Ministar znanosti i obrazovanja, Radovan Fuchs, osvrnuo se na uvođenje građanskog odgoja, početak nastave, mjere za novu akademsku godinu i na reformu obrazovanja.
Kada je zagrebački gradonačelnik najavio uvođenje građanskog odgoja u škole - nije naišao na pretjeranu potporu. Među onima koji nisu za to jest i sam ministar. Rijeka, primjerice, ima već nekoliko godina građanski odgoj u školi kao izvannastavni predmet.
"Rijeka je počela davno prije nego što je građanski odgoj kao međupredmetna tema uopće uveden kao obavezni, odnosno međupredmet u sustav obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj", rekao je ministar za Novu TV.
Sljedeći tjedan počinje nastava
Uskoro počinje nastava u osnovnim i srednjim školama. Međimurska županija, primjerice, neće zahtijevati da učenici nose zaštitne maske jer su uspjeli osigurati dovoljan fizički razmak.
"U uputama jasno piše da sva djeca koja sjede na način da je osiguran razmak, govorim od petog razreda na više, da mogu na nastavi biti bez maski", objasnio je.
Ministar je iznio nove podatke o procijepljenosti prosvjetara. "Podaci su se popravili i ja se nadam da će biti još bolji. Sad smo kod gimnazijskih profesora na 60 posto, srednje škole i strukovne su negdje na 58 posto", rekao je i dodao da nije zadovoljan jer bi procijepljenost trebala biti viša.
COVID potvrde za roditelje?
COVID potvrde se neće uvoditi za učitelje, ali možda će biti potrebne roditeljima. "COVID potvrde se neće koristiti za roditeljske sastanke, ako to ravnatelji ne narede", objasnio je.
Po pitanju mentalnog zdravlja učenika - ministar objašnjava da će se posljedice "terapirati" te će to raditi ljudi koji su stručni u tom području. "Imamo li ih dosta, to je dobro pitanje. Vi znate da u Austriji Klinika za dječju psihologija - ima listu čekanja. Mislim da smo mi našim pristupom, da su djeca bila online svega pet tjedana, napravili jako puno u prevenciji", kazao je ministar za Novu TV.
Ako se pogorša epidemiološka situacija škole se vjerojatno neće zatvoriti. "Ja ću se boriti i zalagati da škole ostanu otvorene", dodao je.
Ove se godine uvode nacionalni ispiti, tzv. mala matura. Oni se neće ocjenjivati zbog učenika. "Oni će se ocjenjivati zbog nas. Provest će se u 80 škola - 5. i 8. razredi. Kao prvi korak u implementaciju općih nacionalnih ispita i nacionalni ispiti u prvom redu služe kao provjera sustava što štima ili ne štima", rekao je.
Fakulteti mogu nastavu održavati vani...
Objavljene su nove upute za održavanje nastave na fakultetima. Jedna od preporuka je da se nastava, gdje je moguće, održi na otvorenom. No, većina fakulteta nije u mogućnosti tako odrađivati nastavu. "Na Kineziologiji na primjer. Može se vjerojatno organizirati neka moguća predavanja vani. Mogu se grupirati u grupe studenata koji imaju COVID potvrde - ne moraju držati distancu", izjavio je.
Na pitanje novinarke mogu li profesori i učitelji određenog predmeta skinuti maske ako su cijepljeni, ministar je odgovorio - "Mogu".
Kurikularna reforma trenutno stoji u mjestu zbog pandemije koja je poremetila planove. Plan je da bi za nekoliko godina sve škole trajale od osam ujutro do 15 sati. "Time će se napraviti ogroman prostor za dodatno provođenje nastave, bit će dovoljno vremena za utvrđivanje, ponavljanje, ocjenjivanje", komentirao je Fuchs za Novu TV.

Ministar znanosti i obrazovanja, Radovan Fuchs, osvrnuo se na uvođenje građanskog odgoja, početak nastave, mjere za novu akademsku godinu i na reformu obrazovanja.
Kada je zagrebački gradonačelnik najavio uvođenje građanskog odgoja u škole - nije naišao na pretjeranu potporu. Među onima koji nisu za to jest i sam ministar. Rijeka, primjerice, ima već nekoliko godina građanski odgoj u školi kao izvannastavni predmet.
"Rijeka je počela davno prije nego što je građanski odgoj kao međupredmetna tema uopće uveden kao obavezni, odnosno međupredmet u sustav obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj", rekao je ministar za Novu TV.
Sljedeći tjedan počinje nastava
Uskoro počinje nastava u osnovnim i srednjim školama. Međimurska županija, primjerice, neće zahtijevati da učenici nose zaštitne maske jer su uspjeli osigurati dovoljan fizički razmak.
"U uputama jasno piše da sva djeca koja sjede na način da je osiguran razmak, govorim od petog razreda na više, da mogu na nastavi biti bez maski", objasnio je.
Ministar je iznio nove podatke o procijepljenosti prosvjetara. "Podaci su se popravili i ja se nadam da će biti još bolji. Sad smo kod gimnazijskih profesora na 60 posto, srednje škole i strukovne su negdje na 58 posto", rekao je i dodao da nije zadovoljan jer bi procijepljenost trebala biti viša.
COVID potvrde za roditelje?
COVID potvrde se neće uvoditi za učitelje, ali možda će biti potrebne roditeljima. "COVID potvrde se neće koristiti za roditeljske sastanke, ako to ravnatelji ne narede", objasnio je.
Po pitanju mentalnog zdravlja učenika - ministar objašnjava da će se posljedice "terapirati" te će to raditi ljudi koji su stručni u tom području. "Imamo li ih dosta, to je dobro pitanje. Vi znate da u Austriji Klinika za dječju psihologija - ima listu čekanja. Mislim da smo mi našim pristupom, da su djeca bila online svega pet tjedana, napravili jako puno u prevenciji", kazao je ministar za Novu TV.
Ako se pogorša epidemiološka situacija škole se vjerojatno neće zatvoriti. "Ja ću se boriti i zalagati da škole ostanu otvorene", dodao je.
Ove se godine uvode nacionalni ispiti, tzv. mala matura. Oni se neće ocjenjivati zbog učenika. "Oni će se ocjenjivati zbog nas. Provest će se u 80 škola - 5. i 8. razredi. Kao prvi korak u implementaciju općih nacionalnih ispita i nacionalni ispiti u prvom redu služe kao provjera sustava što štima ili ne štima", rekao je.
Fakulteti mogu nastavu održavati vani...
Objavljene su nove upute za održavanje nastave na fakultetima. Jedna od preporuka je da se nastava, gdje je moguće, održi na otvorenom. No, većina fakulteta nije u mogućnosti tako odrađivati nastavu. "Na Kineziologiji na primjer. Može se vjerojatno organizirati neka moguća predavanja vani. Mogu se grupirati u grupe studenata koji imaju COVID potvrde - ne moraju držati distancu", izjavio je.
Na pitanje novinarke mogu li profesori i učitelji određenog predmeta skinuti maske ako su cijepljeni, ministar je odgovorio - "Mogu".
Kurikularna reforma trenutno stoji u mjestu zbog pandemije koja je poremetila planove. Plan je da bi za nekoliko godina sve škole trajale od osam ujutro do 15 sati. "Time će se napraviti ogroman prostor za dodatno provođenje nastave, bit će dovoljno vremena za utvrđivanje, ponavljanje, ocjenjivanje", komentirao je Fuchs za Novu TV.
