Slike rušenja zida i ograde kraj vile Elite obišle su Hrvatsku. Glavni akter cijele akcije, Igor Legaz, dobio je svesrdnu podršku građana koji su mu pomogli u njegovom naumu da napravi prolaz. Kakva poruka se ovakvom vrstom aktivizma šalje u sociološkom smislu, prokomentirala je sociologinja, viša asistentica Instituta društvenih znanosti u Zagrebu, doc. dr. sc. Nikolina Hazdovac Bajić.

- Ovo je pokazatelj kako su građani razočarani u institucije, kako im ne vjeruju i kako misle da nema nikakvog drugog izlaza da se nešto postigne, nego da stvar uzmu u svoje ruke, pa i nekakvim, recimo to, ‘polunasilnim‘, ‘polulegalnim‘ putem. Očiti je to pokazatelj kako institucije ne funkcioniraju odnosno, kako su zakoni jedno, a način njihova provođenja na terenu nešto sasvim drugo. Situacija jest zabrinjavajuća, naravno, nije došlo do neke kritične granice gdje se to događa masovno, ali je pokazatelj da su građani nesigurni. Naša situacija u Dubrovniku je takva da nam je naš, uobičajeni, svakodnevni život na koji smo navikli, praktički onemogućen radi djelovanja različitih interesa, krupnog kapitala i velikih igrača koji provode svoj veliki biznis gdje smo mi kao građani ‘bačeni‘ u drugi plan, posve smo ‘nebitni‘, ‘nitko‘ nas ne doživljava... Institucije od kojih očekujemo da će nas zaštititi, da će imati u vidu naše interese, to nemaju pa smo razočarani i ne znamo kako provesti ono što mislimo da je ispravno, ističe sociologinja koju uopće ne iznenađuje da je veliki dio javnosti stao uz Legaza:

- Vidjeli smo da je profesor Legaz imao veliku podršku... To baš pokazuje koliko smo mi ustvari frustrirani i koliko treba netko da preuzme akciju. Građanski neposluh je svakako jedna od metoda djelovanja. Uvijek nam se predbacuje da slabo djelujemo, da se slabo odazivamo na nekakve javne proteste i aktivnosti, što je istina. Navikli smo da živimo relativno dobro, a ovo je samo jedan primjer kako se može djelovati za neke svoje interese izvan nekih uobičajenih načina, ističe Hazdovac Bajić.
No, postavlja se pitanje može li ova akcija nagnati i druge da preuzmu stvar u svoje ruke – u pozitivnom pa i u negativnom smislu?

- Situacija je vrlo nezgodna. To svakako ne bi trebao biti primjer da se tako postupa u budućnosti, to je više u smislu nekakvog performansa, izraza bunta da se javnosti pokaže da postoje nezadovoljni ljudi i da je to jedan od načina pokazivanja tog nezadovoljstva. To nije način kako se trebaju rješavati problemi u budućnosti. Ipak, s neke građanske strane, moraju postojati načini kako se te stvari rješavaju na legalan, uobičajen, institucionalan način. Kao nekava primjer, kao izraz aktivizma, nezadovoljstva, nezadovoljstva prema institucijama i načinima kako se problemi rješavaju je pozitivno jer je odjeknulo u medijima, svi smo za to čuli i vidjeli u čemu je problem, što inače puno puta ne vidimo jer nam to često prolazi ispod radara, poručuje Hazdovac Bajić.

Slike rušenja zida i ograde kraj vile Elite obišle su Hrvatsku. Glavni akter cijele akcije, Igor Legaz, dobio je svesrdnu podršku građana koji su mu pomogli u njegovom naumu da napravi prolaz. Kakva poruka se ovakvom vrstom aktivizma šalje u sociološkom smislu, prokomentirala je sociologinja, viša asistentica Instituta društvenih znanosti u Zagrebu, doc. dr. sc. Nikolina Hazdovac Bajić.

- Ovo je pokazatelj kako su građani razočarani u institucije, kako im ne vjeruju i kako misle da nema nikakvog drugog izlaza da se nešto postigne, nego da stvar uzmu u svoje ruke, pa i nekakvim, recimo to, ‘polunasilnim‘, ‘polulegalnim‘ putem. Očiti je to pokazatelj kako institucije ne funkcioniraju odnosno, kako su zakoni jedno, a način njihova provođenja na terenu nešto sasvim drugo. Situacija jest zabrinjavajuća, naravno, nije došlo do neke kritične granice gdje se to događa masovno, ali je pokazatelj da su građani nesigurni. Naša situacija u Dubrovniku je takva da nam je naš, uobičajeni, svakodnevni život na koji smo navikli, praktički onemogućen radi djelovanja različitih interesa, krupnog kapitala i velikih igrača koji provode svoj veliki biznis gdje smo mi kao građani ‘bačeni‘ u drugi plan, posve smo ‘nebitni‘, ‘nitko‘ nas ne doživljava... Institucije od kojih očekujemo da će nas zaštititi, da će imati u vidu naše interese, to nemaju pa smo razočarani i ne znamo kako provesti ono što mislimo da je ispravno, ističe sociologinja koju uopće ne iznenađuje da je veliki dio javnosti stao uz Legaza:

- Vidjeli smo da je profesor Legaz imao veliku podršku... To baš pokazuje koliko smo mi ustvari frustrirani i koliko treba netko da preuzme akciju. Građanski neposluh je svakako jedna od metoda djelovanja. Uvijek nam se predbacuje da slabo djelujemo, da se slabo odazivamo na nekakve javne proteste i aktivnosti, što je istina. Navikli smo da živimo relativno dobro, a ovo je samo jedan primjer kako se može djelovati za neke svoje interese izvan nekih uobičajenih načina, ističe Hazdovac Bajić.
No, postavlja se pitanje može li ova akcija nagnati i druge da preuzmu stvar u svoje ruke – u pozitivnom pa i u negativnom smislu?

- Situacija je vrlo nezgodna. To svakako ne bi trebao biti primjer da se tako postupa u budućnosti, to je više u smislu nekakvog performansa, izraza bunta da se javnosti pokaže da postoje nezadovoljni ljudi i da je to jedan od načina pokazivanja tog nezadovoljstva. To nije način kako se trebaju rješavati problemi u budućnosti. Ipak, s neke građanske strane, moraju postojati načini kako se te stvari rješavaju na legalan, uobičajen, institucionalan način. Kao nekava primjer, kao izraz aktivizma, nezadovoljstva, nezadovoljstva prema institucijama i načinima kako se problemi rješavaju je pozitivno jer je odjeknulo u medijima, svi smo za to čuli i vidjeli u čemu je problem, što inače puno puta ne vidimo jer nam to često prolazi ispod radara, poručuje Hazdovac Bajić.
