Vezano uz tekst novinarke Maje Rilović Koprivec, 29. siječnja 2024. u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji pod naslovom:,,Tonći Peović o natječaju z a drugog pružatelja zemaljskih usluga: Na Čilipe slijeće konkurencija!", Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo(HACZ) u svrhu otklanjanja i razjašnjavanja spornih navoda objavljuje odgovor na objavu temeljem Zakona o medijima, članak 56. kako slijedi:

U predmetnom tekstu se navodi kako se natječajem dovodi konkurencija u djelatnost prihvata i otpreme zrakoplova, putnika i stvari. Želimo istaknuti,a tako je predviđeno i europskim propisom,da se tenderom raspisuje natječaj samo za usluge čiji je broj pružatelja ograničen. U slučaju zračnih Iuka Zagreb, Dubrovnik i Split, to su rukovanje prtljagom i rukovanje na stajanci. Naglašavamo da isti propis prepoznaje 11 osnovnih kategorija zemaljskih usluga, a HACZ raspisuje natječaj samo za dvije kategorije.

Nadalje,u tekstu se navodi da kompanija koja pruža te usluge mora biti licencirana od strane HACZ. To je neistinita tvrdnja,jer Agencija od 2022. godine ne izdaje odobrenja za pružatelje zemaljskih usluga,odnosno pružatelji zemaljskih usluga dužni su udovoljiti zadanom standardu industrije, zračne luke, a uskoro i novog europskog propisa.

Također, dopustite da se osvrnemo i na tvrdnju kako će novi pružatelj dovesti nove radnike. Naime,osoblje koja obavlja poslove u okviru dviju usluga koje su predmet tendera je osposobljeno i licencirano od strane ovlaštenih organizacija. Dakle, očekivan je i interes novog pružatelja usluga za postojeće radnike na zračnim lukama, a ne samo dovođenje novih.

Vezano uz tekst novinarke Maje Rilović Koprivec, 29. siječnja 2024. u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji pod naslovom:,,Tonći Peović o natječaju z a drugog pružatelja zemaljskih usluga: Na Čilipe slijeće konkurencija!", Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo(HACZ) u svrhu otklanjanja i razjašnjavanja spornih navoda objavljuje odgovor na objavu temeljem Zakona o medijima, članak 56. kako slijedi:

U predmetnom tekstu se navodi kako se natječajem dovodi konkurencija u djelatnost prihvata i otpreme zrakoplova, putnika i stvari. Želimo istaknuti,a tako je predviđeno i europskim propisom,da se tenderom raspisuje natječaj samo za usluge čiji je broj pružatelja ograničen. U slučaju zračnih Iuka Zagreb, Dubrovnik i Split, to su rukovanje prtljagom i rukovanje na stajanci. Naglašavamo da isti propis prepoznaje 11 osnovnih kategorija zemaljskih usluga, a HACZ raspisuje natječaj samo za dvije kategorije.

Nadalje,u tekstu se navodi da kompanija koja pruža te usluge mora biti licencirana od strane HACZ. To je neistinita tvrdnja,jer Agencija od 2022. godine ne izdaje odobrenja za pružatelje zemaljskih usluga,odnosno pružatelji zemaljskih usluga dužni su udovoljiti zadanom standardu industrije, zračne luke, a uskoro i novog europskog propisa.

Također, dopustite da se osvrnemo i na tvrdnju kako će novi pružatelj dovesti nove radnike. Naime,osoblje koja obavlja poslove u okviru dviju usluga koje su predmet tendera je osposobljeno i licencirano od strane ovlaštenih organizacija. Dakle, očekivan je i interes novog pružatelja usluga za postojeće radnike na zračnim lukama, a ne samo dovođenje novih.

Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo odgovara Tonćiju Peoviću

Vezano uz tekst novinarke Maje Rilović Koprivec, 29. siječnja 2024. u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji pod naslovom:,,Tonći Peović o natječaju z a drugog pružatelja zemaljskih usluga: Na Čilipe slijeće konkurencija!", Hrvatska agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo(HACZ) u svrhu otklanjanja i razjašnjavanja spornih navoda objavljuje odgovor na objavu temeljem Zakona o medijima, članak 56. kako slijedi:

U predmetnom tekstu se navodi kako se natječajem dovodi konkurencija u djelatnost prihvata i otpreme zrakoplova, putnika i stvari. Želimo istaknuti,a tako je predviđeno i europskim propisom,da se tenderom raspisuje natječaj samo za usluge čiji je broj pružatelja ograničen. U slučaju zračnih Iuka Zagreb, Dubrovnik i Split, to su rukovanje prtljagom i rukovanje na stajanci. Naglašavamo da isti propis prepoznaje 11 osnovnih kategorija zemaljskih usluga, a HACZ raspisuje natječaj samo za dvije kategorije.

Nadalje,u tekstu se navodi da kompanija koja pruža te usluge mora biti licencirana od strane HACZ. To je neistinita tvrdnja,jer Agencija od 2022. godine ne izdaje odobrenja za pružatelje zemaljskih usluga,odnosno pružatelji zemaljskih usluga dužni su udovoljiti zadanom standardu industrije, zračne luke, a uskoro i novog europskog propisa.

Također, dopustite da se osvrnemo i na tvrdnju kako će novi pružatelj dovesti nove radnike. Naime,osoblje koja obavlja poslove u okviru dviju usluga koje su predmet tendera je osposobljeno i licencirano od strane ovlaštenih organizacija. Dakle, očekivan je i interes novog pružatelja usluga za postojeće radnike na zračnim lukama, a ne samo dovođenje novih.
