Kako se ljeti hladiti, zimi grijati, a ne bankrotirati, u Dnevniku Nove TV je objasnila voditeljica Laboratorija za energetsku učinkovitost na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje Tea Žakula.

Žakula je, naime, Prirodoslovno-matematičkom fakultetu sugerirala racionalnije korištenje klima uređaja, manje se hladiti ljeti, a grijati zimi, ali trajno rješenje je nešto drugo, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Može biti trajno rješenje jer je trenutno najjeftinija investicija koju možete napraviti - kupiti sobni termostat", rekla je.

Ljudi smatraju da preporuke 'povisite temperaturu termostata ljeti ili smanjite zimi' su paušalne i to ne znači puno, ali znači jako, jako puno", dodala je.

Svaki stupanj je ušteda

"Svaki stupanj prema gore zimi je pet posto uštede energije. Znači - hoćete li se grijati na 20 ili 21 stupanj znači jako puno vašim računima, znači da ćete imati pet posto veću potrošnju na računima za grijanje, što je značajno", objasnila je Žakula.

"Na zgradama PMF-a smo izrađivali puno detaljnije studije i htjeli smo vidjeti kako se s relativno niskim investicijama mogu postići značajne uštede", rekla je.

"Konkretno, promatrale su se mjere gdje možemo doći do povrata investicije za oko pet godina", kazala je Žakula.

Jedna od stvari koje je stavila u prvi plan je energetska učinkovitost kuća i zgrada, odnosno izolacija.

Primjerice, dvoetažna kuća gdje svaka etaža ima 180 kvadrata.

Ako se na fasadu ugradi 10 do 12 centimetara izolacije, to je investicija od oko 80 tisuća kuna i vraća se već za pet do sedam godina.

"Stavljanjem izolacije u nekim slučajevima smanjuju se gubitci kroz zidove zgrade i dolazi do ušteda, no to je iznimno individualno. To je primjer za određenu kuću u određenoj klimi", kazala je.

"Radimo analize na brojnim zgradama i vremena povrata investicija se kreću od pet do šest godina pa sve do trideset godina, ovisno o namjeni", rekla je.

"Kad govorimo o energetskoj obnovi, ljudi često prvo pomisle na izolaciju što uopće ne mora biti. Često to nije optimalna mjera kad se govori o kraćim vremenskim razdobljima za povrat investicije", rekla je Žakula.

Adaptacija se isplati

"Puno se može postići adaptacijom tehničkih sustava. Na zgradama PMF-a, od četiri analizirane zgrade, dodavanje ovojnice na tri - uopće nema vremena povrata investicije koje su ispod deset godina nego se radi o zamjeni plinskih kotlova s dizalicama topline, odnosno prelasku s plina na električnu energiju", objasnila je Žakula.

Na pitanje što su dizalice topline i kakva je njihova isplativost, odgovara: "To su uređaji koji uzimaju toplinu izvana i pomoću kompresora dižu toplinu na višu razinu kako bi se zimi mogla koristiti. Kao da imate vodu u prizemlju, a treba vam na desetom katu. Troši se električna energije. To je poput dizanja tople vode na deseti kat".

"Cijene električne energije su porasle, no u usporedbi s cijenama plina, povrat uloženog je kroz pet do sedam godina", dodala je.

O tome kako manje trošiti energente sljedeće zime, savjetuje: "Za one koji nemaju novca za investiranje - podešavanje temperatura, smanjivanje otvaranja prozora izvan onoga što je potrebno za prozračivanje i ugradnjom termostatskih ventila kako bi se regulirala jačina rada radijatora.

Za one koji imaju malo više novca za investirati, možda razmisliti o promjeni energenta, pogotovo ako se trenutno služe plinom", zaključila je Žakula.

Kako se ljeti hladiti, zimi grijati, a ne bankrotirati, u Dnevniku Nove TV je objasnila voditeljica Laboratorija za energetsku učinkovitost na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje Tea Žakula.

Žakula je, naime, Prirodoslovno-matematičkom fakultetu sugerirala racionalnije korištenje klima uređaja, manje se hladiti ljeti, a grijati zimi, ali trajno rješenje je nešto drugo, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Može biti trajno rješenje jer je trenutno najjeftinija investicija koju možete napraviti - kupiti sobni termostat", rekla je.

Ljudi smatraju da preporuke 'povisite temperaturu termostata ljeti ili smanjite zimi' su paušalne i to ne znači puno, ali znači jako, jako puno", dodala je.

