Drugdje u svijetu tzv. covid putovnice se naveliko spominju, u Izraelu su praktički već uvedene, ali u Sjedinjenim Državama ta ideja ima ljute protivnike. Američka savezna država Teksas, točnije teksaški guverner Greg Abbott iz republikanske stranke, upravo je izdao izvršnu uredbu kojom je svim državnim tijelima te savezne države zabranjeno da traže na uvid takav dokument, piše Jutarnji list.

"Nijedna organizacija koja se financira javnim novcem neće smjeti tražiti dokumentaciju o statusu cijepljenja ili bilo kakvu privatnu informaciju o zdravlju Teksašana kako bi im pružila uslugu ili dozvolila ulazak na neko mjesto odnosno nitko ne smije tražiti takav dokument u zamjenu za sudjelovanje u normalnom životu", stoji u objavi guvernera. "Nastavljamo cijepiti Teksašane i štititi javno zdravlje, ali bez gaženja osobnih sloboda Teksašana", poručio je Abbott. Nije jedini.

Isto je nešto ranije napravio i Rick DeSantis, guverner Floride, također republikanac, a nacrte sličnih zabrana već sastavlja više njihovih republikanskih kolega pa se pitanje Covid putovnica pretvara u političku temu baš kao što je to bio slučaj s obaveznim maskama. "Traženje tzv. covid putovnica kako bi se građanima dozvolilo da sudjeluju u svakodnevnom životu kao što su dolazak na sportsku utakmicu, u restoran ili u kino, stvorilo bi dvije klase građana", poručio je u objašnjenju DeSantis uzimajući na zub u prvom redu ideju da se takve tzv. putovnice koriste kod kuće u svakodnevnom životu.

Ni Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) nije posve sigurna u to da bi trebalo pristupiti režimu covid putovnica. U ovom slučaju WHO je navela kako "ne bi željela vidjeti putovnice kao obavezne za ulazak ili izlazak iz zemlje", naglašavajući da još "nismo posve sigurni da cijepljenje zaustavlja prijenos bolesti". "Nemaju svi pristup cjepivu i postoje skupine u društvu koje su iz toga izuzete. Još čekamo na zalihe cjepiva koje će biti proslijeđene zemljama kojima trebaju", izjavila je doktorica Margaret Harris, glasnogovornica WHO-a.

Rasprava o covid putovnicama zahuktala se i u Ujedinjenoj Kraljevini nakon što je objavljen plan o testiranju mogućnosti otvaranja života (kina, dvorane, zabava) za osobe koje imaju potvrdu o cijepljenju, negativnom PCR testu ili preboljenoj bolesti. Premijer Boris Johnson je u javnosti predlagao to rješenje, ali su ga dočekale žestoke kritike njegovih stranačkih kolega te laburističke opozicije. I sam ministar za cijepljenje Nadhim Zahawi izjavio je da je njihovo korištenje "kod kuće" kontroverzno, ali da je potrebno ispitati sve mogućnosti koje se nude. Grčka i Izrael već su prihvatile i uvele digitalne "covid putovnice" i postigle dogovor o ulasku turista. Među zagovornicama ideje je bila Austrija na čelu s kancelarom Sebastianom Kurzom dok su Njemačka i Francuska za početak bile malo opreznije, ali se trenutno radi na razvoju takvog dokumenta koji bi vrijedio za cijelu EU i bio dostupan do ljeta, a Njemačka sada pozitivno gleda na tu ideju kao i većina ispitanih njemačkih građana kojima je dosta lockdowna.

U SAD-u je demokratski guverner New Yorka Andrew Cuomo odobrio njujoršku inačicu, tzv. Excelsior Pass, pa čak i govorio o mogućnosti da kontrolori karata na ulazima u dvorane provjeravaju njujorške potvrde o cijepljenju kako bi se u život vratila industrija zabave. No njujorške su vlasti istaknule da je Excelsior Pass, koji je digitalna potvrda, dobrovoljan, piše Jutarnji list.

Drugdje u svijetu tzv. covid putovnice se naveliko spominju, u Izraelu su praktički već uvedene, ali u Sjedinjenim Državama ta ideja ima ljute protivnike. Američka savezna država Teksas, točnije teksaški guverner Greg Abbott iz republikanske stranke, upravo je izdao izvršnu uredbu kojom je svim državnim tijelima te savezne države zabranjeno da traže na uvid takav dokument, piše Jutarnji list.

"Nijedna organizacija koja se financira javnim novcem neće smjeti tražiti dokumentaciju o statusu cijepljenja ili bilo kakvu privatnu informaciju o zdravlju Teksašana kako bi im pružila uslugu ili dozvolila ulazak na neko mjesto odnosno nitko ne smije tražiti takav dokument u zamjenu za sudjelovanje u normalnom životu", stoji u objavi guvernera. "Nastavljamo cijepiti Teksašane i štititi javno zdravlje, ali bez gaženja osobnih sloboda Teksašana", poručio je Abbott. Nije jedini.

