Krcato je bilo u nedjelju u središtu Lumbarde gdje je veliki broj ljudi strpljivo čekao u redu ne bi li došli na red za besplatnu sabljarku na žaru, kamenice, crni rižot i mušule. Gastro manifestacija Riba za sve! privukla je ne samo Lumbarjane, već i brojne turiste, cijeli otok i šire.

Gastro manifestacija Riba za sve! rezultat je prijave TZO Lumbarda na FLAG-ov natječaj za Mjeru 3.1 Potpora razvoju male turističke infrastrukture i usluga povezanih s ribarstvom i akvakulturom. Lumbardi je odobreno više od 139 tisuća kuna, sredstva javne potpore osiguravaju se iz proračuna Europske unije i državnog proračuna Republike Hrvatske, od čega Europska unija sudjeluje s 85 posto i Republika Hrvatska s 15 posto. U pravilima natječaja jasno je navedeno, jelo se na manifestaciji ne smije naplaćivati, riba je bila besplatna za sve kao što je bilo navedeno na letku s simpatičnim logom morskog psa, inače rad grafičke dizajnerice Tonke Lujanac.

Popularne ribarske večeri

Zašto baš riba, otkrio nam je direktor TZO Lumbarda Ante Šestanović koji se prijavio na projekt. Hrvati, naime, jedu jako malo ribe u usporedbi s drugim zemljama Europe. Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, konzumacija ribe u Hrvatskoj je 9 kilograma po osobi godišnje dok je recimo u Grčkoj 21 kilogram, a u Portugalu rekordnih 55 kilograma. Zato je EU odlučila podijeliti novce kako bi Hrvate naučila jesti ribu, ne samo radi statistike, već i zbog zdravlja budući da se zna da je riba izvor bjelančevina s malo masti i s puno vitamina i minerala.

Lumbarda je poznata enološka i gastro destinacija, a njihove ribarske večeri svakog ljetnog petka nadaleko su poznate. Zato je i organizacija bila izvrsna što su potvrdili osmijesi i pozitivni komentari na licima brojnih posjetitelja. Pojelo se sve što se pripremilo, nitko nije ostao gladan.

”Vidim po licima ljudi da su zadovoljni, hrana je bila odlična i stvarno smo se potrudili. Hranu su pripremili Lumbarjani koji su uvijek spremni pomoći i sudjeluju u svim sličnim manifestacijama Turističke zajednice. Pojeli smo 200 kilograma sabljarke na žaru, 900 kamenica i lonac od 45 litara pun crnoga rižota u kojeg je utrošeno 20 kilograma sipe. Ne smijemo zaboraviti ni 30 kilograma mušula i oko pedeset komada domaćeg kruha, a imali smo i krumpir salatu za prilog. Naravno da smo pazili i na ekološku stranu priče, pijati su od šećerne trske, a noževi i peruni od drva. Naš nam je prostor velika vrijednost i odgovornost da ga očuvamo kako bi i naša djeca živjela od njega”, objasnio je direktor Šestanović.

Oprema ostaje domaćima

Obećani novac Europske unije stići će tek po završetku projekta, a dodatna vrijednost je i oprema koja ostaje Lumbarjanima u trajno vlasništvo. Pomoću projekta dobili su novi, moderni i prilično veliki roštilj, čak 200 aluminijskih stolica te tri lonca od 27 litara i dva od 45 litara s poklopcima. Izvrsna podloga za buduće projekte.

”Cilj je da ljudi što više jedu ribu pa će ovakvih događanja biti i u budućnosti, ne besplatno, ali uz simbolične cijene. S ovom opremom planiramo organizirati događanja i zimi, Lumbarda je poznata eno-gastro scena, surađujemo s vinarima i uskoro ćemo organizirati slične manifestacije sljubljivanja hrane i vina. Imali smo i izvrsnu sezonu, prema brojkama stigli smo rekordnu 2019. godinu. Mala Lumabrda zabilježila je više od 130 tisuća noćenja i više od 18 tisuća dolazaka što je za nas popriličan broj ljudi”, pohvalio se direktor Šestanović.

