Sjećam se tog jutra. Kako se ne bih sjetio; bio mi je rođendan - 1. listopada ‘91. Majka je dotrčala i rekla da je počelo.

Što je, k vragu, počelo?

Vidio sam kako granate padaju na Žarkovicu, skočio na vespu i trk na posao. Usput sam još nalio goriva jer, vidim ja da će mi trebat ovih dana.... Kako sam nalio, tako je nestalo struje. Pogodili su trafostanicu u Komolcu. Ostatak priče proživjeli ste i sami. Ostao sam bez nekolicine prijatelja i poznanika, gledao prizore koje bih rado zaboravio, junačio se i umirao od straha. Tko je ostao u Gradu, zna o čemu govorim. Onda je došao kakav-takav mir, zapravo zatišje pred Oluju. Sjećam se jer sam tada bio urednik Dubrovačkog - šest Francuzica. Zamislite, šest njih. I šetaju Stradunom... Kakvo oduševljenje, kakva sreća... Imali smo i sliku. Naravno da mi je to bilo za naslovnicu. Njih šest....eeej...

Prije par dana mi je na mail stigla najava da će Freebird Airlines 26. rujna krenuti sa zimskim programom izravnih čarter letova za Dubrovnik. U prvom dijelu programa letjet će prema destinacijama u Njemačkoj: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, München, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig te Stuttgart i prema destinacijama u UK-u: London – LGW i Manchester dok će u drugom dijelu prometovati još i prema Skandinaviji, Belgiji te UK-u.

U sklopu prvog dijela zimskog programa će biti dostupno više od 24 tisuće sjedala na spomenutim rutama, a u drugom dijelu programa više od 34 tisuće. Naravno da sam pritisnuo tipku “delete” kad sam pročitao ovu bezveznu vijest. Ne’š ti turista. Cijelu zimu desetak tisuća...pffff.

Srećom, netko je od kolegica i kolega na portalu ipak bio pametniji i objavio informaciju koju smo dobili. Ne volim bahate ljude, ali kad vidim da sam i sam uletio u društvo bahatih, to je ozbiljna šamarčina i osobni poraz. Pa se zato vratimo na početak.

Trideset i jedna godina je otkako nas je pogodila i unazadila krvava srpsko-crnogorska agresija. Prva je godina u kojoj možemo reći da smo imali normalnu turističku sezonu otkako je počela pandemija. Grintamo na turiste gdje god stignemo, a nema nam nazad. Ni pameti ni volje nema da pokrenemo neki drugi posao od kojeg bi Grad živio.

Pa poštujmo onda barem turizam (i ugostiteljstvo) koji čine, onako odoka, 70 posto našeg doprinosa BDP-u. Ostalih 30 posto čine druge uslužne djelatnosti. Broj noćenja, a s njime vjerojatno i netto zarada, još nije dosegla brojke iz 2019. godine. Manje je to bitno. Puno je važnije da Dubrovnik odluči imati cjelogodišnji turizam. Onda ih ljeti može biti i manje, život može biti mrvu mirniji, ljudi sretniji, a i Grad će nam zimi biti zeru ljepši, življi, manje dosadan.

Sjećam se tog jutra. Kako se ne bih sjetio; bio mi je rođendan - 1. listopada ‘91. Majka je dotrčala i rekla da je počelo.

Što je, k vragu, počelo?

Vidio sam kako granate padaju na Žarkovicu, skočio na vespu i trk na posao. Usput sam još nalio goriva jer, vidim ja da će mi trebat ovih dana.... Kako sam nalio, tako je nestalo struje. Pogodili su trafostanicu u Komolcu. Ostatak priče proživjeli ste i sami. Ostao sam bez nekolicine prijatelja i poznanika, gledao prizore koje bih rado zaboravio, junačio se i umirao od straha. Tko je ostao u Gradu, zna o čemu govorim. Onda je došao kakav-takav mir, zapravo zatišje pred Oluju. Sjećam se jer sam tada bio urednik Dubrovačkog - šest Francuzica. Zamislite, šest njih. I šetaju Stradunom... Kakvo oduševljenje, kakva sreća... Imali smo i sliku. Naravno da mi je to bilo za naslovnicu. Njih šest....eeej...

Prije par dana mi je na mail stigla najava da će Freebird Airlines 26. rujna krenuti sa zimskim programom izravnih čarter letova za Dubrovnik. U prvom dijelu programa letjet će prema destinacijama u Njemačkoj: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, München, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig te Stuttgart i prema destinacijama u UK-u: London – LGW i Manchester dok će u drugom dijelu prometovati još i prema Skandinaviji, Belgiji te UK-u.