Isto je nešto ranije napravio i Rick DeSantis, guverner Floride, također republikanac, a nacrte sličnih zabrana već sastavlja više njihovih republikanskih kolega pa se pitanje Covid putovnica pretvara u političku temu baš kao što je to bio slučaj s obaveznim maskama. "Traženje tzv. covid putovnica kako bi se građanima dozvolilo da sudjeluju u svakodnevnom životu kao što su dolazak na sportsku utakmicu, u restoran ili u kino, stvorilo bi dvije klase građana", poručio je u objašnjenju DeSantis uzimajući na zub u prvom redu ideju da se takve tzv. putovnice koriste kod kuće u svakodnevnom životu.

Ni Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) nije posve sigurna u to da bi trebalo pristupiti režimu covid putovnica. U ovom slučaju WHO je navela kako "ne bi željela vidjeti putovnice kao obavezne za ulazak ili izlazak iz zemlje", naglašavajući da još "nismo posve sigurni da cijepljenje zaustavlja prijenos bolesti". "Nemaju svi pristup cjepivu i postoje skupine u društvu koje su iz toga izuzete. Još čekamo na zalihe cjepiva koje će biti proslijeđene zemljama kojima trebaju", izjavila je doktorica Margaret Harris, glasnogovornica WHO-a.

Rasprava o covid putovnicama zahuktala se i u Ujedinjenoj Kraljevini nakon što je objavljen plan o testiranju mogućnosti otvaranja života (kina, dvorane, zabava) za osobe koje imaju potvrdu o cijepljenju, negativnom PCR testu ili preboljenoj bolesti. Premijer Boris Johnson je u javnosti predlagao to rješenje, ali su ga dočekale žestoke kritike njegovih stranačkih kolega te laburističke opozicije. I sam ministar za cijepljenje Nadhim Zahawi izjavio je da je njihovo korištenje "kod kuće" kontroverzno, ali da je potrebno ispitati sve mogućnosti koje se nude. Grčka i Izrael već su prihvatile i uvele digitalne "covid putovnice" i postigle dogovor o ulasku turista. U SAD-u je demokratski guverner New Yorka Andrew Cuomo odobrio njujoršku inačicu, tzv. Excelsior Pass, pa čak i govorio o mogućnosti da kontrolori karata na ulazima u dvorane provjeravaju njujorške potvrde o cijepljenju kako bi se u život vratila industrija zabave. No njujorške su vlasti istaknule da je Excelsior Pass, koji je digitalna potvrda, dobrovoljan, piše Jutarnji list.

Drugdje u svijetu tzv. covid putovnice se naveliko spominju, u Izraelu su praktički već uvedene, ali u Sjedinjenim Državama ta ideja ima ljute protivnike. Američka savezna država Teksas, točnije teksaški guverner Greg Abbott iz republikanske stranke, upravo je izdao izvršnu uredbu kojom je svim državnim tijelima te savezne države zabranjeno da traže na uvid takav dokument, piše Jutarnji list.

"Nijedna organizacija koja se financira javnim novcem neće smjeti tražiti dokumentaciju o statusu cijepljenja ili bilo kakvu privatnu informaciju o zdravlju Teksašana kako bi im pružila uslugu ili dozvolila ulazak na neko mjesto odnosno nitko ne smije tražiti takav dokument u zamjenu za sudjelovanje u normalnom životu", stoji u objavi guvernera. "Nastavljamo cijepiti Teksašane i štititi javno zdravlje, ali bez gaženja osobnih sloboda Teksašana", poručio je Abbott. Nije jedini.

Isto je nešto ranije napravio i Rick DeSantis, guverner Floride, također republikanac, a nacrte sličnih zabrana već sastavlja više njihovih republikanskih kolega pa se pitanje Covid putovnica pretvara u političku temu baš kao što je to bio slučaj s obaveznim maskama. "Traženje tzv. covid putovnica kako bi se građanima dozvolilo da sudjeluju u svakodnevnom životu kao što su dolazak na sportsku utakmicu, u restoran ili u kino, stvorilo bi dvije klase građana", poručio je u objašnjenju DeSantis uzimajući na zub u prvom redu ideju da se takve tzv. putovnice koriste kod kuće u svakodnevnom životu.

Ni Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija (WHO) nije posve sigurna u to da bi trebalo pristupiti režimu covid putovnica. U ovom slučaju WHO je navela kako "ne bi željela vidjeti putovnice kao obavezne za ulazak ili izlazak iz zemlje", naglašavajući da još "nismo posve sigurni da cijepljenje zaustavlja prijenos bolesti". "Nemaju svi pristup cjepivu i postoje skupine u društvu koje su iz toga izuzete. Još čekamo na zalihe cjepiva koje će biti proslijeđene zemljama kojima trebaju", izjavila je doktorica Margaret Harris, glasnogovornica WHO-a.

Rasprava o covid putovnicama zahuktala se i u Ujedinjenoj Kraljevini nakon što je objavljen plan o testiranju mogućnosti otvaranja života (kina, dvorane, zabava) za osobe koje imaju potvrdu o cijepljenju, negativnom PCR testu ili preboljenoj bolesti. Premijer Boris Johnson je u javnosti predlagao to rješenje, ali su ga dočekale žestoke kritike njegovih stranačkih kolega te laburističke opozicije. I sam ministar za cijepljenje Nadhim Zahawi izjavio je da je njihovo korištenje "kod kuće" kontroverzno, ali da je potrebno ispitati sve mogućnosti koje se nude. Grčka i Izrael već su prihvatile i uvele digitalne "covid putovnice" i postigle dogovor o ulasku turista.
