Niti u drugom pokušaju nije utvrđena cijena hotelskog naselja "Resnik" u Kaštel Štafiliću, pa se do daljnjega odgađa njegova prodaja.

Naime, nije održano drugo po redu ročište zakazano za četvrtak, 18. travnja, na Općinskom sudu u Splitu, u skoplu ovršnog postupka koji je zagrebačka tvrtka "B2 Portfolio" pokrenula protiv "Plac projekta", uknjiženog vlasnika turističkog kompleksa, s više od 100 tisuća četvornih metara najvećeg na širem splitskom području.

Ponovno je odgođeno, ovog puta za čak šest mjeseci.

"B2 Portfolio" je, podsjetimo, ovrhu pokrenuo temeljem hipoteka nad imovinom "Plac projekta", a to su nekretnine koje se sastoje od središnjeg objekta (hotel "Resnik") s recepcijom i restoranom, šest paviljona s ukupno 229 soba, 199 bungalova, sa svojom plažom dugom oko tisuću metara. Rješenje o ovrsi je određeno 2021. godine.

Sukladno zakonskim odredbama, radi utvrđenja tržišne vrijednosti nekretnina angažiran je sudski vještak građevinske struke i procjenitelj koji je sačinio nalaz i mišljenje te ga u rujnu 2022. dostavio sudu. Ovrhovoditelj ("B2 Portfolio") je, međutim, prigovorio nalazu i mišljenju vještaka.

Da bi se prodaja u postupku ovrhe mogla realizirati, u ožujku je bilo zakazano ročište kako bi se otklonili prigovori i sud utvrdio tržišnu vrijednost kompleksa "Resnik", pa Financijskoj agenciji uputio zahtjev za prodaju na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi.

Suglasnošću stranaka u postupku, ročište u ožujku je odgođeno za travanj. I ovaj put je, međutim, odgođeno.

Kako nam je rečeno na Općinskom sudu, "Plac projekt" je predložio, a ovrhovoditelj prihvatio odgodu s obrazloženjem da su u tijeku pregovori radi postizanja mirnog rješenja.

Nije poznato podrazumijeva li mirno rješenje još jednu radnu turističku sezonu za "Resnik" koja se poklapa s rokom odgode, makar se nameće i pitanje koliko je kompleks kategoriziran s dvije zvjezdice uopće spreman za prihvat ovoljetnih gostiju.

Treba podsjetiti da je "B2 Portfolio" u međuvremenu svoje potraživanje ustupio tvrtki "Rašica projekt" iz Dubrovnika koja dalje vodi postupak, a njezina su potraživanja na dan 15. studenoga 2022. godine, iznosila 36,53 milijuna eura.

Premda se kao osnivač dubrovačke tvrtke upisan Davor Galetović, u dubrovačkim poslovnim krugovima i medijima ističe se da "Rašica projekt" zapravo vodi za Petra Pripuza, kojega je u nekoliko navrata zastupao kao odvjetnik.

Niti u drugom pokušaju nije utvrđena cijena hotelskog naselja "Resnik" u Kaštel Štafiliću, pa se do daljnjega odgađa njegova prodaja.

Naime, nije održano drugo po redu ročište zakazano za četvrtak, 18. travnja, na Općinskom sudu u Splitu, u skoplu ovršnog postupka koji je zagrebačka tvrtka "B2 Portfolio" pokrenula protiv "Plac projekta", uknjiženog vlasnika turističkog kompleksa, s više od 100 tisuća četvornih metara najvećeg na širem splitskom području.

Ponovno je odgođeno, ovog puta za čak šest mjeseci.

"B2 Portfolio" je, podsjetimo, ovrhu pokrenuo temeljem hipoteka nad imovinom "Plac projekta", a to su nekretnine koje se sastoje od središnjeg objekta (hotel "Resnik") s recepcijom i restoranom, šest paviljona s ukupno 229 soba, 199 bungalova, sa svojom plažom dugom oko tisuću metara. Rješenje o ovrsi je određeno 2021. godine.

Sukladno zakonskim odredbama, radi utvrđenja tržišne vrijednosti nekretnina angažiran je sudski vještak građevinske struke i procjenitelj koji je sačinio nalaz i mišljenje te ga u rujnu 2022. dostavio sudu. Ovrhovoditelj ("B2 Portfolio") je, međutim, prigovorio nalazu i mišljenju vještaka.

Da bi se prodaja u postupku ovrhe mogla realizirati, u ožujku je bilo zakazano ročište kako bi se otklonili prigovori i sud utvrdio tržišnu vrijednost kompleksa "Resnik", pa Financijskoj agenciji uputio zahtjev za prodaju na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi.

Suglasnošću stranaka u postupku, ročište u ožujku je odgođeno za travanj. I ovaj put je, međutim, odgođeno.

Kako nam je rečeno na Općinskom sudu, "Plac projekt" je predložio, a ovrhovoditelj prihvatio odgodu s obrazloženjem da su u tijeku pregovori radi postizanja mirnog rješenja.

Nije poznato podrazumijeva li mirno rješenje još jednu radnu turističku sezonu za "Resnik" koja se poklapa s rokom odgode, makar se nameće i pitanje koliko je kompleks kategoriziran s dvije zvjezdice uopće spreman za prihvat ovoljetnih gostiju.

Treba podsjetiti da je "B2 Portfolio" u međuvremenu svoje potraživanje ustupio tvrtki "Rašica projekt" iz Dubrovnika koja dalje vodi postupak, a njezina su potraživanja na dan 15. studenoga 2022. godine, iznosila 36,53 milijuna eura.

Premda se kao osnivač dubrovačke tvrtke upisan Davor Galetović, u dubrovačkim poslovnim krugovima i medijima ističe se da "Rašica projekt" zapravo vodi za Petra Pripuza, kojega je u nekoliko navrata zastupao kao odvjetnik.