U sklopu prvog dijela zimskog programa će biti dostupno više od 24 tisuće sjedala na spomenutim rutama, a u drugom dijelu programa više od 34 tisuće. Naravno da sam pritisnuo tipku “delete” kad sam pročitao ovu bezveznu vijest. Ne’š ti turista. Cijelu zimu desetak tisuća...pffff.

Srećom, netko je od kolegica i kolega na portalu ipak bio pametniji i objavio informaciju koju smo dobili. Ne volim bahate ljude, ali kad vidim da sam i sam uletio u društvo bahatih, to je ozbiljna šamarčina i osobni poraz. Pa se zato vratimo na početak.

Trideset i jedna godina je otkako nas je pogodila i unazadila krvava srpsko-crnogorska agresija. Prva je godina u kojoj možemo reći da smo imali normalnu turističku sezonu otkako je počela pandemija. Grintamo na turiste gdje god stignemo, a nema nam nazad. Ni pameti ni volje nema da pokrenemo neki drugi posao od kojeg bi Grad živio.

Pa poštujmo onda barem turizam (i ugostiteljstvo) koji čine, onako odoka, 70 posto našeg doprinosa BDP-u. Ostalih 30 posto čine druge uslužne djelatnosti. Broj noćenja, a s njime vjerojatno i netto zarada, još nije dosegla brojke iz 2019. godine. Manje je to bitno. Puno je važnije da Dubrovnik odluči imati cjelogodišnji turizam. Onda ih ljeti može biti i manje, život može biti mrvu mirniji, ljudi sretniji, a i Grad će nam zimi biti zeru ljepši, življi, manje dosadan.

Kako sam otkrio da sam bahat?

Sjećam se tog jutra. Kako se ne bih sjetio; bio mi je rođendan - 1. listopada ‘91. Majka je dotrčala i rekla da je počelo.

Što je, k vragu, počelo?

Vidio sam kako granate padaju na Žarkovicu, skočio na vespu i trk na posao. Usput sam još nalio goriva jer, vidim ja da će mi trebat ovih dana.... Kako sam nalio, tako je nestalo struje. Pogodili su trafostanicu u Komolcu. Ostatak priče proživjeli ste i sami. Ostao sam bez nekolicine prijatelja i poznanika, gledao prizore koje bih rado zaboravio, junačio se i umirao od straha. Tko je ostao u Gradu, zna o čemu govorim. Onda je došao kakav-takav mir, zapravo zatišje pred Oluju. Sjećam se jer sam tada bio urednik Dubrovačkog - šest Francuzica. Zamislite, šest njih. I šetaju Stradunom... Kakvo oduševljenje, kakva sreća... Imali smo i sliku. Naravno da mi je to bilo za naslovnicu. Njih šest....eeej...

Prije par dana mi je na mail stigla najava da će Freebird Airlines 26. rujna krenuti sa zimskim programom izravnih čarter letova za Dubrovnik. U prvom dijelu programa letjet će prema destinacijama u Njemačkoj: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, München, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig te Stuttgart i prema destinacijama u UK-u: London – LGW i Manchester dok će u drugom dijelu prometovati još i prema Skandinaviji, Belgiji te UK-u.

U sklopu prvog dijela zimskog programa će biti dostupno više od 24 tisuće sjedala na spomenutim rutama, a u drugom dijelu programa više od 34 tisuće. Naravno da sam pritisnuo tipku “delete” kad sam pročitao ovu bezveznu vijest. Ne’š ti turista. Cijelu zimu desetak tisuća...pffff.

Srećom, netko je od kolegica i kolega na portalu ipak bio pametniji i objavio informaciju koju smo dobili. Ne volim bahate ljude, ali kad vidim da sam i sam uletio u društvo bahatih, to je ozbiljna šamarčina i osobni poraz. Pa se zato vratimo na početak.

Trideset i jedna godina je otkako nas je pogodila i unazadila krvava srpsko-crnogorska agresija. Prva je godina u kojoj možemo reći da smo imali normalnu turističku sezonu otkako je počela pandemija. Grintamo na turiste gdje god stignemo, a nema nam nazad. Ni pameti ni volje nema da pokrenemo neki drugi posao od kojeg bi Grad živio.

Pa poštujmo onda barem turizam (i ugostiteljstvo) koji čine, onako odoka, 70 posto našeg doprinosa BDP-u. Ostalih 30 posto čine druge uslužne djelatnosti. Broj noćenja, a s njime vjerojatno i netto zarada, još nije dosegla brojke iz 2019. godine. Manje je to bitno. Puno je važnije da Dubrovnik odluči imati cjelogodišnji turizam. Onda ih ljeti može biti i manje, život može biti mrvu mirniji, ljudi sretniji, a i Grad će nam zimi biti zeru ljepši, življi, manje dosadan.
