Tvrtka Villa Dubrovnik, vlasnik istoimenog luksuznog dubrovačkog hotela sinoć je na stranicama Zagrebačke burze izvijestila kako su u utorak od Trgovačkog suda u Dubrovniku zaprimili tužbu i privremenu mjeru predbilježbe prava vlasništva nad nekretninama od strane zagrebačke tvrtke Europrojekt. Naime, predbilježba prava vlasništva nad parcelama u vlasništvu hotelske kuće je privremena mjera osiguranja nešto manje od 2 milijuna eura koliko zagrebačka tvrtka potražuje od dubrovačkog hotela.

- Budući da se u cijelosti osporava osnovanost zaprimljenog jer analiza pravnih činjenica spora pokazuje pozitivnu poziciju Društva u istome, Društvo će u predviđenom zakonskom roku nadležnom sudu dostaviti odgovor na tužbu te izjaviti žalbu na odluku o određivanju mjere radi osiguranja. Procjena Uprave Društva jest uspješan ishod sudskog spora za Društvo, a Društvo će o svim dodatnim relevantnim okolnostima i dalje pravovremeno obavještavati investicijsku javnost- ističe se u obavijesti tvrtke Villa Dubrovnik iz koje nam, kako su istaknuli, zbog strogih pravila Zagrebačke burze, nisu mogli pojasniti zbog čega je nastala ovakva situacija.

- Zbog činjenice da smo uvršteni na Zagrebačku burzu (i relevantnih pravila koja moramo poštovati) nismo u mogućnosti komunicirati ništa više od onoga što je već objavljeno - kratko je poručio direktor hotela Villa Dubrovnik Ivan Rudolf Gajić

Dok se ne riješi spor o navodnom dugu u visni1.975.425,20 eura s pripadajućim kamatama, Villa Dubrovnik tako privremeno ne može prodati ili kreditno opteretiti kat. čest. br. 1840 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 1905 m2, kat. čest. br. 1855/1, oznake zemljišta voćnjak, gospodarska zgrada, površine 2312 m2, kat. čest. br. 1855/2 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 1734 m2, kat. čest. br. 2455 oznake zemljišta uređeno zemljište, površine 88 m2, sveukupne površine 6039 m2, kat. čest. br. 1837 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 248 m2, kat. čest. br. 1838 oznake zemljišta vrt, površine 66 m2, kat. čest. br. 1856/1 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 42 m2, kat. čest. br. 1856/2 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 280 m2, sveukupne površine 636 m2) i u zk. ul. 682 (kat. čest. br. 1818 oznake zemljišta hotel, hotel, pomoćna zgrada, pomoćna zgrada, neplodno, dvorište, površine 4910 m2, te kat. čest. br. 1774/1 oznake zemljišta obala.

Pojedinosti o ovome slučaju potražili smo i kod zagrebačke građevinske tvrtke Europrojekt, no od njih još uvijek nismo dobili odgovor iako se može pretpostaviti da i oni podliježu strogim pravilima Zagrebačke burze.

Podsjetimo do prije dvije godine vlasnik tog luksuzno hotela koji se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini dubrovačke povijesne cjeline bila je Dogus Grupa turskog milijardera Ferita Sahenka, u kojoj je Villa Dubrovnik bila dio njihova brenda luksuznih hotela Mytha Anthology. Hotel je u potpunosti rekonstruiran te je 2011. otvorio vrata kao boutique hotel s 5 zvjezdica i 56 luksuznih soba u kojima noćenje navodno zapada i do 8000 eura.

Tvrtka Villa Dubrovnik, vlasnik istoimenog luksuznog dubrovačkog hotela sinoć je na stranicama Zagrebačke burze izvijestila kako su u utorak od Trgovačkog suda u Dubrovniku zaprimili tužbu i privremenu mjeru predbilježbe prava vlasništva nad nekretninama od strane zagrebačke tvrtke Europrojekt. Naime, predbilježba prava vlasništva nad parcelama u vlasništvu hotelske kuće je privremena mjera osiguranja nešto manje od 2 milijuna eura koliko zagrebačka tvrtka potražuje od dubrovačkog hotela.

