Trasa brze ceste od aerodroma do Osojnika ključan je i strateški važan projekt za dubrovačko područje. O tome svjedoče ovoljetne kilometarske kolone u kojima smo iz Dubrovnika zbog spenze u Čibači putovali sat i pol vremena. Brza cesta će nas, nepobitna je činjenica, spasiti, a kada se sjetimo prometnih nesreća koje su se samo u posljednjih par mjeseci dogodile na magistrali - i doslovce.

Ne treba sumnjati da Dubrovčani, Župljani i Konavljani jedva čekaju dan kad će promet krenuti novom cestom, no do tog trenutka treba riješiti puno pitanja. Najvažnije je ono kuda će cesta prolaziti, jer preuzak prostor, posebice na području Župe dubrovačke i Dubrovnika, zahtijeva jako puno kompromisa. Definitivno, u ovom slučaju ne možemo imati ‘i jare i pare’, pa moramo donijeti odluku čega ćemo se odreći. Za tu odluku trebamo imati dva točna podatka. Je li predložena trasa u građevinskom i financijskom smislu najbolje rješenje, te je li i koliko je odluka o zaštićenom krajobrazu Rijeke dubrovačke utemeljena u stručnom smislu, a kolikoj je mjeri rezultat određenog političkog trenutka.

Upravo za to služi netom pokrenuta Javna rasprava kao i Zbor građana koji je na tu temu organiziran u srijedu u Mokošici, a potom jučer i u Rožatu. S obzirom da su Hrvatske ceste, kao najbolje tehničko izvedivo rješenje, trasirale dubrovačku dionicu iznad same Mokošice, najvećeg i najnapučenijeg gradskog naselja, a prije toga vijaduktom iznad izvorišta Omble u susjednom Komolcu, očekivalo se da će sportska dvorana mokoške škole biti premalena da primi sve građane. No od više od 10 tisuća žitelja i to samo u Mokošici kojima bi cesta trebala prolaziti iznad glava, pozivu se odazvalo niti pet stotina Dubrovčana, od kojih su glavnu riječ držali gradski političari.

Pa se tako zbor građana pretvorio u zbor političara kojima nikad dosta govornice i mikrofona. Što doista o trasi misle građani, obični dubrovački ‘smrtnici’ koji kupuju spenzu na akciji u Čibači, ovaj put nismo doznali. Možda bi i nešto rekli da su došli do mikrofona, no s razglasa su, osim pokojeg mišljenja nekolicine aktivista, uglavnom odzvanjali po tko za koji put ponovljeni politički traktati. I vladajućih i oporbenih političara. Za to smo im dali govornicu i mikrofon u Gradskoj vijećnici, a zborove neka ostave onima za koje se organiziraju, građanima koji trebaju razgovarati sa stručnjacima.

Trasa brze ceste od aerodroma do Osojnika ključan je i strateški važan projekt za dubrovačko područje. O tome svjedoče ovoljetne kilometarske kolone u kojima smo iz Dubrovnika zbog spenze u Čibači putovali sat i pol vremena. Brza cesta će nas, nepobitna je činjenica, spasiti, a kada se sjetimo prometnih nesreća koje su se samo u posljednjih par mjeseci dogodile na magistrali - i doslovce.

Ne treba sumnjati da Dubrovčani, Župljani i Konavljani jedva čekaju dan kad će promet krenuti novom cestom, no do tog trenutka treba riješiti puno pitanja. Najvažnije je ono kuda će cesta prolaziti, jer preuzak prostor, posebice na području Župe dubrovačke i Dubrovnika, zahtijeva jako puno kompromisa. Definitivno, u ovom slučaju ne možemo imati ‘i jare i pare’, pa moramo donijeti odluku čega ćemo se odreći. Za tu odluku trebamo imati dva točna podatka. Je li predložena trasa u građevinskom i financijskom smislu najbolje rješenje, te je li i koliko je odluka o zaštićenom krajobrazu Rijeke dubrovačke utemeljena u stručnom smislu, a kolikoj je mjeri rezultat određenog političkog trenutka.

