Već tijekom vikenda srušen je dio donje tarace i ulaz, a u tijeku je rušenje hotela Sumratin. Investitor, direktor tvrtke Trames i Consultants, Marko Balija otkriva koliko će trajati radovi uklanjanja zgrade.

- Samo rušenje se predviđa izvesti unutar 5, dok će se odvajanje materijala iz rušenja izvesti u narednih 10 dana. Rušenju se pristupa na način da se prvo uklone svi niski i dograđeni elementi zgrade. Zatim se s materijalom iz rušenja formira platforma s koje se pristupa uklanjanju glavne zgrade. Glavna zgrada se uklanja, počevši od najviše etaže prema dolje, a radi zaštite okolnih objekata. Dio kamena ostaje na gradilištu radi ponovne ugradnje u novi hotel dok se preostali dio kamena odvaja i odvozi za izgradnju kuće jednoj mnogočlanoj obitelji u Konavlima, ističe investitor.

Odgovorio je i na pitanje je li bilo pritužbi od susjeda.

- Do sada smo primili samo jedan upit na službeni mail koji smo otvorili u svrhu komunikacije s javnosti (sumratin-radovi@trames.hr). Svjesni smo da turistička posezona u listopadu još traje u Dubrovniku, te da utječemo na komoditet gostiju i građana pa se zbog toga ispričavamo, međutim, radove nije bilo moguće dodatno odgađati, objašnjava sugovornik.

Naveo je i koje su sljedeće faze izgradnje, koliko će radovi trajati i što će biti s okolnim zelenilom te štandovima (prodaja sladoleda, izleta...) koji se nalaze duž šetnice:

- Nakon rušenja i uklanjanja zgrade nastavlja se s radovima iskopa i zaštite građevinske jame, te se nadamo da će ti radovi biti završeni do kraja 2023. Vizualizacija nije dovršena odnosno izrađeni su detalji na razini tehničkog usuglašavanja projektnih rješenja. Vizualizacija novog hotela će biti pripremljena za 2024. godinu. Završetak radova očekujem s 1. ožujka 2025. Kroz konačno hortikulturno uređenje predviđa se očuvanje zadržanih vrijednih stabala prema parkingu te sadnju novog drvoreda prema šetnici i ispred hotela. Za vrijeme gradnje dio štandova će zadržati svoju poziciju a nakon otvaranja hotela nije predviđena pozicija za štandove, ističe Balija.

Pojasnio je i na koji način će budući hotel obogatiti turističku ponudu u Lapadu i hoće li hotel zadržati postojeće ime:

- Hotel visoke kategorije privlači goste visoke platežne sposobnosti što će rezultirati boljim poslovanjem okolnih objekata odnosno podizanje kvalitete turističke ponude Lapada. Još nije donesena odluka o nazivu hotela, odnosno razmatraju se varijante vezano uz postojeći naziv, navodi Balija.

Već tijekom vikenda srušen je dio donje tarace i ulaz, a u tijeku je rušenje hotela Sumratin. Investitor, direktor tvrtke Trames i Consultants, Marko Balija otkriva koliko će trajati radovi uklanjanja zgrade.

- Samo rušenje se predviđa izvesti unutar 5, dok će se odvajanje materijala iz rušenja izvesti u narednih 10 dana. Rušenju se pristupa na način da se prvo uklone svi niski i dograđeni elementi zgrade. Zatim se s materijalom iz rušenja formira platforma s koje se pristupa uklanjanju glavne zgrade. Glavna zgrada se uklanja, počevši od najviše etaže prema dolje, a radi zaštite okolnih objekata. Dio kamena ostaje na gradilištu radi ponovne ugradnje u novi hotel dok se preostali dio kamena odvaja i odvozi za izgradnju kuće jednoj mnogočlanoj obitelji u Konavlima, ističe investitor.

Odgovorio je i na pitanje je li bilo pritužbi od susjeda.

- Do sada smo primili samo jedan upit na službeni mail koji smo otvorili u svrhu komunikacije s javnosti (sumratin-radovi@trames.hr). Svjesni smo da turistička posezona u listopadu još traje u Dubrovniku, te da utječemo na komoditet gostiju i građana pa se zbog toga ispričavamo, međutim, radove nije bilo moguće dodatno odgađati, objašnjava sugovornik.

Naveo je i koje su sljedeće faze izgradnje, koliko će radovi trajati i što će biti s okolnim zelenilom te štandovima (prodaja sladoleda, izleta...) koji se nalaze duž šetnice:

- Nakon rušenja i uklanjanja zgrade nastavlja se s radovima iskopa i zaštite građevinske jame, te se nadamo da će ti radovi biti završeni do kraja 2023. Vizualizacija nije dovršena odnosno izrađeni su detalji na razini tehničkog usuglašavanja projektnih rješenja. Vizualizacija novog hotela će biti pripremljena za 2024. godinu. Završetak radova očekujem s 1. ožujka 2025. Kroz konačno hortikulturno uređenje predviđa se očuvanje zadržanih vrijednih stabala prema parkingu te sadnju novog drvoreda prema šetnici i ispred hotela. Za vrijeme gradnje dio štandova će zadržati svoju poziciju a nakon otvaranja hotela nije predviđena pozicija za štandove, ističe Balija.

Već tijekom vikenda srušen je dio donje tarace i ulaz, a u tijeku je rušenje hotela Sumratin. Investitor, direktor tvrtke Trames i Consultants, Marko Balija otkriva koliko će trajati radovi uklanjanja zgrade.

- Samo rušenje se predviđa izvesti unutar 5, dok će se odvajanje materijala iz rušenja izvesti u narednih 10 dana. Rušenju se pristupa na način da se prvo uklone svi niski i dograđeni elementi zgrade. Zatim se s materijalom iz rušenja formira platforma s koje se pristupa uklanjanju glavne zgrade. Glavna zgrada se uklanja, počevši od najviše etaže prema dolje, a radi zaštite okolnih objekata. Dio kamena ostaje na gradilištu radi ponovne ugradnje u novi hotel dok se preostali dio kamena odvaja i odvozi za izgradnju kuće jednoj mnogočlanoj obitelji u Konavlima, ističe investitor.

Odgovorio je i na pitanje je li bilo pritužbi od susjeda.

- Do sada smo primili samo jedan upit na službeni mail koji smo otvorili u svrhu komunikacije s javnosti (sumratin-radovi@trames.hr). Svjesni smo da turistička posezona u listopadu još traje u Dubrovniku, te da utječemo na komoditet gostiju i građana pa se zbog toga ispričavamo, međutim, radove nije bilo moguće dodatno odgađati, objašnjava sugovornik.

Naveo je i koje su sljedeće faze izgradnje, koliko će radovi trajati i što će biti s okolnim zelenilom te štandovima (prodaja sladoleda, izleta...) koji se nalaze duž šetnice:

- Nakon rušenja i uklanjanja zgrade nastavlja se s radovima iskopa i zaštite građevinske jame, te se nadamo da će ti radovi biti završeni do kraja 2023. Vizualizacija nije dovršena odnosno izrađeni su detalji na razini tehničkog usuglašavanja projektnih rješenja. Vizualizacija novog hotela će biti pripremljena za 2024. godinu. Završetak radova očekujem s 1. ožujka 2025. Kroz konačno hortikulturno uređenje predviđa se očuvanje zadržanih vrijednih stabala prema parkingu te sadnju novog drvoreda prema šetnici i ispred hotela. Za vrijeme gradnje dio štandova će zadržati svoju poziciju a nakon otvaranja hotela nije predviđena pozicija za štandove, ističe Balija.
