Grad Trogir i splitska građevinska tvrtka Akropolis, specijalizirana za radove na području pomorske gradnje, potpisali su ugovor o uređenju obalnog pojasa od Lokvica do starog kamenog mosta. Riječ je o nastavku, odnosno drugoj fazi uređenja šetnice Brigi - Lokvice na istočnoj strani kopnenog dijela grada koju od povijesne jezgre dijeli more i kanal Foša.

Dionica od Lokvica do kamenog mosta pokraj autobusnog kolodvora koja će se uređivati duga je tristotinjak metara.

Prema projektu kojega je jednim dijelom financirao Grad s oko 30.000 eura planirano je novo popločavanje obalnog dijela, te podizanje obalnog zida kako bi se spriječilo plavljenje, uređenje hortikulture i manjeg parka - trga čime će taj dio obale dobiti novi urbani izgled dostojan zaštićenoj gradskoj zoni.

Hortikulturno uređenje

Vrijednost te investicije iznosi 800.000 eura plus PDV, od koji će Grad Trogir izdvojiti oko 550.000 eura, a ostatak Lučka uprava Splitsko-dalmatinske županije budući da projekt obuhvaća obalni pojas koji je u njezinoj nadležnosti.

Posao bi po ugovoru trebao započeti sredinom rujna ove godine, a završiti do ljeta iduće.

Grad će dobiti urbani sadržaj kakav odavno zaslužuje

Nakon što su 2020. godine na Brigima izgrađeni lukobran i lučica, lani je završena prva faza uređenja šetnice Brigi - Lokvice u dužini od oko 450 metara od lukobrana do nekadašnjeg parka Šilović - današnjeg privatnog parkirališta.

Taj projekt stajao je 4,5 milijuna kuna plus PDV, od čega 3 milijuna kuna EU sredstava iz ITU mehanizma Urbane aglomeracije Split u sklopu šireg projekta biciklističkih staza.

Uređena je šetnica širine šest metara, a u njezinom sklopu izgrađena je tzv. poklopnica, podignuta obala, izgrađena biciklistička staza, nova rasvjeta te vodovod i kanalizacija, a posebno se vodilo računa o hortikulturnom uređenju.

Ispoštovani svi propisi i zakoni

Čitav taj dio grada, tvrdi trogirski gradonačelnik Ante Bilić i u prvoj i drugoj fazi uređuje su u skladu s najboljim svjetskim praksama prije svega izradom urbanističkih planova, ishođenjem koncesija, poštujući sve zakone, procedure i pravilnike te predstavlja svjetski primjer upravljanja obalnim pojasom na području ne samo Trogira već i cijele Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Podsjetio je kako će u konačnici kada bude završena i druga faza šetnice Brigi - Lokvice cijeli taj dio dug oko 800 metara biti nova gradska riva, koja će podignuti vizuru tog dijela grada, te učiniti ljepšim život tamošnjim stanovnicima i ostalim građanima.

Tako će do prije desetak godina gotovo zapušten istočni dio Trogira na kopnu od Briga do Lokvica te kamenog mosta postati izuzetno atraktivna zona za šetače kojih je već sada svakodnevno sve više. U ljepoti tog ambijenta uživaju brojni posjetitelji i turisti.

Nakon potpisivanja ugovora o uređenju šetnice

Grad Trogir i splitska građevinska tvrtka Akropolis, specijalizirana za radove na području pomorske gradnje, potpisali su ugovor o uređenju obalnog pojasa od Lokvica do starog kamenog mosta. Riječ je o nastavku, odnosno drugoj fazi uređenja šetnice Brigi - Lokvice na istočnoj strani kopnenog dijela grada koju od povijesne jezgre dijeli more i kanal Foša.

Dionica od Lokvica do kamenog mosta pokraj autobusnog kolodvora koja će se uređivati duga je tristotinjak metara.

Prema projektu kojega je jednim dijelom financirao Grad s oko 30.000 eura planirano je novo popločavanje obalnog dijela, te podizanje obalnog zida kako bi se spriječilo plavljenje, uređenje hortikulture i manjeg parka - trga čime će taj dio obale dobiti novi urbani izgled dostojan zaštićenoj gradskoj zoni.

Hortikulturno uređenje

Vrijednost te investicije iznosi 800.000 eura plus PDV, od koji će Grad Trogir izdvojiti oko 550.000 eura, a ostatak Lučka uprava Splitsko-dalmatinske županije budući da projekt obuhvaća obalni pojas koji je u njezinoj nadležnosti.

Posao bi po ugovoru trebao započeti sredinom rujna ove godine, a završiti do ljeta iduće.

Nakon što su 2020. godine na Brigima izgrađeni lukobran i lučica, lani je završena prva faza uređenja šetnice Brigi - Lokvice u dužini od oko 450 metara od lukobrana do nekadašnjeg parka Šilović - današnjeg privatnog parkirališta.

Taj projekt stajao je 4,5 milijuna kuna plus PDV, od čega 3 milijuna kuna EU sredstava iz ITU mehanizma Urbane aglomeracije Split u sklopu šireg projekta biciklističkih staza.

Uređena je šetnica širine šest metara, a u njezinom sklopu izgrađena je tzv. poklopnica, podignuta obala, izgrađena biciklistička staza, nova rasvjeta te vodovod i kanalizacija, a posebno se vodilo računa o hortikulturnom uređenju.

Ispoštovani svi propisi i zakoni

Čitav taj dio grada, tvrdi trogirski gradonačelnik Ante Bilić i u prvoj i drugoj fazi uređuje su u skladu s najboljim svjetskim praksama prije svega izradom urbanističkih planova, ishođenjem koncesija, poštujući sve zakone, procedure i pravilnike te predstavlja svjetski primjer upravljanja obalnim pojasom na području ne samo Trogira već i cijele Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

Podsjetio je kako će u konačnici kada bude završena i druga faza šetnice Brigi - Lokvice cijeli taj dio dug oko 800 metara biti nova gradska riva, koja će podignuti vizuru tog dijela grada, te učiniti ljepšim život tamošnjim stanovnicima i ostalim građanima.

Tako će do prije desetak godina gotovo zapušten istočni dio Trogira na kopnu od Briga do Lokvica te kamenog mosta postati izuzetno atraktivna zona za šetače kojih je već sada svakodnevno sve više. U ljepoti tog ambijenta uživaju brojni posjetitelji i turisti.