Upravo za to služi netom pokrenuta Javna rasprava kao i Zbor građana koji je na tu temu organiziran u srijedu u Mokošici, a potom jučer i u Rožatu. S obzirom da su Hrvatske ceste, kao najbolje tehničko izvedivo rješenje, trasirale dubrovačku dionicu iznad same Mokošice, najvećeg i najnapučenijeg gradskog naselja, a prije toga vijaduktom iznad izvorišta Omble u susjednom Komolcu, očekivalo se da će sportska dvorana mokoške škole biti premalena da primi sve građane. No od više od 10 tisuća žitelja i to samo u Mokošici kojima bi cesta trebala prolaziti iznad glava, pozivu se odazvalo niti pet stotina Dubrovčana, od kojih su glavnu riječ držali gradski političari.

Pa se tako zbor građana pretvorio u zbor političara kojima nikad dosta govornice i mikrofona. Što doista o trasi misle građani, obični dubrovački ‘smrtnici’ koji kupuju spenzu na akciji u Čibači, ovaj put nismo doznali. Možda bi i nešto rekli da su došli do mikrofona, no s razglasa su, osim pokojeg mišljenja nekolicine aktivista, uglavnom odzvanjali po tko za koji put ponovljeni politički traktati. I vladajućih i oporbenih političara. Za to smo im dali govornicu i mikrofon u Gradskoj vijećnici, a zborove neka ostave onima za koje se organiziraju, građanima koji trebaju razgovarati sa stručnjacima.

Došli političari, ‘istjerali’ građane

Trasa brze ceste od aerodroma do Osojnika ključan je i strateški važan projekt za dubrovačko područje. O tome svjedoče ovoljetne kilometarske kolone u kojima smo iz Dubrovnika zbog spenze u Čibači putovali sat i pol vremena. Brza cesta će nas, nepobitna je činjenica, spasiti, a kada se sjetimo prometnih nesreća koje su se samo u posljednjih par mjeseci dogodile na magistrali - i doslovce.

Ne treba sumnjati da Dubrovčani, Župljani i Konavljani jedva čekaju dan kad će promet krenuti novom cestom, no do tog trenutka treba riješiti puno pitanja. Najvažnije je ono kuda će cesta prolaziti, jer preuzak prostor, posebice na području Župe dubrovačke i Dubrovnika, zahtijeva jako puno kompromisa. Definitivno, u ovom slučaju ne možemo imati ‘i jare i pare’, pa moramo donijeti odluku čega ćemo se odreći. Za tu odluku trebamo imati dva točna podatka. Je li predložena trasa u građevinskom i financijskom smislu najbolje rješenje, te je li i koliko je odluka o zaštićenom krajobrazu Rijeke dubrovačke utemeljena u stručnom smislu, a kolikoj je mjeri rezultat određenog političkog trenutka.

Upravo za to služi netom pokrenuta Javna rasprava kao i Zbor građana koji je na tu temu organiziran u srijedu u Mokošici, a potom jučer i u Rožatu. S obzirom da su Hrvatske ceste, kao najbolje tehničko izvedivo rješenje, trasirale dubrovačku dionicu iznad same Mokošice, najvećeg i najnapučenijeg gradskog naselja, a prije toga vijaduktom iznad izvorišta Omble u susjednom Komolcu, očekivalo se da će sportska dvorana mokoške škole biti premalena da primi sve građane. No od više od 10 tisuća žitelja i to samo u Mokošici kojima bi cesta trebala prolaziti iznad glava, pozivu se odazvalo niti pet stotina Dubrovčana, od kojih su glavnu riječ držali gradski političari.

Pa se tako zbor građana pretvorio u zbor političara kojima nikad dosta govornice i mikrofona. Što doista o trasi misle građani, obični dubrovački ‘smrtnici’ koji kupuju spenzu na akciji u Čibači, ovaj put nismo doznali. Možda bi i nešto rekli da su došli do mikrofona, no s razglasa su, osim pokojeg mišljenja nekolicine aktivista, uglavnom odzvanjali po tko za koji put ponovljeni politički traktati. I vladajućih i oporbenih političara. Za to smo im dali govornicu i mikrofon u Gradskoj vijećnici, a zborove neka ostave onima za koje se organiziraju, građanima koji trebaju razgovarati sa stručnjacima.