Krcato je bilo u nedjelju u središtu Lumbarde gdje je veliki broj ljudi strpljivo čekao u redu ne bi li došli na red za besplatnu sabljarku na žaru, kamenice, crni rižot i mušule. Gastro manifestacija Riba za sve! privukla je ne samo Lumbarjane, već i brojne turiste, cijeli otok i šire.

Gastro manifestacija Riba za sve! rezultat je prijave TZO Lumbarda na FLAG-ov natječaj za Mjeru 3.1 Potpora razvoju male turističke infrastrukture i usluga povezanih s ribarstvom i akvakulturom. Lumbardi je odobreno više od 139 tisuća kuna, sredstva javne potpore osiguravaju se iz proračuna Europske unije i državnog proračuna Republike Hrvatske, od čega Europska unija sudjeluje s 85 posto i Republika Hrvatska s 15 posto. U pravilima natječaja jasno je navedeno, jelo se na manifestaciji ne smije naplaćivati, riba je bila besplatna za sve kao što je bilo navedeno na letku s simpatičnim logom morskog psa, inače rad grafičke dizajnerice Tonke Lujanac.

Popularne ribarske večeri

Zašto baš riba, otkrio nam je direktor TZO Lumbarda Ante Šestanović koji se prijavio na projekt. Hrvati, naime, jedu jako malo ribe u usporedbi s drugim zemljama Europe. Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, konzumacija ribe u Hrvatskoj je 9 kilograma po osobi godišnje dok je recimo u Grčkoj 21 kilogram, a u Portugalu rekordnih 55 kilograma. Zato je EU odlučila podijeliti novce kako bi Hrvate naučila jesti ribu, ne samo radi statistike, već i zbog zdravlja budući da se zna da je riba izvor bjelančevina s malo masti i s puno vitamina i minerala.

Lumbarda je poznata enološka i gastro destinacija, a njihove ribarske večeri svakog ljetnog petka nadaleko su poznate. Zato je i organizacija bila izvrsna što su potvrdili osmijesi i pozitivni komentari na licima brojnih posjetitelja. Pojelo se sve što se pripremilo, nitko nije ostao gladan.

”Vidim po licima ljudi da su zadovoljni, hrana je bila odlična i stvarno smo se potrudili. Hranu su pripremili Lumbarjani koji su uvijek spremni pomoći i sudjeluju u svim sličnim manifestacijama Turističke zajednice. Pojeli smo 200 kilograma sabljarke na žaru, 900 kamenica i lonac od 45 litara pun crnoga rižota u kojeg je utrošeno 20 kilograma sipe. Ne smijemo zaboraviti ni 30 kilograma mušula i oko pedeset komada domaćeg kruha, a imali smo i krumpir salatu za prilog. Naravno da smo pazili i na ekološku stranu priče, pijati su od šećerne trske, a noževi i peruni od drva. Naš nam je prostor velika vrijednost i odgovornost da ga očuvamo kako bi i naša djeca živjela od njega”, objasnio je direktor Šestanović.

Oprema ostaje domaćima

Obećani novac Europske unije stići će tek po završetku projekta, a dodatna vrijednost je i oprema koja ostaje Lumbarjanima u trajno vlasništvo. Pomoću projekta dobili su novi, moderni i prilično veliki roštilj, čak 200 aluminijskih stolica te tri lonca od 27 litara i dva od 45 litara s poklopcima. Izvrsna podloga za buduće projekte.

”Cilj je da ljudi što više jedu ribu pa će ovakvih događanja biti i u budućnosti, ne besplatno, ali uz simbolične cijene. S ovom opremom planiramo organizirati događanja i zimi, Lumbarda je poznata eno-gastro scena, surađujemo s vinarima i uskoro ćemo organizirati slične manifestacije sljubljivanja hrane i vina. Imali smo i izvrsnu sezonu, prema brojkama stigli smo rekordnu 2019. godinu. Mala Lumabrda zabilježila je više od 130 tisuća noćenja i više od 18 tisuća dolazaka što je za nas popriličan broj ljudi”, pohvalio se direktor Šestanović.
