Punjeno povrće ima jednu sasvim jasnu prednost pred kuhanim, pirjanim i prženim pa je potpuno razumljivo što su nam svima tako drage sarme, punjene paprike i tikvice, arambaši, punjene pome... A što kažete na punjeni kupus? Mislimo na cijelu glavicu kupusa, naravno.

Punjeni kupus
Sastojci:
1 veća glavica kupusa
1 kg mljevenog mesa
luk
riža
ulje
krumpir
mrkva
rajčica
crvena paprika
sol, papar
Priprema:
Kupus očistite iznutra, odstranite korijenski dio, zatim vadite jedan po jedan list kupusa pa ih skuhajte dok ne omekšaju.
Krumpir, mrkvu i rajčice narežite.
Temeljito izmiješajte sve sastojke za nadjev (meso, nasjeckani luk, rižu, ulje, crvenu papriku, sol i papar).
Redom slažite tanki sloj nadjeva pa red listova kupusa, dok ne potrošite sastojke, a na zadnji sloj kupusa posložite narezane mrkve, zatim krumpir pa rajčice. Po želji na vrh stavite još kupusa.
Na dno dublje teće stavite malo ulja, na to posložite luk narezan na kolutove, na luk stavite punjeni kupus.
Oko kupusa ulijte posoljenu vodu i kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri 1 sat i 20 minuta.

Punjeni kupus
Sastojci:
1 veća glavica kupusa
1 kg mljevenog mesa
luk
riža
ulje
krumpir
mrkva
rajčica
crvena paprika
sol, papar
Priprema:
Kupus očistite iznutra, odstranite korijenski dio, zatim vadite jedan po jedan list kupusa pa ih skuhajte dok ne omekšaju.
Krumpir, mrkvu i rajčice narežite.
Temeljito izmiješajte sve sastojke za nadjev (meso, nasjeckani luk, rižu, ulje, crvenu papriku, sol i papar).
Redom slažite tanki sloj nadjeva pa red listova kupusa, dok ne potrošite sastojke, a na zadnji sloj kupusa posložite narezane mrkve, zatim krumpir pa rajčice. Po želji na vrh stavite još kupusa.
Na dno dublje teće stavite malo ulja, na to posložite luk narezan na kolutove, na luk stavite punjeni kupus.
Oko kupusa ulijte posoljenu vodu i kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri 1 sat i 20 minuta.
