Visok krvni tlak je vrlo opasan jer s vremenom može oštetiti arterije, čime se povećava rizik od srčanog ili moždanog udara, te je važno obratiti pažnju na manje poznate simptome koji ga otkrivaju.
Prema novoj studiji objavljenoj u časopisu Digital Medicine, ljudi koji provode više vremena hrčući noću imaju veći rizik od visokog krvnog tlaka. Postoje i drugi znaci i simptomi na koje treba obratiti pažnju. Psihijatar i suosnivač Emoneedsa, Gorav Gupta, otkrio je manje poznate, ali upozoravajuće simptome visokog krvnog tlaka koji se javljaju tijekom noći.
Hrkanje
Jedan od uobičajenih pokazatelja visokog krvnog tlaka je hrkanje, posebno ako je praćeno pauzama u disanju, poznatom kao apneja u snu. Hrkanje se javlja kada se disajni put djelomično blokira, što izaziva vibracije u tkivima grla.
Međutim, kod osoba sa hipertenzijom, hrkanje može signalizirati više od apneje za vrijeme spavanja, tako da može ukazivati na ograničen protok krvi zbog suženih krvnih sudova, što je znak visokog krvnog tlaka.
Nesanica
Iako mnogi faktori mogu doprinijeti nesanici, kao što su stres, anksioznost ili loša higijena sna, visok krvni tlak ili hipertenzija mogu poremetiti prirodni ciklus spavanja tijela, što otežava spavanje tijekom cijele noći.
Nemirni san
Česta buđenja ili nemiran san mogu ukazivati na probleme vezane za hipertenziju, jer visok krvni tlak može uzrokovati da se često budite.
Prekomjerno mokrenje
Nikturija ili prekomjerno mokrenje tijekom noći mogu biti simptom hipertenzije. Visok krvni tlak može opteretiti bubrege, što dovodi do povećane proizvodnje urina i potrebe da se češće budite radi mokrenja.
Glavobolja
Glavobolja nakon buđenja ili tokom noći također može biti znak visokog krvnog tlaka. Takve glavobolje su obično najintenzivnije ujutro jer krvni tlak prirodno raste tijekom spavanja i dostiže vrhunac u ranim jutarnjim satima.

Visok krvni tlak je vrlo opasan jer s vremenom može oštetiti arterije, čime se povećava rizik od srčanog ili moždanog udara, te je važno obratiti pažnju na manje poznate simptome koji ga otkrivaju.
Prema novoj studiji objavljenoj u časopisu Digital Medicine, ljudi koji provode više vremena hrčući noću imaju veći rizik od visokog krvnog tlaka. Postoje i drugi znaci i simptomi na koje treba obratiti pažnju. Psihijatar i suosnivač Emoneedsa, Gorav Gupta, otkrio je manje poznate, ali upozoravajuće simptome visokog krvnog tlaka koji se javljaju tijekom noći.
Hrkanje
Jedan od uobičajenih pokazatelja visokog krvnog tlaka je hrkanje, posebno ako je praćeno pauzama u disanju, poznatom kao apneja u snu. Hrkanje se javlja kada se disajni put djelomično blokira, što izaziva vibracije u tkivima grla.
Međutim, kod osoba sa hipertenzijom, hrkanje može signalizirati više od apneje za vrijeme spavanja, tako da može ukazivati na ograničen protok krvi zbog suženih krvnih sudova, što je znak visokog krvnog tlaka.

Iako mnogi faktori mogu doprinijeti nesanici, kao što su stres, anksioznost ili loša higijena sna, visok krvni tlak ili hipertenzija mogu poremetiti prirodni ciklus spavanja tijela, što otežava spavanje tijekom cijele noći.
Nemirni san
Česta buđenja ili nemiran san mogu ukazivati na probleme vezane za hipertenziju, jer visok krvni tlak može uzrokovati da se često budite.
Prekomjerno mokrenje
Nikturija ili prekomjerno mokrenje tijekom noći mogu biti simptom hipertenzije. Visok krvni tlak može opteretiti bubrege, što dovodi do povećane proizvodnje urina i potrebe da se češće budite radi mokrenja.
Glavobolja
Glavobolja nakon buđenja ili tokom noći također može biti znak visokog krvnog tlaka. Takve glavobolje su obično najintenzivnije ujutro jer krvni tlak prirodno raste tijekom spavanja i dostiže vrhunac u ranim jutarnjim satima.
