Dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem policijskih službenika Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske 45-godišnjak se sumnjiči za kazneno djelo zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno kako je, obavljajući dužnost zapovjednika javne ustanove nadležne za vatrogasnu djelatnost, ovlašten za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima javne ustanove, od 3. siječnja do 25. travnja 2022. g., korištenjem poslovne bankovne kartice, izdane na njegovo ime, u više navrata na bankomatima dizao gotovinski novac sa žiro računa javne ustanove, čime je sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od 6.383,97 eura.   

Tako pribavljeni novac, a kako neslužbeno doznajemo riječ je o Dobrovoljnom vatrogasnom društvu Ston, navedeni je trošio na osobne potrebe.

Dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem policijskih službenika Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske 45-godišnjak se sumnjiči za kazneno djelo zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno kako je, obavljajući dužnost zapovjednika javne ustanove nadležne za vatrogasnu djelatnost, ovlašten za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima javne ustanove, od 3. siječnja do 25. travnja 2022. g., korištenjem poslovne bankovne kartice, izdane na njegovo ime, u više navrata na bankomatima dizao gotovinski novac sa žiro računa javne ustanove, čime je sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od 6.383,97 eura.   

Tako pribavljeni novac, a kako neslužbeno doznajemo riječ je o Dobrovoljnom vatrogasnom društvu Ston, navedeni je trošio na osobne potrebe.

Zapovjednik vatrogasne javne ustanove dizao novac sa žiro računa i trošio ga na osobne potrebe

Dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem policijskih službenika Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske 45-godišnjak se sumnjiči za kazneno djelo zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno kako je, obavljajući dužnost zapovjednika javne ustanove nadležne za vatrogasnu djelatnost, ovlašten za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima javne ustanove, od 3. siječnja do 25. travnja 2022. g., korištenjem poslovne bankovne kartice, izdane na njegovo ime, u više navrata na bankomatima dizao gotovinski novac sa žiro računa javne ustanove, čime je sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist od 6.383,97 eura.   

Tako pribavljeni novac, a kako neslužbeno doznajemo riječ je o Dobrovoljnom vatrogasnom društvu Ston, navedeni je trošio na osobne potrebe.
