Nakon niza "sušnih" godina, u idućem programskom razdoblju, od 2022. do 2025., u općinu Šestanovac strani i domaći investitori uložit će više od 250 milijuna kuna.

Vijest je to koja je mnoge ohrabrila, prvenstveno lokalno vodstvo, vidjevši napokon mogućnost strelovitog razvoja mjesta i zaustavljanja depopulacije, koja, unatoč strahovanjima, u posljednjih deset godina nije značajnije pogodila tu zabiokovsku općinu.

Najznačajnija investicija, od 30 milijuna eura, svakako je zahvat sunčane elektrane Katuni, čija se izgradnja planira izvesti na području postojeće vjetroelektrane. Nositelj zahvata je tvrtka "Maceria Energia", članica "WPD grupe" sa sjedištem u njemačkom Bremenu, čija je sestrinska tvrtka "WPD Enersys" prije desetak godina na području Prpuše izgradila 12 vjetroagregata, koji godišnje proizvedu prosječno 95 gigavatsati električne energije.

Unutar područja Prpuše

Novi solarni park priključne snage 30 megavata godišnje bi proizvodio oko 56 gigavatsati energije, a gradio bi se na površini od oko 45 hektara, od čega će 15 hektara biti pokriveno fotonaponskim modulima. Elektrana će biti podijeljena na sedam fotonaponskih polja, koja će biti ograđena ogradom i na koje će se postaviti moduli s antireflekcijskim premazom.

U prilog njemačkim investitorima ide podatak što se "šestanovačko sunce" na Prpuši planira graditi unutar područja koje je, sukladno Prostornom planu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, već označeno kao lokacija za obnovljive izvore energije.

Ili, točnije, u podnožju već postojećih vjetrenjača u vlasništvu "WPD grupe", koji "gospodare" i internom kabelskom mrežom te pristupnim putovima do agregata, koji bi se u konačnici koristili i za pristup solarnoj elektrani, pa se prema predviđanjima neće graditi dodatni putovi.

Priključak elektrane na elektroenergetsku mrežu planira se ostvariti preko postojeće trafostanice, udaljene četiri kilometra.

Njemački investitori najavljuju kako će iz obuhvata zahvata isključiti privatna zemljišta, na kojima se neće izvoditi radovi, a vlasnicima će se omogućiti nesmetan pristup i gospodarenje.

Ipak ono što se očekuje najdalje za mjesec, dva svakako je početak radova na prvom proizvodnom objektu u Gospodarskoj zoni Šestanovac-Zapad. Radi se od devetnaest milijuna kuna vrijednoj investiciji tvrtke "Inovapro", sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, koja će na dva hektara graditi halu na dvije etaže za proizvodnju mobilnih sušara, namijenjenih za sušenje voća, povrća i drva, u kojoj će, prema predviđanjima, posao naći dvadesetak djelatnika.

I u ovom slučaju radi se za općinu Šestanovac o vrlo vrijednoj investiciji, zbog čega je lokalna vlast s HEP-om potpisala ugovor o gradnji 400-kilovoltne trafostanice, vrijedne 600 tisuća kuna.

– U oba slučaja radi se o ulaganjima koja će našu općinu podignuti na razvojnu razinu koju zaslužuje. Što se tiče njemačkih investitora, oni su do sada u naše mjesto kroz vjetropark investirali pedeset milijuna eura, od čega mi ubiremo jednu lipu po proizvedenom kilovatsatu energije – kazuje načelnik Martin Merčep.

– Naše sunce očito je primamljivo i domaćim investitorima pa se u idućem razdoblju planira i izgradnja dviju solarnih elektrana na lokaciji Žeževačka ljut, ukupne priključne snage dvadeset megavata, u koje investitori namjeravaju potrošiti pedesetak milijuna kuna.

Prvi proizvodni pogon

Jednako kao i u slučaju solara, veliku važnost polažemo i u prvi proizvodni pogon u našoj gospodarskoj zoni. Više od milijunskih iznosa veseli nas broj ljudi koji će naći posao u novoj hali.

Brojka od njih dvadesetak, koliko će ih posao naći u pogonu mobilnih sušara, znači i ostanak u mjestu. Tvrtka" Inovapro" od ukupno 18,75 milijuna kuna, koliko je vrijedna njihova investicija, dio od 6,4 milijuna kuna namaknut će iz EU-ova fonda digitalne zelene tranzicije.

Kako bismo privukli sve veći broj investicija, a zainteresiranih je sve više jer smo našu zonu primaknuli tik do izlaza s autoceste, u kratkom smo razdoblju zgotovili zemljane radove na prometnici kroz zonu, a uskoro kreće i izgradnja trafostanice – kaže načelnik.

