U Tursku su još jučer - otputovali "inženjeri - konstruktori". O njihovim stručnim procjenama - ovisi sigurnost zarobljenih u ruševinama, ali i spasioca. U Dnevniku HTV-a o potresu u Turskoj i Siriji s izvanrednim profesorom Mariom Urošem iz Centra za potresno inženjerstvo razgovarao je novinar HTV-a Branko Nađvinski, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Prof. Uroš objasnio je zašto su se urušile i zgrade novijeg datuma izgradnje.

- Svjedočili smo jednoj jako velikoj katastrofi. Nije toliko jednostavno ukratko objasniti zašto su urušio toliki broj zgrada. Postoje uzroci, postoje pravila, nepravilnosti zbog kojih je do toga došlo. Prije svega radi se o načinu i kulturi gradnje te primjenjivanju seizmičkih propisa. Turska je, kao i druge zemlje, kao i bivša Jugoslavija, odnosno Hrvatska, sredinom 60-tih, 70-tih godina napravila kvalitetan propis za projektiranje i građenje višestambenih zgrada.

Međutim, glavni problem u Turskoj bila je primjena tih propisa. Loša kvaliteta nadzora i izvođenja. No drugi veliki problem je kultura gradnje u smislu konstrukcijskog sustava koji je dosta popularan. To su uglavnom armirani betonski elementi okvira. To može biti kvalitetno napravljeno i podnijeti seizmičke sile. No problem su bili nekvalitetna gradnja i efekt mekanog kata - što znači da je prizemlje zgrade velik otvoren prostor bez zidova, samo sa stupovima, istaknuo je.

Naglasio je da Turska ima dugotrajan problem s potresima i toga je svjesna.

- Imaju vrlo kvalitetne stručnjake u području projektiranja i gradnje. Jako su puno uložili u preventivu, ali i djelovanje nakon potresa. Velik je broj timova i spasioca. Godine 1999., nakon velikog potresa, kontrole izvođača postale su obavezne. Propis je bio dobar i prije, od 1965., tu negdje. Međutim, kontrola gradnje i nekvalitetni materijali. U prijašnjim potresima, koji se redovito događaju u području Turske, primijećeno je da je beton koji je korišten relativno loše kvalitete, detalji armiranja su relativno loši, rekao je.

Kazao je da su kolege s građevinskog fakulteta i centra otišle u Tursku kako bi bili podrška potražnim spasilačkim timovima.

- Uloga inženjera je da procjene u kakve se zgrade ide, jesu li opasne za spasioce te postoji li mogućnost uslijed naknadnih potresa da se zgrada uruši, što vidimo da se svakodnevno događa, rekao je za HRT.

U Tursku su još jučer - otputovali "inženjeri - konstruktori". O njihovim stručnim procjenama - ovisi sigurnost zarobljenih u ruševinama, ali i spasioca. U Dnevniku HTV-a o potresu u Turskoj i Siriji s izvanrednim profesorom Mariom Urošem iz Centra za potresno inženjerstvo razgovarao je novinar HTV-a Branko Nađvinski, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Prof. Uroš objasnio je zašto su se urušile i zgrade novijeg datuma izgradnje.

- Svjedočili smo jednoj jako velikoj katastrofi. Nije toliko jednostavno ukratko objasniti zašto su urušio toliki broj zgrada. Postoje uzroci, postoje pravila, nepravilnosti zbog kojih je do toga došlo. Prije svega radi se o načinu i kulturi gradnje te primjenjivanju seizmičkih propisa. Turska je, kao i druge zemlje, kao i bivša Jugoslavija, odnosno Hrvatska, sredinom 60-tih, 70-tih godina napravila kvalitetan propis za projektiranje i građenje višestambenih zgrada.

