Godinu dana nakon što je dubrovačko Gradsko vijeće jednoglasno promijenilo prijedlog Ugovora o koncesiji za žičaru te Excelsi nekretnine umjesto 50 ponudilo samo 10 godina trajanja koncesije, u ponedjeljak će se pred gradskim vijećnicima kao dopunska točka naći novi prijedlog Ugovora.

Gradska vlast sada ponovo nudi 50 godina koncesijskog razdoblja. Drugi uvjeti ostaju isti pa će, ukoliko Excelsa nekretnine potpišu Ugovor, Grad Dubrovnik dobivati 15 posto od svake prodane karte. No u novom prijedlogu više ne stoji da je Excelsa dužna isplatiti zaostatke od 8. srpnja 2015. godine, kao što je stajalo u prošlogodišnjem prijedlogu na koji su pristali vlasnici žičare, a radi se o iznosu od oko 18 milijuna kuna.

Godinu dana nakon što je dubrovačko Gradsko vijeće jednoglasno promijenilo prijedlog Ugovora o koncesiji za žičaru te Excelsi nekretnine umjesto 50 ponudilo samo 10 godina trajanja koncesije, u ponedjeljak će se pred gradskim vijećnicima kao dopunska točka naći novi prijedlog Ugovora.

Gradska vlast sada ponovo nudi 50 godina koncesijskog razdoblja. Drugi uvjeti ostaju isti pa će, ukoliko Excelsa nekretnine potpišu Ugovor, Grad Dubrovnik dobivati 15 posto od svake prodane karte. No u novom prijedlogu više ne stoji da je Excelsa dužna isplatiti zaostatke od 8. srpnja 2015. godine, kao što je stajalo u prošlogodišnjem prijedlogu na koji su pristali vlasnici žičare, a radi se o iznosu od oko 18 milijuna kuna.

Godinu dana nakon što je dubrovačko Gradsko vijeće jednoglasno promijenilo prijedlog Ugovora o koncesiji za žičaru te Excelsi nekretnine umjesto 50 ponudilo samo 10 godina trajanja koncesije, u ponedjeljak će se pred gradskim vijećnicima kao dopunska točka naći novi prijedlog Ugovora.

Gradska vlast sada ponovo nudi 50 godina koncesijskog razdoblja. Drugi uvjeti ostaju isti pa će, ukoliko Excelsa nekretnine potpišu Ugovor, Grad Dubrovnik dobivati 15 posto od svake prodane karte.