- Budući da se u cijelosti osporava osnovanost zaprimljenog jer analiza pravnih činjenica spora pokazuje pozitivnu poziciju Društva u istome, Društvo će u predviđenom zakonskom roku nadležnom sudu dostaviti odgovor na tužbu te izjaviti žalbu na odluku o određivanju mjere radi osiguranja. Procjena Uprave Društva jest uspješan ishod sudskog spora za Društvo, a Društvo će o svim dodatnim relevantnim okolnostima i dalje pravovremeno obavještavati investicijsku javnost- ističe se u obavijesti tvrtke Villa Dubrovnik iz koje nam, kako su istaknuli, zbog strogih pravila Zagrebačke burze, nisu mogli pojasniti zbog čega je nastala ovakva situacija.

- Zbog činjenice da smo uvršteni na Zagrebačku burzu (i relevantnih pravila koja moramo poštovati) nismo u mogućnosti komunicirati ništa više od onoga što je već objavljeno - kratko je poručio direktor hotela Villa Dubrovnik Ivan Rudolf Gajić

Dok se ne riješi spor o navodnom dugu u visni1.975.425,20 eura s pripadajućim kamatama, Villa Dubrovnik tako privremeno ne može prodati ili kreditno opteretiti kat. čest. br. 1840 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 1905 m2, kat. čest. br. 1855/1, oznake zemljišta voćnjak, gospodarska zgrada, površine 2312 m2, kat. čest. br. 1855/2 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 1734 m2, kat. čest. br. 2455 oznake zemljišta uređeno zemljište, površine 88 m2, sveukupne površine 6039 m2, kat. čest. br. 1837 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 248 m2, kat. čest. br. 1838 oznake zemljišta vrt, površine 66 m2, kat. čest. br. 1856/1 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 42 m2, kat. čest. br. 1856/2 oznake zemljišta voćnjak, površine 280 m2, sveukupne površine 636 m2) i u zk. ul. 682 (kat. čest. br. 1818 oznake zemljišta hotel, hotel, pomoćna zgrada, pomoćna zgrada, neplodno, dvorište, površine 4910 m2, te kat. čest. br. 1774/1 oznake zemljišta obala.

Pojedinosti o ovome slučaju potražili smo i kod zagrebačke građevinske tvrtke Europrojekt, no od njih još uvijek nismo dobili odgovor iako se može pretpostaviti da i oni podliježu strogim pravilima Zagrebačke burze.

Podsjetimo do prije dvije godine vlasnik tog luksuzno hotela koji se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini dubrovačke povijesne cjeline bila je Dogus Grupa turskog milijardera Ferita Sahenka, u kojoj je Villa Dubrovnik bila dio njihova brenda luksuznih hotela Mytha Anthology. Hotel je u potpunosti rekonstruiran te je 2011. otvorio vrata kao boutique hotel s 5 zvjezdica i 56 luksuznih soba u kojima noćenje navodno zapada i do 8000 eura.

Zagrebačka tvrtka blokirala imovinu luksuznog dubrovačkog hotela u kojem odsjedaju hollywoodske zvijezde!

Tvrtka Villa Dubrovnik, vlasnik istoimenog luksuznog dubrovačkog hotela sinoć je na stranicama Zagrebačke burze izvijestila kako su u utorak od Trgovačkog suda u Dubrovniku zaprimili tužbu i privremenu mjeru predbilježbe prava vlasništva nad nekretninama od strane zagrebačke tvrtke Europrojekt. Naime, predbilježba prava vlasništva nad parcelama u vlasništvu hotelske kuće je privremena mjera osiguranja nešto manje od 2 milijuna eura koliko zagrebačka tvrtka potražuje od dubrovačkog hotela.

- Budući da se u cijelosti osporava osnovanost zaprimljenog jer analiza pravnih činjenica spora pokazuje pozitivnu poziciju Društva u istome, Društvo će u predviđenom zakonskom roku nadležnom sudu dostaviti odgovor na tužbu te izjaviti žalbu na odluku o određivanju mjere radi osiguranja. Procjena Uprave Društva jest uspješan ishod sudskog spora za Društvo, a Društvo će o svim dodatnim relevantnim okolnostima i dalje pravovremeno obavještavati investicijsku javnost- ističe se u obavijesti tvrtke Villa Dubrovnik iz koje nam, kako su istaknuli, zbog strogih pravila Zagrebačke burze, nisu mogli pojasniti zbog čega je nastala ovakva situacija.
