rješenje. Za sada svrha će biti ispunjena s gradskim stanovima. Bio sam protiv tog projekta, jer da se to realizira trebat će čekati još godinu dana dok se ne realizira projekt.

Tomašević je komentirao potraživanje nešto više od 227 milijuna kuna Grada Zagreba prema optuženim u aferama u kojima je oštećen gradski proračun.

- Naša ideja je bila dobro upravljati gradom bez prejudiciranja ičije krivnje. U trenutku kada je moguće podnijeti optužni zahtjev da je grad oštećen, mi smo to učinili i to s iznosom kojeg je USKOK iznio optužnici. Da nismo predali taj zahtjev, a da se utvrdi krivnja, mi bi se teže naplatili. Dužni smo štititi interese Grada - kazao je.

Komentirao je i skladištenje otpada.

- Privremeno skladištenje u Sesvetskom Kraljevcu u pogonu tvrtke Unija nova. Jučer je bio rok, a žalbe za kupovinu drobilice.

Tomašević je kazao kako je jučer potpisao poništenje natječaja vrijednog 17,5 milijuna kuna za dekorativnu nabavu rasvjete za Most mladosti i kazao kako smatra da to u ovim uvjetima nije prioritet.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika Luka Korlaet na početku presice osvrnuo se na obnovu nakon potresa u Zagrebu. Kazao je kako se kreće se s obnovom škola i kako je im je izuzetno stalo da se ispoštuju rokovi.

Komentirao je i preseljenje građana iz hostela Arena.

- Mjera je izglasana jednoglasno. Vodimo računa o sugrađanima koji su već na listi za dodjelu stanova. Kreće i izmjena programa mjera vezano uz zakon o obnovi, vlasništvu i javnoj nabavi, i vjerujemo da će te promjene ubrzati i pojednostavniti proces obnove.

Potom se novinarima obratio gradonačelnik Tomašević.

- Vezano uz početak školske godine, ništa se ne mijenja što se tiče udžbenika i radnih materijala. Pomoćnici u obrazovanju, drago mi je da smo uspjeli povući novac, projekt je vrijedan 20 milijuna kuna pa ćemo imati tri puta više pomoćnika. Uz EU sredstva financiramo dodatne pomoćnike u nastavi. Ukupno će biti angažirano 925 pomoćnika u nastavi i šest stručnih komunikacijskih posrednika što je najviše do sada.

- Što se tiče vrtića, zaprimili smo 8663 zahtjeva, bilo je oko 200 zahtjeva više nego lani. 7086 je upisano djece, upisali smo 500 djece više nego lani, neupisani su uglavnom bili premladi. Povećavamo uvjete i kapacitete, u tu svrhu ide i treći odgojitelj. Bavimo se i skučenim kapacitetima gradnjom vrtića, ne možemo riješiti to preko noći, ali radimo na tome, rekao je Tomašević.

Komentirao je i izbor novih članova školskih odbora.

- Sa zadovoljstvom mogu reći da je bio visok interes. Na 400 mjesta javilo se 2300 ljudi. Prijave još dolaze poštom i to pokazuje da su građani itekako zainteresirani za upravljanje, a naknade su smanjene za oko 50 posto, i to im sigurno nije bio motiv.

- Idu aktivnosti za uvođenje građanskog odgoja i obrazovanja u škole. Danas je išao dopis prema školama da se vidi koliki je interes za odabir izvannastavne aktivnosti. Idu pripreme da krenu aktivnosti za sve zainteresirane učenike, kaže gradonačelnik.

Kazao je kako će se idući tjedan raspisati natječaj za troje pročelnika - za gradski uped za upravljanje imovinom, za gradski kontrolni ured i za ured gradonačelnika.

Upitan o napadima na ministra Horvata i obnovi kazao je:

- Odavno je bilo vrijeme da se nađe rješenje, no obnova nije krenula onako kako je trebala krenuti. Mi smo otpočetka krenuli u komunikaciju s ministarstvom i s Fondom. Svi smo identificirali da zakonodavni okvir nije adekvatan i pozdravljamo izmjene. Na Vladi je da predloži neki tekst zakona koji će ići u saborsku proceduru, pozdravljamo da se s tim konačno krene i da se ubrza situacija vezana uz vlasničke odnose. Grad će puno lakše provesti obnovu ako se ide blok po blok, nego zgradu po zgradu.

O stanovima namijenjenima za stradale u potresu komentirao je kako je to procedura koja će trajati još neko vrijeme.

- Jedan dio građana je zainteresiran, drugi važu i radije bi ostali u hostelu. Prioritet su obitelji s malom djecom. Ponudit ćemo stanove u vlasništvu grada. To su nenamješteni stanovi, to je pravilo otpočetka, no sada razmatramo da se građanima izađe u susret kroz druge načine i da im se ispravi nepravda, u hostelu Arena su već godinu dana.

- Ovaj natječaj je napravljen temeljem ankete. Htjeli smo vidjeti koliko ih ima žute naljepnice. Umjesto da čekamo gradnju u Sv. Klari vezanu uz 90 objekata gdje bi se smjestili ljudi privremeno, odlučili smo se za brže rješenje. Za sada svrha će biti ispunjena s gradskim stanovima. Bio sam protiv tog projekta, jer da se to realizira trebat će čekati još godinu dana dok se ne realizira projekt.

Tomašević je komentirao potraživanje nešto više od 227 milijuna kuna Grada Zagreba prema optuženim u aferama u kojima je oštećen gradski proračun.

- Naša ideja je bila dobro upravljati gradom bez prejudiciranja ičije krivnje. U trenutku kada je moguće podnijeti optužni zahtjev da je grad oštećen, mi smo to učinili i to s iznosom kojeg je USKOK iznio optužnici. Da nismo predali taj zahtjev, a da se utvrdi krivnja, mi bi se teže naplatili. Dužni smo štititi interese Grada - kazao je.

Komentirao je i skladištenje otpada.

- Privremeno skladištenje u Sesvetskom Kraljevcu u pogonu tvrtke Unija nova. Jučer je bio rok, a žalbe za kupovinu drobilice.

Tomašević je kazao kako je jučer potpisao poništenje natječaja vrijednog 17,5 milijuna kuna za dekorativnu nabavu rasvjete za Most mladosti i kazao kako smatra da to u ovim uvjetima nije prioritet.