Svaki stupanj je ušteda

"Svaki stupanj prema gore zimi je pet posto uštede energije. Znači - hoćete li se grijati na 20 ili 21 stupanj znači jako puno vašim računima, znači da ćete imati pet posto veću potrošnju na računima za grijanje, što je značajno", objasnila je Žakula.

"Na zgradama PMF-a smo izrađivali puno detaljnije studije i htjeli smo vidjeti kako se s relativno niskim investicijama mogu postići značajne uštede", rekla je.

"Konkretno, promatrale su se mjere gdje možemo doći do povrata investicije za oko pet godina", kazala je Žakula.

Jedna od stvari koje je stavila u prvi plan je energetska učinkovitost kuća i zgrada, odnosno izolacija.

Primjerice, dvoetažna kuća gdje svaka etaža ima 180 kvadrata.

Ako se na fasadu ugradi 10 do 12 centimetara izolacije, to je investicija od oko 80 tisuća kuna i vraća se već za pet do sedam godina.

"Stavljanjem izolacije u nekim slučajevima smanjuju se gubitci kroz zidove zgrade i dolazi do ušteda, no to je iznimno individualno. To je primjer za određenu kuću u određenoj klimi", kazala je.

"Radimo analize na brojnim zgradama i vremena povrata investicija se kreću od pet do šest godina pa sve do trideset godina, ovisno o namjeni", rekla je.

"Kad govorimo o energetskoj obnovi, ljudi često prvo pomisle na izolaciju što uopće ne mora biti. Često to nije optimalna mjera kad se govori o kraćim vremenskim razdobljima za povrat investicije", rekla je Žakula.

Adaptacija se isplati

"Puno se može postići adaptacijom tehničkih sustava. Na zgradama PMF-a, od četiri analizirane zgrade, dodavanje ovojnice na tri - uopće nema vremena povrata investicije koje su ispod deset godina nego se radi o zamjeni plinskih kotlova s dizalicama topline, odnosno prelasku s plina na električnu energiju", objasnila je Žakula.

Na pitanje što su dizalice topline i kakva je njihova isplativost, odgovara: "To su uređaji koji uzimaju toplinu izvana i pomoću kompresora dižu toplinu na višu razinu kako bi se zimi mogla koristiti. Kao da imate vodu u prizemlju, a treba vam na desetom katu. Troši se električna energije. To je poput dizanja tople vode na deseti kat".

"Cijene električne energije su porasle, no u usporedbi s cijenama plina, povrat uloženog je kroz pet do sedam godina", dodala je.

O tome kako manje trošiti energente sljedeće zime, savjetuje: "Za one koji nemaju novca za investiranje - podešavanje temperatura, smanjivanje otvaranja prozora izvan onoga što je potrebno za prozračivanje i ugradnjom termostatskih ventila kako bi se regulirala jačina rada radijatora.

Za one koji imaju malo više novca za investirati, možda razmisliti o promjeni energenta, pogotovo ako se trenutno služe plinom", zaključila je Žakula.

Kako se ljeti hladiti, zimi grijati, a ne bankrotirati, u Dnevniku Nove TV je objasnila voditeljica Laboratorija za energetsku učinkovitost na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje Tea Žakula.

Žakula je, naime, Prirodoslovno-matematičkom fakultetu sugerirala racionalnije korištenje klima uređaja, manje se hladiti ljeti, a grijati zimi, ali trajno rješenje je nešto drugo, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

"Može biti trajno rješenje jer je trenutno najjeftinija investicija koju možete napraviti - kupiti sobni termostat", rekla je.

Ljudi smatraju da preporuke 'povisite temperaturu termostata ljeti ili smanjite zimi' su paušalne i to ne znači puno, ali znači jako, jako puno", dodala je.

Svaki stupanj je ušteda

"Svaki stupanj prema gore zimi je pet posto uštede energije. Znači - hoćete li se grijati na 20 ili 21 stupanj znači jako puno vašim računima, znači da ćete imati pet posto veću potrošnju na računima za grijanje, što je značajno", objasnila je Žakula.

"Na zgradama PMF-a smo izrađivali puno detaljnije studije i htjeli smo vidjeti kako se s relativno niskim investicijama mogu postići značajne uštede", rekla je.

"Konkretno, promatrale su se mjere gdje možemo doći do povrata investicije za oko pet godina", kazala je Žakula.

Jedna od stvari koje je stavila u prvi plan je energetska učinkovitost kuća i zgrada, odnosno izolacija.