Međutim, glavni problem u Turskoj bila je primjena tih propisa. Loša kvaliteta nadzora i izvođenja. No drugi veliki problem je kultura gradnje u smislu konstrukcijskog sustava koji je dosta popularan. To su uglavnom armirani betonski elementi okvira. To može biti kvalitetno napravljeno i podnijeti seizmičke sile. No problem su bili nekvalitetna gradnja i efekt mekanog kata - što znači da je prizemlje zgrade velik otvoren prostor bez zidova, samo sa stupovima, istaknuo je.

Naglasio je da Turska ima dugotrajan problem s potresima i toga je svjesna.

- Imaju vrlo kvalitetne stručnjake u području projektiranja i gradnje. Jako su puno uložili u preventivu, ali i djelovanje nakon potresa. Velik je broj timova i spasioca. Godine 1999., nakon velikog potresa, kontrole izvođača postale su obavezne. Propis je bio dobar i prije, od 1965., tu negdje. Međutim, kontrola gradnje i nekvalitetni materijali. U prijašnjim potresima, koji se redovito događaju u području Turske, primijećeno je da je beton koji je korišten relativno loše kvalitete, detalji armiranja su relativno loši, rekao je.

Kazao je da su kolege s građevinskog fakulteta i centra otišle u Tursku kako bi bili podrška potražnim spasilačkim timovima.

- Uloga inženjera je da procjene u kakve se zgrade ide, jesu li opasne za spasioce te postoji li mogućnost uslijed naknadnih potresa da se zgrada uruši, što vidimo da se svakodnevno događa, rekao je za HRT.

U Tursku su još jučer - otputovali "inženjeri - konstruktori". O njihovim stručnim procjenama - ovisi sigurnost zarobljenih u ruševinama, ali i spasioca. U Dnevniku HTV-a o potresu u Turskoj i Siriji s izvanrednim profesorom Mariom Urošem iz Centra za potresno inženjerstvo razgovarao je novinar HTV-a Branko Nađvinski, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Prof. Uroš objasnio je zašto su se urušile i zgrade novijeg datuma izgradnje.

- Svjedočili smo jednoj jako velikoj katastrofi. Nije toliko jednostavno ukratko objasniti zašto su urušio toliki broj zgrada. Postoje uzroci, postoje pravila, nepravilnosti zbog kojih je do toga došlo. Prije svega radi se o načinu i kulturi gradnje te primjenjivanju seizmičkih propisa. Turska je, kao i druge zemlje, kao i bivša Jugoslavija, odnosno Hrvatska, sredinom 60-tih, 70-tih godina napravila kvalitetan propis za projektiranje i građenje višestambenih zgrada.

Međutim, glavni problem u Turskoj bila je primjena tih propisa. Loša kvaliteta nadzora i izvođenja. No drugi veliki problem je kultura gradnje u smislu konstrukcijskog sustava koji je dosta popularan. To su uglavnom armirani betonski elementi okvira. To može biti kvalitetno napravljeno i podnijeti seizmičke sile. No problem su bili nekvalitetna gradnja i efekt mekanog kata - što znači da je prizemlje zgrade velik otvoren prostor bez zidova, samo sa stupovima, istaknuo je.

Naglasio je da Turska ima dugotrajan problem s potresima i toga je svjesna.

- Imaju vrlo kvalitetne stručnjake u području projektiranja i gradnje. Jako su puno uložili u preventivu, ali i djelovanje nakon potresa. Velik je broj timova i spasioca. Godine 1999., nakon velikog potresa, kontrole izvođača postale su obavezne. Propis je bio dobar i prije, od 1965., tu negdje. Međutim, kontrola gradnje i nekvalitetni materijali. U prijašnjim potresima, koji se redovito događaju u području Turske, primijećeno je da je beton koji je korišten relativno loše kvalitete, detalji armiranja su relativno loši, rekao je.

Kazao je da su kolege s građevinskog fakulteta i centra otišle u Tursku kako bi bili podrška potražnim spasilačkim timovima.

- Uloga inženjera je da procjene u kakve se zgrade ide, jesu li opasne za spasioce te postoji li mogućnost uslijed naknadnih potresa da se zgrada uruši, što vidimo da se svakodnevno događa, rekao je za HRT.
