Dubrovačko Gradsko vijeće u petak je jednoglasno izmjenilo Odluku o utvrđivanju koncesijske naknade za žičaru između grada i vrha brda Srđ u vlasništvu tvrtke 'Excelsa nekretnine' te umjesto 50, odredilo je trajanje koncesije najdulje 10 godina od trenutka potpisivanja ugovora. S novim rokom složio se i gradonačelnik Andro Vlahušić. Podsjetimo, Gradsko vijeće 26. listopada prošle godine donijelo je zaključak kojim se utvrđuje varijabilni dio koncesijske naknade u visi od 15 posto ostvarenih prihoda od prodaje karata za vožnju žičarom te fiksni dio koncesijske naknade u iznosu od 12.000 kuna godišnje na rok od najdulje do 50 godina. No zbog formulacije 'od najdulje do 50 godina' kojom se pravno ne može odrediti točan rok, Ugovor koji je Grad potpisao sa 'Excelsom' nije dobo suglasnot Vlade RH pa ju je trebalo izmijeniti. A za to vrijeme tvrtka 'Excelsa nekretnine', u vlasništvu obitelji Lukšić nije plaćala koncesiju. - Želimo biti partneri svima onima koji žele dobro ovom gradu, ali koji su dužni plaćati svoje obveze. Ne želimo se svađati već želimo biti partneri. Ovo je pružena ruka Excelsa nekretninama no moraju održati obećanje i platiti koncesijsku naknadu od 1. srpnja 2015. godine – kazao je predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Mato Franković(HDZ). I on, ali i vijećnik Maro Kristić, inače kandidat MOST-a na proteklim parlamentarnim izborima koji očekuju ulazak u Sabor nakon formiranja Vlade HDZ-a i MOST-a poručili su kako će u Saboru predložiti Dopune i izmjene zakona o žičarama.

Dubrovačko Gradsko vijeće u petak je jednoglasno izmjenilo Odluku o utvrđivanju koncesijske naknade za žičaru između grada i vrha brda Srđ u vlasništvu tvrtke 'Excelsa nekretnine' te umjesto 50, odredilo je trajanje koncesije najdulje 10 godina od trenutka potpisivanja ugovora. S novim rokom složio se i gradonačelnik Andro Vlahušić. Podsjetimo, Gradsko vijeće 26. listopada prošle godine donijelo je zaključak kojim se utvrđuje varijabilni dio koncesijske naknade u visi od 15 posto ostvarenih prihoda od prodaje karata za vožnju žičarom te fiksni dio koncesijske naknade u iznosu od 12.000 kuna godišnje na rok od najdulje do 50 godina. No zbog formulacije 'od najdulje do 50 godina' kojom se pravno ne može odrediti točan rok, Ugovor koji je Grad potpisao sa 'Excelsom' nije dobo suglasnot Vlade RH pa ju je trebalo izmijeniti. A za to vrijeme tvrtka 'Excelsa nekretnine', u vlasništvu obitelji Lukšić nije plaćala koncesiju. - Želimo biti partneri svima onima koji žele dobro ovom gradu, ali koji su dužni plaćati svoje obveze. Ne želimo se svađati već želimo biti partneri. Ovo je pružena ruka Excelsa nekretninama no moraju održati obećanje i platiti koncesijsku naknadu od 1. srpnja 2015. godine – kazao je predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Mato Franković(HDZ). I on, ali i vijećnik Maro Kristić, inače kandidat MOST-a na proteklim parlamentarnim izborima koji očekuju ulazak u Sabor nakon formiranja Vlade HDZ-a i MOST-a poručili su kako će u Saboru predložiti Dopune i izmjene zakona o žičarama.

Excelsi umjesto 50, koncesija samo 10 godina

Dubrovačko Gradsko vijeće u petak je jednoglasno izmjenilo Odluku o utvrđivanju koncesijske naknade za žičaru između grada i vrha brda Srđ u vlasništvu tvrtke 'Excelsa nekretnine' te umjesto 50, odredilo je trajanje koncesije najdulje 10 godina od trenutka potpisivanja ugovora. Podsjetimo, Gradsko vijeće 26. listopada prošle godine donijelo je zaključak kojim se utvrđuje varijabilni dio koncesijske naknade u visi od 15 posto ostvarenih prihoda od prodaje karata za vožnju žičarom te fiksni dio koncesijske naknade u iznosu od 12.000 kuna godišnje na rok od najdulje do 50 godina.
