Ukupna cijena nabavke borbenih aviona u ovom trenutku iznosi 8.914.130.846,00 kuna, odnosno 1,18 milijardi eura, potvrđeno je Jutarnjem listu u Ministarstvu obrane. To je milijardu i pol više od francuske ponude za 12 borbenih aviona Rafale koja je na natječaju iznosila 7,45 milijardi kuna, odnosno 990 milijuna eura.

Nakon što je prije tjedan Vlada objavila šestogodišnji plan otplate nabavke aviona otkriveno je da avioni zapravo koštaju 1,15 milijardi eura. Pojašnjenje za skok ove cijene je iznos PDV-a koji se mora platiti na nabavku nove opreme i naoružanja za avione dok se na same avione ne plaća PDV. A tu je i, kako je rekao ministar Marić, indeksacija cijena.

U međuvremenu je pak otkriveno da je cjelokupni paket nabavke aviona još skuplji za oko 30 milijuna eura u odnosu na ponudu od 990 milijuna eura. Naime, u proračunskim dokumentima Ministarstva financija za period 2021.-2024. stoji kako ćemo u prve četiri godine otplatnog plana za nabavku borbenog aviona platiti 8,3 milijarde kuna dok se u otplatnom planu koji je objavila Vlada navodi 8,08 milijardi kuna. Dakle riječ je o povećanju od 220 milijuna kuna koje treba platiti u roku prve četiri godine otplate. Iznosi posljednje dvije rate su i u otplatnom planu Vlade i Ministarstva financija isti.

U Ministarstvu obrane navode kako cijena nabave višenamjenskog borbenog aviona iznosi 999 milijuna eura. A što se tiče razlike u iznosima između Odluke Vlade o višegodišnjem financiranju i prijedloga Financijskog plana Ministarstva financija za projekt nabavke aviona, u MORH-u pojašnjavaju kako se to odnosi na troškove službenih putovanja pilota i mehaničara koji će biti upućeni na obuku, adaptaciju i izgradnju infrastrukture i operativne troškove aviona kada dođu u Hrvatsku, čiji iznos uključuje i PDV.

Dakle u MORH-u procjenjuju kako će oko 220 milijuna kuna koštati hotelski smještaj, avionske karte i dnevnice pilota i mehaničara koji će biti upućeni u Francusku. Podsjećamo, mehaničari bi na obuku trebali krenuti krajem sljedeće godine, a piloti početkom 2023.

Osim toga tim sredstvima platit će se i izgradnja infrastrukture u bazi Pleso gdje će avioni biti smješteni. Dakle, izgradnja novih hangara, instalacija i adpatacija postojećih objekata.

Ovim će se sredstvima također financirati trošak korištenja prvih osam aviona koji će krajem 2023. te 20024. godine stići u Hrvatsku. Naime, ministar obrane Mario Banožić nedavno je kazao kako će prva četiri Rafalea u Hrvatsku stići krajem 2023. godine, sljedeća četiri 2024., a 2025. godine dolaze preostala četiri.

Ukupna cijena nabavke borbenih aviona u ovom trenutku iznosi 8.914.130.846,00 kuna, odnosno 1,18 milijardi eura, potvrđeno je Jutarnjem listu u Ministarstvu obrane. To je milijardu i pol više od francuske ponude za 12 borbenih aviona Rafale koja je na natječaju iznosila 7,45 milijardi kuna, odnosno 990 milijuna eura.

Nakon što je prije tjedan Vlada objavila šestogodišnji plan otplate nabavke aviona otkriveno je da avioni zapravo koštaju 1,15 milijardi eura. Pojašnjenje za skok ove cijene je iznos PDV-a koji se mora platiti na nabavku nove opreme i naoružanja za avione dok se na same avione ne plaća PDV. A tu je i, kako je rekao ministar Marić, indeksacija cijena.

U međuvremenu je pak otkriveno da je cjelokupni paket nabavke aviona još skuplji za oko 30 milijuna eura u odnosu na ponudu od 990 milijuna eura. Naime, u proračunskim dokumentima Ministarstva financija za period 2021.-2024. stoji kako ćemo u prve četiri godine otplatnog plana za nabavku borbenog aviona platiti 8,3 milijarde kuna dok se u otplatnom planu koji je objavila Vlada navodi 8,08 milijardi kuna. Dakle riječ je o povećanju od 220 milijuna kuna koje treba platiti u roku prve četiri godine otplate. Iznosi posljednje dvije rate su i u otplatnom planu Vlade i Ministarstva financija isti.

