Predsjednik Europske federacije puteva sv. Jakova Ildefonso de la Campa Montenegro uputio je pismo gradonačelniku Matu Frankoviću kojim ga izvještava o primanju Grada Dubrovnika u punopravno članstvo na skupštini Federacije održanoj u Poljskoj.

Tako je projekt Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje primljen  u europsku mrežu puteva sv. Jakova, a  koji završavaju u od Dubrovnika 3257 kilometara udaljenome španjolskom gradu  Santiago de Composteli.

Glavna skupština Europske federacije Camino ruta (European Federation of Saint James Way), održana je u poljskom gradu Torunu.  Projekt 147 kilometara duge pješačko turističko-hodočasničke staze „Camino Dubrovnik – Međugorje“, koja će povezivati benediktinski samostan sv. Jakova u Dubrovniku i crkvu sv. Jakova u Međugorju, na skupštini Federacije prezentirala je zamjenica gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Jelka Tepšić.

Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje projekt je koji se realizira u suradnji Grada Dubrovnika i Bratovštine sv. Jakova, službenog hrvatskog predstavnika u središnjoj i najstarijoj Camino instituciji - Nadbratovštini sv. Jakova u Španjolskoj. Dubrovački Camino sadrži šest etapa, a sporazum o suradnji na ovom projektu Grad Dubrovnik potpisao je s općinama Dubrovačko primorje, Ravno, Neum, Čitluk te gradom Čapljina. Namijenjen je hodočasnicima i ostalim zainteresiranim putnicima i turistima. Staza najvećim dijelom prolazi starim putevima koje je stanovništvo ovog područja koristilo kroz povijest, a obiluje brojnim vrijednim prirodnim i baštinskim lokalitetima.

Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje je samo dan ranije predstavljen i na tematskoj konferenciji u  Europskom parlamentu u Bruxellesu, a na kojoj je bio koordinator projekta u ime Grada Dubrovnika Goran Cvjetinović. Na konferenciji, koju je organizirala hrvatska zastupnica u EP Željana Zovko, prezentirana je hrvatska Camino baština, primjeri dobre prakse te dosadašnja postignuća projekta Camino Hrvatska. Camino Hrvatska sa svojih do sada otvorenih šest etapa, dio je europske mreže puteva sv. Jakova. pod zaštitom UNESCO-a i Vijeća Europe. Svi putevi za cilj imaju Santiago de Compostelu i njima godišnje po Europi ide preko 1,5 milijuna ljudi. Inače, hodočašće do Santiago de Compostele s današnjih hrvatskih područja počinje još 1203. godine.

Dubrovački Camino trebao bi biti otvoren za posjetitelje u svibnju 2024.godine.

Predsjednik Europske federacije puteva sv. Jakova Ildefonso de la Campa Montenegro uputio je pismo gradonačelniku Matu Frankoviću kojim ga izvještava o primanju Grada Dubrovnika u punopravno članstvo na skupštini Federacije održanoj u Poljskoj.

Tako je projekt Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje primljen  u europsku mrežu puteva sv. Jakova, a  koji završavaju u od Dubrovnika 3257 kilometara udaljenome španjolskom gradu  Santiago de Composteli.

Glavna skupština Europske federacije Camino ruta (European Federation of Saint James Way), održana je u poljskom gradu Torunu.  Projekt 147 kilometara duge pješačko turističko-hodočasničke staze „Camino Dubrovnik – Međugorje“, koja će povezivati benediktinski samostan sv. Jakova u Dubrovniku i crkvu sv. Jakova u Međugorju, na skupštini Federacije prezentirala je zamjenica gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Jelka Tepšić.

Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje projekt je koji se realizira u suradnji Grada Dubrovnika i Bratovštine sv. Jakova, službenog hrvatskog predstavnika u središnjoj i najstarijoj Camino instituciji - Nadbratovštini sv. Jakova u Španjolskoj. Dubrovački Camino sadrži šest etapa, a sporazum o suradnji na ovom projektu Grad Dubrovnik potpisao je s općinama Dubrovačko primorje, Ravno, Neum, Čitluk te gradom Čapljina. Namijenjen je hodočasnicima i ostalim zainteresiranim putnicima i turistima. Staza najvećim dijelom prolazi starim putevima koje je stanovništvo ovog područja koristilo kroz povijest, a obiluje brojnim vrijednim prirodnim i baštinskim lokalitetima.

Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje je samo dan ranije predstavljen i na tematskoj konferenciji u  Europskom parlamentu u Bruxellesu, a na kojoj je bio koordinator projekta u ime Grada Dubrovnika Goran Cvjetinović. Na konferenciji, koju je organizirala hrvatska zastupnica u EP Željana Zovko, prezentirana je hrvatska Camino baština, primjeri dobre prakse te dosadašnja postignuća projekta Camino Hrvatska. Camino Hrvatska sa svojih do sada otvorenih šest etapa, dio je europske mreže puteva sv. Jakova. pod zaštitom UNESCO-a i Vijeća Europe. Svi putevi za cilj imaju Santiago de Compostelu i njima godišnje po Europi ide preko 1,5 milijuna ljudi. Inače, hodočašće do Santiago de Compostele s današnjih hrvatskih područja počinje još 1203. godine.

Dubrovački Camino trebao bi biti otvoren za posjetitelje u svibnju 2024.godine.

Dubrovnik primljen u Europsku federaciju puteva sv. Jakova

Predsjednik Europske federacije puteva sv. Jakova Ildefonso de la Campa Montenegro uputio je pismo gradonačelniku Matu Frankoviću kojim ga izvještava o primanju Grada Dubrovnika u punopravno članstvo na skupštini Federacije održanoj u Poljskoj.

Tako je projekt Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje primljen  u europsku mrežu puteva sv. Jakova, a  koji završavaju u od Dubrovnika 3257 kilometara udaljenome španjolskom gradu  Santiago de Composteli.

Glavna skupština Europske federacije Camino ruta (European Federation of Saint James Way), održana je u poljskom gradu Torunu.  Projekt 147 kilometara duge pješačko turističko-hodočasničke staze „Camino Dubrovnik – Međugorje“, koja će povezivati benediktinski samostan sv. Jakova u Dubrovniku i crkvu sv. Jakova u Međugorju, na skupštini Federacije prezentirala je zamjenica gradonačelnika Grada Dubrovnika Jelka Tepšić.

Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje projekt je koji se realizira u suradnji Grada Dubrovnika i Bratovštine sv. Jakova, službenog hrvatskog predstavnika u središnjoj i najstarijoj Camino instituciji - Nadbratovštini sv. Jakova u Španjolskoj. Dubrovački Camino sadrži šest etapa, a sporazum o suradnji na ovom projektu Grad Dubrovnik potpisao je s općinama Dubrovačko primorje, Ravno, Neum, Čitluk te gradom Čapljina. Namijenjen je hodočasnicima i ostalim zainteresiranim putnicima i turistima. Staza najvećim dijelom prolazi starim putevima koje je stanovništvo ovog područja koristilo kroz povijest, a obiluje brojnim vrijednim prirodnim i baštinskim lokalitetima.

Camino Dubrovnik-Međugorje je samo dan ranije predstavljen i na tematskoj konferenciji u  Europskom parlamentu u Bruxellesu, a na kojoj je bio koordinator projekta u ime Grada Dubrovnika Goran Cvjetinović. Na konferenciji, koju je organizirala hrvatska zastupnica u EP Željana Zovko, prezentirana je hrvatska Camino baština, primjeri dobre prakse te dosadašnja postignuća projekta Camino Hrvatska. Camino Hrvatska sa svojih do sada otvorenih šest etapa, dio je europske mreže puteva sv. Jakova. pod zaštitom UNESCO-a i Vijeća Europe. Svi putevi za cilj imaju Santiago de Compostelu i njima godišnje po Europi ide preko 1,5 milijuna ljudi. Inače, hodočašće do Santiago de Compostele s današnjih hrvatskih područja počinje još 1203. godine.

Dubrovački Camino trebao bi biti otvoren za posjetitelje u svibnju 2024.godine.
