Čini nam se kao da svakog ljeta neka nova salata od krastavaca postane salata sezone. Ljeto još nije ni blizu, barem ne kalendarski, ali jedan recept već je osvojio društvene mreže.
Osvježavajuća i kremasta, ova je salata od krastavac več stekla pravu vojsku obožavatelja, a nije ni čudo jer ne zahtijeva nikakve posebne sastojke, samo što su iskombinirani na malo drugačiji način.
Za pripremu ove salate trebat će vam jedan veliki krastavac salatar, dvije žlice kiselog vrhnja (za dijetalne vertije uzmite grčki jogurt), luk u prahu (slobodno koristite svježi, jako tanko narezan), jedna do dvije žličice octa, sol i malo svježeg kopra. Kopar je ono što ovoj salati daje poseban ukus pa ga pokušajte nabaviti, a ako ga ne pronađete svježeg, posegnite za onim u prahu.
U nedostatku ga može "odglumiti" i koromač koji u Dalmaciji raste samoniklo pa ga nije nikakav problem pronaći, a ako niste tip za šetnje prirodom, uvijek ga možete kupiti u trgovini: to je onaj čudni bjelkasti gomolj kojeg Talijani zovu finocchio.
Ostale opcije su vam mladi luk, vlasac ili sasvim običan peršin.
Caka kod ove salate je u tome da se krastavci narežu jako tanko, a kako je riječ o specigičnoj vrsti, ne trebate ih guliti. Najtanje moguće fetice dobit ćete uz pomoć ribeža ili pak uz asistenciju gulilice za krumpir.
Kad ste usitnili krastavce na propisan način, u zdjeli pomiješajte ostale sastojke u krmasti preljev. Na kraju dodajte i krastavce te sve dobro promiješajte.
Ovakve salate savršeno prijaju uz jela s roštilja stoga ako planirate raditi gradele, imajte ovu salatu u vidu.

Čini nam se kao da svakog ljeta neka nova salata od krastavaca postane salata sezone. Ljeto još nije ni blizu, barem ne kalendarski, ali jedan recept već je osvojio društvene mreže.
Osvježavajuća i kremasta, ova je salata od krastavac več stekla pravu vojsku obožavatelja, a nije ni čudo jer ne zahtijeva nikakve posebne sastojke, samo što su iskombinirani na malo drugačiji način.
Za pripremu ove salate trebat će vam jedan veliki krastavac salatar, dvije žlice kiselog vrhnja (za dijetalne vertije uzmite grčki jogurt), luk u prahu (slobodno koristite svježi, jako tanko narezan), jedna do dvije žličice octa, sol i malo svježeg kopra. Kopar je ono što ovoj salati daje poseban ukus pa ga pokušajte nabaviti, a ako ga ne pronađete svježeg, posegnite za onim u prahu.
U nedostatku ga može "odglumiti" i koromač koji u Dalmaciji raste samoniklo pa ga nije nikakav problem pronaći, a ako niste tip za šetnje prirodom, uvijek ga možete kupiti u trgovini: to je onaj čudni bjelkasti gomolj kojeg Talijani zovu finocchio.
Ostale opcije su vam mladi luk, vlasac ili sasvim običan peršin.
Caka kod ove salate je u tome da se krastavci narežu jako tanko, a kako je riječ o specigičnoj vrsti, ne trebate ih guliti. Najtanje moguće fetice dobit ćete uz pomoć ribeža ili pak uz asistenciju gulilice za krumpir.
Kad ste usitnili krastavce na propisan način, u zdjeli pomiješajte ostale sastojke u krmasti preljev. Na kraju dodajte i krastavce te sve dobro promiješajte.
