Nakon četverogodišnje stanke opet se priča o subvencioniranoj ugradnji dizala, a Dubrovnik je za to posebno zainteresiran, s obzirom na katnost zgrada starijeg datuma koje imaju tek stubišta. Saborski zastupnik Silvano Hrelja najavio je izradu posebnog zakona o subvencijama za ugradnju dizala u stambene zgrade, gdje bi država sufinancirala trećinu troška ugradnje koja se pojedinačno cijeni na oko 60 tisuća eura:

Prije pandemije Hrvatska stranka umirovljenika inicirala je da se novcem EU fondova pomogne ugradnja dizala diljem zemlje. Predsjednica gradske organizacije Olga Muratti bila je među najglasnijim pobornicima akcije koju su poduprle i druge umirovljeničke udruge. Ideja je propala na korak do ostvarenja, no Muratti i danas ustraje, ponavlja kako liftovi ne trebaju samo starijima i invalidnim osobama, nego i mlađim teže pokretnima, roditeljima s djecom:

- Dugoročno, cilj je uvesti dizala gdje god je to moguće, od Zlatnog potoka, preko Lapada do Kineskog zida i mojih Sedam smrtnih grijeha. Naravno da negdje tehnički uvjeti ne dopuštaju, ali šteta je da stanari nemaju dizalo tamo gdje ga se može postaviti, gdje postoje okna pogodna za ugradnju. Na potezu je Vlada kojoj smo već u prošloj kampanji dostavili popis zahtjeva i sve materijale za prijavu projekta na EU fondove – izjavila je svojedobno Muratti.

Prema procjenama upućenih, na užem gradskom području šezdesetak je zgrada s liftovima, dosta ih je trošno i zahtjeva remont koji, ovisno o stanju i broju ‘stanica‘ pojedinog dizala, stoji oko 20 tisuća eura. A ako je popravak neisplativ, stari lift treba nadomjestiti novim, za nekih 50 tisuća eura. Još skuplje je, dakako, prilagoditi zgradu za ugradnju novog dizala jer mnoge u zajedničkim prostorima ni nemaju prostora za ‘ubaciti‘ lift.

Za ugradnju dizala je inače moguće povući sredstva iz EU fondova, kao horizontalnu mjeru uz energetsku obnovu zgrada. Za zgrade od četiri do pet katova izgradnja dizala stoji spomenutih 60 tisuća eura. Trećinu bi pokrivao državni proračun, drugu trećinu gradovi i općine apliciranjem na europske projekte za doprinos kvaliteti života u zajednici, a ostatak bi pokrili stanari zgrade kroz pričuvu ili kreditne aranžmane. Hrelja vjeruje kako je kroz rebalans proračuna RH moguće za subvencije osigurati oko 4 milijuna eura.

Nakon četverogodišnje stanke opet se priča o subvencioniranoj ugradnji dizala, a Dubrovnik je za to posebno zainteresiran, s obzirom na katnost zgrada starijeg datuma koje imaju tek stubišta. Saborski zastupnik Silvano Hrelja najavio je izradu posebnog zakona o subvencijama za ugradnju dizala u stambene zgrade, gdje bi država sufinancirala trećinu troška ugradnje koja se pojedinačno cijeni na oko 60 tisuća eura:

Prije pandemije Hrvatska stranka umirovljenika inicirala je da se novcem EU fondova pomogne ugradnja dizala diljem zemlje. Predsjednica gradske organizacije Olga Muratti bila je među najglasnijim pobornicima akcije koju su poduprle i druge umirovljeničke udruge. Ideja je propala na korak do ostvarenja, no Muratti i danas ustraje, ponavlja kako liftovi ne trebaju samo starijima i invalidnim osobama, nego i mlađim teže pokretnima, roditeljima s djecom:

- Dugoročno, cilj je uvesti dizala gdje god je to moguće, od Zlatnog potoka, preko Lapada do Kineskog zida i mojih Sedam smrtnih grijeha. Naravno da negdje tehnički uvjeti ne dopuštaju, ali šteta je da stanari nemaju dizalo tamo gdje ga se može postaviti, gdje postoje okna pogodna za ugradnju. Na potezu je Vlada kojoj smo već u prošloj kampanji dostavili popis zahtjeva i sve materijale za prijavu projekta na EU fondove – izjavila je svojedobno Muratti.

Prema procjenama upućenih, na užem gradskom području šezdesetak je zgrada s liftovima, dosta ih je trošno i zahtjeva remont koji, ovisno o stanju i broju ‘stanica‘ pojedinog dizala, stoji oko 20 tisuća eura. A ako je popravak neisplativ, stari lift treba nadomjestiti novim, za nekih 50 tisuća eura. Još skuplje je, dakako, prilagoditi zgradu za ugradnju novog dizala jer mnoge u zajedničkim prostorima ni nemaju prostora za ‘ubaciti‘ lift.

Za ugradnju dizala je inače moguće povući sredstva iz EU fondova, kao horizontalnu mjeru uz energetsku obnovu zgrada. Za zgrade od četiri do pet katova izgradnja dizala stoji spomenutih 60 tisuća eura. Trećinu bi pokrivao državni proračun, drugu trećinu gradovi i općine apliciranjem na europske projekte za doprinos kvaliteti života u zajednici, a ostatak bi pokrili stanari zgrade kroz pričuvu ili kreditne aranžmane. Hrelja vjeruje kako je kroz rebalans proračuna RH moguće za subvencije osigurati oko 4 milijuna eura.
