U listopadu 2023. godine Društvo Villa Dubrovnik d.d. kreće u investicijsko održavanje hotela Villa Dubrovnik te objavljuje poziv za kupnju rabljenog cjelokupnog postojećeg hotelskog namještaja i opreme.

Prednost kod podnošenja ponuda imaju kupci koji će biti u mogućnosti kupiti cjelokupni hotelski inventar i opremu što uključuje sobe u kompletu, opremu za SPA, balkonske stolove i stolice, restoranski i kuhinjski inventar kao i ostali sličan inventar.

Zainteresirani kupci mole se za iskaz interesa za kupnju cjelokupnog hotelskog inventara do 18. kolovoza 2023. godine, nakon čega će im biti omogućen uvid u fotodokumentaciju i listu inventara. Javni interes potrebno je iskazati putem elektroničke pošte na mail adrese: ipotkrajcic@villa-dubrovnik.hr; mstrazicic@villa-dubrovnik.hr; mbrkic@villa-dubrovnik.hr.

Iskaz interesa treba sadržavati osnovne podatke o kupcu, opis djelatnosti kojom se kupac bavi, te kratak pregled financijskih podataka u posljednje tri godine (prihodi, rashodi, dobit/gubitak, veličina aktive).

Konačne financijske ponude podnose se do 1. rujna 2023. godine. Ponude moraju uključivati naznaku da ponuđeni iznos ne uključuje PDV, koji će dodatno biti iskazan na računu po isporuci.

Društvo će prihvatiti financijski najvišu ponudu, koja je najpovoljnija za društvo. Ponude podnesene nakon proteka roka za podnošenje ponuda, neće se razmatrati. Inventar se otkupljuje po principu viđeno/kupljeno, te se naknadne reklamacije neće uvažavati. Ponude za kupnju inventara prikupljat će se u razdoblju do 1. rujna 2023., te će društvo obavijestiti kupca o prihvaćanju ponude do 8. rujna 2023.

Kupci su dužni osigurati demontažu i transport cjelokupnog kupljenog inventara. Po sklopljenom ugovoru o kupoprodaji kupci su dužni uplatiti kaparu u iznosu 20% prihvaćenog iznosa ponude uvećanom za PDV na transakcijski račun društva broj HR7524020061101003192, a ostatak ponuđene cijene uvećane za PDV najkasnije do 25. rujna 2023.

Preuzimanje i odvoz inventara započet će od 1. listopada 2023. godine, nakon zatvaranja hotela. Period prikupljanja i odvoza kupljenog inventara će biti ograničen do 8. listopada 2023. zbog početka građevinskih radova renovacije hotela. U slučaju kašnjenja sa odvozom društvo će organizirati odvoz inventara sa hotela Villa Dubrovnik o trošku kupca.

Društvo zadržava pravo odustanka od procesa prodaje hotelskog inventara, uz povrat eventualno plaćenog avansa, bez plaćanja ikakvih penala potencijalnim kupcima.

U listopadu 2023. godine Društvo Villa Dubrovnik d.d. kreće u investicijsko održavanje hotela Villa Dubrovnik te objavljuje poziv za kupnju rabljenog cjelokupnog postojećeg hotelskog namještaja i opreme.

Prednost kod podnošenja ponuda imaju kupci koji će biti u mogućnosti kupiti cjelokupni hotelski inventar i opremu što uključuje sobe u kompletu, opremu za SPA, balkonske stolove i stolice, restoranski i kuhinjski inventar kao i ostali sličan inventar.

Zainteresirani kupci mole se za iskaz interesa za kupnju cjelokupnog hotelskog inventara do 18. kolovoza 2023. godine, nakon čega će im biti omogućen uvid u fotodokumentaciju i listu inventara. Javni interes potrebno je iskazati putem elektroničke pošte na mail adrese: ipotkrajcic@villa-dubrovnik.hr; mstrazicic@villa-dubrovnik.hr; mbrkic@villa-dubrovnik.hr.

Iskaz interesa treba sadržavati osnovne podatke o kupcu, opis djelatnosti kojom se kupac bavi, te kratak pregled financijskih podataka u posljednje tri godine (prihodi, rashodi, dobit/gubitak, veličina aktive).

