Bishal Malla iz Kalifornije prije dvadesetak je dana sa svojom Teslom Model Y proživio pravi horor. Dok se spremao ući na autocestu 99, osjetio je da mu se auto trese i izašao provjeriti da li je pukla guma, donosi Jutarnji list.

No, umjesto probušene gume, Malla je vidio dim koji izlazi iz automobila.

U samo par sekundi, plamen je progutao njegovu Teslu.

U razgovoru za Insider, vlasnik Tesle otkrio je što se dogodilo nakon požara.

‘Kontaktirao sam Teslinu službu za korisnike i djelatnik mi je rekao da su zaprimili izvješće. Nakon par minuta, kada sam shvatio da se ništa ne događa, zvao sam ih još tri ili četiri puta, ali nitko se nije javljao.

Na kraju sam uspio dobiti vezu i razgovarati s njihovim djelatnikom - ali to mi nije puno pomoglo.

Čovjek mi je mrtvo hladno rekao da odvezem svoju Teslu u servisni centar!‘

Malla tvrdi da mu djelatnik nije znao odgovoriti kako da preveze svoj spaljeni automobil u servis.

‘Da, osiguranje će pokriti štetu na autu, ali netko iz Tesle za ovo mora odgovarati. Da je auto planuo 30 minuta kasnije, moja cijela obitelj bi bila unutra.

Izašao sam u javnost kako bi zaštitio druge vozače da ne prođu istu kalvariju - zaključuje vlasnik spaljene Tesle.

Tesla se o ovom slučaju još nije oglasila.

Bishal Malla iz Kalifornije prije dvadesetak je dana sa svojom Teslom Model Y proživio pravi horor. Dok se spremao ući na autocestu 99, osjetio je da mu se auto trese i izašao provjeriti da li je pukla guma, donosi Jutarnji list.

No, umjesto probušene gume, Malla je vidio dim koji izlazi iz automobila.

U samo par sekundi, plamen je progutao njegovu Teslu.

U razgovoru za Insider, vlasnik Tesle otkrio je što se dogodilo nakon požara.

‘Kontaktirao sam Teslinu službu za korisnike i djelatnik mi je rekao da su zaprimili izvješće. Nakon par minuta, kada sam shvatio da se ništa ne događa, zvao sam ih još tri ili četiri puta, ali nitko se nije javljao.

Na kraju sam uspio dobiti vezu i razgovarati s njihovim djelatnikom - ali to mi nije puno pomoglo.

Čovjek mi je mrtvo hladno rekao da odvezem svoju Teslu u servisni centar!‘

Malla tvrdi da mu djelatnik nije znao odgovoriti kako da preveze svoj spaljeni automobil u servis.

‘Da, osiguranje će pokriti štetu na autu, ali netko iz Tesle za ovo mora odgovarati. Da je auto planuo 30 minuta kasnije, moja cijela obitelj bi bila unutra.

Izašao sam u javnost kako bi zaštitio druge vozače da ne prođu istu kalvariju - zaključuje vlasnik spaljene Tesle.

Tesla se o ovom slučaju još nije oglasila.

Vlasnik spaljene Tesle podivljao na korisničku službu: ‘Vatra guta auto, a njihov savjet me dotukao‘

Bishal Malla iz Kalifornije prije dvadesetak je dana sa svojom Teslom Model Y proživio pravi horor. Dok se spremao ući na autocestu 99, osjetio je da mu se auto trese i izašao provjeriti da li je pukla guma, donosi Jutarnji list.

No, umjesto probušene gume, Malla je vidio dim koji izlazi iz automobila.

U samo par sekundi, plamen je progutao njegovu Teslu.

U razgovoru za Insider, vlasnik Tesle otkrio je što se dogodilo nakon požara.

‘Kontaktirao sam Teslinu službu za korisnike i djelatnik mi je rekao da su zaprimili izvješće. Nakon par minuta, kada sam shvatio da se ništa ne događa, zvao sam ih još tri ili četiri puta, ali nitko se nije javljao.

Na kraju sam uspio dobiti vezu i razgovarati s njihovim djelatnikom - ali to mi nije puno pomoglo.

Čovjek mi je mrtvo hladno rekao da odvezem svoju Teslu u servisni centar!‘

Malla tvrdi da mu djelatnik nije znao odgovoriti kako da preveze svoj spaljeni automobil u servis.

‘Da, osiguranje će pokriti štetu na autu, ali netko iz Tesle za ovo mora odgovarati. Da je auto planuo 30 minuta kasnije, moja cijela obitelj bi bila unutra.

Izašao sam u javnost kako bi zaštitio druge vozače da ne prođu istu kalvariju - zaključuje vlasnik spaljene Tesle.

Tesla se o ovom slučaju još nije oglasila.