U Ministarstvu obrane navode kako cijena nabave višenamjenskog borbenog aviona iznosi 999 milijuna eura. A što se tiče razlike u iznosima između Odluke Vlade o višegodišnjem financiranju i prijedloga Financijskog plana Ministarstva financija za projekt nabavke aviona, u MORH-u pojašnjavaju kako se to odnosi na troškove službenih putovanja pilota i mehaničara koji će biti upućeni na obuku, adaptaciju i izgradnju infrastrukture i operativne troškove aviona kada dođu u Hrvatsku, čiji iznos uključuje i PDV.

Dakle u MORH-u procjenjuju kako će oko 220 milijuna kuna koštati hotelski smještaj, avionske karte i dnevnice pilota i mehaničara koji će biti upućeni u Francusku. Podsjećamo, mehaničari bi na obuku trebali krenuti krajem sljedeće godine, a piloti početkom 2023.

Osim toga tim sredstvima platit će se i izgradnja infrastrukture u bazi Pleso gdje će avioni biti smješteni. Dakle, izgradnja novih hangara, instalacija i adpatacija postojećih objekata.

Ovim će se sredstvima također financirati trošak korištenja prvih osam aviona koji će krajem 2023. te 20024. godine stići u Hrvatsku. Naime, ministar obrane Mario Banožić nedavno je kazao kako će prva četiri Rafalea u Hrvatsku stići krajem 2023. godine, sljedeća četiri 2024., a 2025. godine dolaze preostala četiri.

Zašto je cijena Rafalea opet skočila? Sad je poznata konačna svota koju RH plaća za francuske borbene avione

Ukupna cijena nabavke borbenih aviona u ovom trenutku iznosi 8.914.130.846,00 kuna, odnosno 1,18 milijardi eura, potvrđeno je Jutarnjem listu u Ministarstvu obrane. To je milijardu i pol više od francuske ponude za 12 borbenih aviona Rafale koja je na natječaju iznosila 7,45 milijardi kuna, odnosno 990 milijuna eura.

Nakon što je prije tjedan Vlada objavila šestogodišnji plan otplate nabavke aviona otkriveno je da avioni zapravo koštaju 1,15 milijardi eura. Pojašnjenje za skok ove cijene je iznos PDV-a koji se mora platiti na nabavku nove opreme i naoružanja za avione dok se na same avione ne plaća PDV. A tu je i, kako je rekao ministar Marić, indeksacija cijena.

U međuvremenu je pak otkriveno da je cjelokupni paket nabavke aviona još skuplji za oko 30 milijuna eura u odnosu na ponudu od 990 milijuna eura. Naime, u proračunskim dokumentima Ministarstva financija za period 2021.-2024. stoji kako ćemo u prve četiri godine otplatnog plana za nabavku borbenog aviona platiti 8,3 milijarde kuna dok se u otplatnom planu koji je objavila Vlada navodi 8,08 milijardi kuna. Dakle riječ je o povećanju od 220 milijuna kuna koje treba platiti u roku prve četiri godine otplate. Iznosi posljednje dvije rate su i u otplatnom planu Vlade i Ministarstva financija isti.

U Ministarstvu obrane navode kako cijena nabave višenamjenskog borbenog aviona iznosi 999 milijuna eura. A što se tiče razlike u iznosima između Odluke Vlade o višegodišnjem financiranju i prijedloga Financijskog plana Ministarstva financija za projekt nabavke aviona, u MORH-u pojašnjavaju kako se to odnosi na troškove službenih putovanja pilota i mehaničara koji će biti upućeni na obuku, adaptaciju i izgradnju infrastrukture i operativne troškove aviona kada dođu u Hrvatsku, čiji iznos uključuje i PDV.

Dakle u MORH-u procjenjuju kako će oko 220 milijuna kuna koštati hotelski smještaj, avionske karte i dnevnice pilota i mehaničara koji će biti upućeni u Francusku. Podsjećamo, mehaničari bi na obuku trebali krenuti krajem sljedeće godine, a piloti početkom 2023.

Osim toga tim sredstvima platit će se i izgradnja infrastrukture u bazi Pleso gdje će avioni biti smješteni. Dakle, izgradnja novih hangara, instalacija i adpatacija postojećih objekata.

Ovim će se sredstvima također financirati trošak korištenja prvih osam aviona koji će krajem 2023. te 20024. godine stići u Hrvatsku. Naime, ministar obrane Mario Banožić nedavno je kazao kako će prva četiri Rafalea u Hrvatsku stići krajem 2023. godine, sljedeća četiri 2024., a 2025. godine dolaze preostala četiri.
