O lijeku Paxlovid ovih se tjedana ne prestaje govoriti. Lijek protiv koronavirusa, koji se popije kod kuće - u Hrvatskoj još nije dostupan.
Ministarstvo kaže - čeka se zajednička nabava Europske komisije, no proizvođač Pfizer, potvrdio je Dnevniku Nove TV da razgovaraju i s hrvatskim predstavnicima. Iskusni infektolozi objasnili su prednosti i mane lijeka.
Dnevnik Nove TV pitao je proizvođača lijeka razgovaraju li i s hrvatskim predstavnicima o Paxlovidu.
"Pfizer je potpisao ugovore o izravnoj nabavi s 14 zemalja članica Europske unije. Također smo u razgovorima s hrvatskom Vladom. Pojedinosti naših razgovora s vladama su povjerljive", kazali su iz Pfizera.

O kakvim je razgovorima riječ i znači li to da je i Hrvatska zainteresirana za izravnu kupnju, Dnevnik Nove TV je upitao Ministarstvo. No odgovorili su samo o zajedničkoj nabavi koju vodi Europska komisija.
"Prema posljednjim informacijama, Europska komisija pregovara s proizvođačem lijeka, tvrtkom Pfizer, te ulaže napore u što brže finaliziranje iste kao i s većinom zemalja članica EU koje nabavljaju lijekove putem centralizirane javne nabave", odgovor je Ministarstva.
Komisija bez komentara
Iz Komisije u utorak to nisu htjeli komentirati, upitana je i Vlada, a u ponedjeljak je premijer je poručio da je to "tema koju će Ministarstvo zdravstva i HZZO odgovarati".
Sve što može pomoći - i hrvatski liječnici rado bi imali na svojim policama. Jer po smrtnosti smo osmi u svijetu, izvijestila je reporterka Dnevnika Nove TV Martina Bolšec Oblak.
"Ni meni kao ni vjerojatno većini kolega nije poznato zašto lijek ne postoji u Hrvatskoj, iako je u službenim smjernicama za liječenje još od veljači ove godine, a u preporukama za liječenje u Europi još od siječnja, dakle mjesec dana ranije", ističe Ivana Šmit iz HUBOL-a.
Paxlovid je tableta za "kućnu" uporabu, pije se unutar pvih nekoliko dana od zaraze. Propisuje se rizičnim skupinama, ali nije čudotvoran, kaže naš iskusni infektolog.
"Djelotvoran je lijek, ali nije bombon da bi ga svatko mogao primati, ima ozbiljne interkacije s nizom lijekova. Niz antiaritmika, lijekovi za sniženje masnoće, lijekovi su koji se jako puno primjenjuju i ti pacijenti ne smiju dobiti Paxlovid", napominje infektolog iz KB Dubrava Bruno Baršić.
Istražuje se i zašto se nekim pacijentima, poput američkog predsjendika Joea Bidena, nakon korištenja COVID-19 vratio.

O lijeku Paxlovid ovih se tjedana ne prestaje govoriti. Lijek protiv koronavirusa, koji se popije kod kuće - u Hrvatskoj još nije dostupan.
Ministarstvo kaže - čeka se zajednička nabava Europske komisije, no proizvođač Pfizer, potvrdio je Dnevniku Nove TV da razgovaraju i s hrvatskim predstavnicima. Iskusni infektolozi objasnili su prednosti i mane lijeka.
Dnevnik Nove TV pitao je proizvođača lijeka razgovaraju li i s hrvatskim predstavnicima o Paxlovidu.
"Pfizer je potpisao ugovore o izravnoj nabavi s 14 zemalja članica Europske unije. Također smo u razgovorima s hrvatskom Vladom. Pojedinosti naših razgovora s vladama su povjerljive", kazali su iz Pfizera.

O kakvim je razgovorima riječ i znači li to da je i Hrvatska zainteresirana za izravnu kupnju, Dnevnik Nove TV je upitao Ministarstvo. No odgovorili su samo o zajedničkoj nabavi koju vodi Europska komisija.
"Prema posljednjim informacijama, Europska komisija pregovara s proizvođačem lijeka, tvrtkom Pfizer, te ulaže napore u što brže finaliziranje iste kao i s većinom zemalja članica EU koje nabavljaju lijekove putem centralizirane javne nabave", odgovor je Ministarstva.

Iz Komisije u utorak to nisu htjeli komentirati, upitana je i Vlada, a u ponedjeljak je premijer je poručio da je to "tema koju će Ministarstvo zdravstva i HZZO odgovarati".
Sve što može pomoći - i hrvatski liječnici rado bi imali na svojim policama. Jer po smrtnosti smo osmi u svijetu, izvijestila je reporterka Dnevnika Nove TV Martina Bolšec Oblak.
"Ni meni kao ni vjerojatno većini kolega nije poznato zašto lijek ne postoji u Hrvatskoj, iako je u službenim smjernicama za liječenje još od veljači ove godine, a u preporukama za liječenje u Europi još od siječnja, dakle mjesec dana ranije", ističe Ivana Šmit iz HUBOL-a.
Paxlovid je tableta za "kućnu" uporabu, pije se unutar pvih nekoliko dana od zaraze. Propisuje se rizičnim skupinama, ali nije čudotvoran, kaže naš iskusni infektolog.
"Djelotvoran je lijek, ali nije bombon da bi ga svatko mogao primati, ima ozbiljne interkacije s nizom lijekova. Niz antiaritmika, lijekovi za sniženje masnoće, lijekovi su koji se jako puno primjenjuju i ti pacijenti ne smiju dobiti Paxlovid", napominje infektolog iz KB Dubrava Bruno Baršić.
Istražuje se i zašto se nekim pacijentima, poput američkog predsjendika Joea Bidena, nakon korištenja COVID-19 vratio.