Nakon niza "sušnih" godina, u idućem programskom razdoblju, od 2022. do 2025., u općinu Šestanovac strani i domaći investitori uložit će više od 250 milijuna kuna.

Vijest je to koja je mnoge ohrabrila, prvenstveno lokalno vodstvo, vidjevši napokon mogućnost strelovitog razvoja mjesta i zaustavljanja depopulacije, koja, unatoč strahovanjima, u posljednjih deset godina nije značajnije pogodila tu zabiokovsku općinu.

Najznačajnija investicija, od 30 milijuna eura, svakako je zahvat sunčane elektrane Katuni, čija se izgradnja planira izvesti na području postojeće vjetroelektrane. Nositelj zahvata je tvrtka "Maceria Energia", članica "WPD grupe" sa sjedištem u njemačkom Bremenu, čija je sestrinska tvrtka "WPD Enersys" prije desetak godina na području Prpuše izgradila 12 vjetroagregata, koji godišnje proizvedu prosječno 95 gigavatsati električne energije.

Unutar područja Prpuše

Novi solarni park priključne snage 30 megavata godišnje bi proizvodio oko 56 gigavatsati energije, a gradio bi se na površini od oko 45 hektara, od čega će 15 hektara biti pokriveno fotonaponskim modulima. Elektrana će biti podijeljena na sedam fotonaponskih polja, koja će biti ograđena ogradom i na koje će se postaviti moduli s antireflekcijskim premazom.

U prilog njemačkim investitorima ide podatak što se "šestanovačko sunce" na Prpuši planira graditi unutar područja koje je, sukladno Prostornom planu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, već označeno kao lokacija za obnovljive izvore energije.

Ili, točnije, u podnožju već postojećih vjetrenjača u vlasništvu "WPD grupe", koji "gospodare" i internom kabelskom mrežom te pristupnim putovima do agregata, koji bi se u konačnici koristili i za pristup solarnoj elektrani, pa se prema predviđanjima neće graditi dodatni putovi.

Priključak elektrane na elektroenergetsku mrežu planira se ostvariti preko postojeće trafostanice, udaljene četiri kilometra.

Njemački investitori najavljuju kako će iz obuhvata zahvata isključiti privatna zemljišta, na kojima se neće izvoditi radovi, a vlasnicima će se omogućiti nesmetan pristup i gospodarenje.

Ipak ono što se očekuje najdalje za mjesec, dva svakako je početak radova na prvom proizvodnom objektu u Gospodarskoj zoni Šestanovac-Zapad. Radi se od devetnaest milijuna kuna vrijednoj investiciji tvrtke "Inovapro", sa sjedištem u Zagrebu, koja će na dva hektara graditi halu na dvije etaže za proizvodnju mobilnih sušara, namijenjenih za sušenje voća, povrća i drva, u kojoj će, prema predviđanjima, posao naći dvadesetak djelatnika.

I u ovom slučaju radi se za općinu Šestanovac o vrlo vrijednoj investiciji, zbog čega je lokalna vlast s HEP-om potpisala ugovor o gradnji 400-kilovoltne trafostanice, vrijedne 600 tisuća kuna.

– U oba slučaja radi se o ulaganjima koja će našu općinu podignuti na razvojnu razinu koju zaslužuje. Što se tiče njemačkih investitora, oni su do sada u naše mjesto kroz vjetropark investirali pedeset milijuna eura, od čega mi ubiremo jednu lipu po proizvedenom kilovatsatu energije – kazuje načelnik Martin Merčep.

– Naše sunce očito je primamljivo i domaćim investitorima pa se u idućem razdoblju planira i izgradnja dviju solarnih elektrana na lokaciji Žeževačka ljut, ukupne priključne snage dvadeset megavata, u koje investitori namjeravaju potrošiti pedesetak milijuna kuna.

Prvi proizvodni pogon

Jednako kao i u slučaju solara, veliku važnost polažemo i u prvi proizvodni pogon u našoj gospodarskoj zoni. Više od milijunskih iznosa veseli nas broj ljudi koji će naći posao u novoj hali.

Brojka od njih dvadesetak, koliko će ih posao naći u pogonu mobilnih sušara, znači i ostanak u mjestu. Tvrtka" Inovapro" od ukupno 18,75 milijuna kuna, koliko je vrijedna njihova investicija, dio od 6,4 milijuna kuna namaknut će iz EU-ova fonda digitalne zelene tranzicije.

Kako bismo privukli sve veći broj investicija, a zainteresiranih je sve više jer smo našu zonu primaknuli tik do izlaza s autoceste, u kratkom smo razdoblju zgotovili zemljane radove na prometnici kroz zonu, a uskoro kreće i izgradnja trafostanice – kaže načelnik.