Konačne financijske ponude podnose se do 1. rujna 2023. godine. Ponude moraju uključivati naznaku da ponuđeni iznos ne uključuje PDV, koji će dodatno biti iskazan na računu po isporuci.

Društvo će prihvatiti financijski najvišu ponudu, koja je najpovoljnija za društvo. Ponude podnesene nakon proteka roka za podnošenje ponuda, neće se razmatrati. Inventar se otkupljuje po principu viđeno/kupljeno, te se naknadne reklamacije neće uvažavati. Ponude za kupnju inventara prikupljat će se u razdoblju do 1. rujna 2023., te će društvo obavijestiti kupca o prihvaćanju ponude do 8. rujna 2023.

Kupci su dužni osigurati demontažu i transport cjelokupnog kupljenog inventara. Po sklopljenom ugovoru o kupoprodaji kupci su dužni uplatiti kaparu u iznosu 20% prihvaćenog iznosa ponude uvećanom za PDV na transakcijski račun društva broj HR7524020061101003192, a ostatak ponuđene cijene uvećane za PDV najkasnije do 25. rujna 2023.

Preuzimanje i odvoz inventara započet će od 1. listopada 2023. godine, nakon zatvaranja hotela. Period prikupljanja i odvoza kupljenog inventara će biti ograničen do 8. listopada 2023. zbog početka građevinskih radova renovacije hotela. U slučaju kašnjenja sa odvozom društvo će organizirati odvoz inventara sa hotela Villa Dubrovnik o trošku kupca.

Poziv za kupnju rabljenog hotelskog namještaja i opreme

U listopadu 2023. godine Društvo Villa Dubrovnik d.d. kreće u investicijsko održavanje hotela Villa Dubrovnik te objavljuje poziv za kupnju rabljenog cjelokupnog postojećeg hotelskog namještaja i opreme.

Prednost kod podnošenja ponuda imaju kupci koji će biti u mogućnosti kupiti cjelokupni hotelski inventar i opremu što uključuje sobe u kompletu, opremu za SPA, balkonske stolove i stolice, restoranski i kuhinjski inventar kao i ostali sličan inventar.

Zainteresirani kupci mole se za iskaz interesa za kupnju cjelokupnog hotelskog inventara do 18. kolovoza 2023. godine, nakon čega će im biti omogućen uvid u fotodokumentaciju i listu inventara. Javni interes potrebno je iskazati putem elektroničke pošte na mail adrese: ipotkrajcic@villa-dubrovnik.hr; mstrazicic@villa-dubrovnik.hr; mbrkic@villa-dubrovnik.hr.

Iskaz interesa treba sadržavati osnovne podatke o kupcu, opis djelatnosti kojom se kupac bavi, te kratak pregled financijskih podataka u posljednje tri godine (prihodi, rashodi, dobit/gubitak, veličina aktive).

Konačne financijske ponude podnose se do 1. rujna 2023. godine. Ponude moraju uključivati naznaku da ponuđeni iznos ne uključuje PDV, koji će dodatno biti iskazan na računu po isporuci.

Društvo će prihvatiti financijski najvišu ponudu, koja je najpovoljnija za društvo. Ponude podnesene nakon proteka roka za podnošenje ponuda, neće se razmatrati. Inventar se otkupljuje po principu viđeno/kupljeno, te se naknadne reklamacije neće uvažavati. Ponude za kupnju inventara prikupljat će se u razdoblju do 1. rujna 2023., te će društvo obavijestiti kupca o prihvaćanju ponude do 8. rujna 2023.

Kupci su dužni osigurati demontažu i transport cjelokupnog kupljenog inventara. Po sklopljenom ugovoru o kupoprodaji kupci su dužni uplatiti kaparu u iznosu 20% prihvaćenog iznosa ponude uvećanom za PDV na transakcijski račun društva broj HR7524020061101003192, a ostatak ponuđene cijene uvećane za PDV najkasnije do 25. rujna 2023.

Preuzimanje i odvoz inventara započet će od 1. listopada 2023. godine, nakon zatvaranja hotela. Period prikupljanja i odvoza kupljenog inventara će biti ograničen do 8. listopada 2023. zbog početka građevinskih radova renovacije hotela. U slučaju kašnjenja sa odvozom društvo će organizirati odvoz inventara sa hotela Villa Dubrovnik o trošku kupca.
