Građani Čečenije tvrde da ih otimaju protiv njihove volje i prisiljavaju da se bore kao 'dobrovoljci' u invaziji na Ukrajinu, ističe nekoliko organizacija za ljudska prava.
Skupina za ljudska prava u Čečeniji koja se zalaže protiv korupcije i ruske propagande, 1Adat, također je izvijestila o masovnim otmicama Čečena, piše Jutarnji list.
'Oteti su dužni potpisati papir u kojem piše da se dobrovoljno javljaju za odlazak u Ukrajinu, inače im prijete da će im izmisliti kaznene slučajeve', navodi 1Adat u priopćenju. 'Svatko tko ide u Ukrajinu na ovaj način bit će korišten na prvoj crti bojišnice, kao topovsko meso.'
Vayfond, druga organizacija za ljudska prava, rekla je ranije ovog mjeseca da je primila 'desetke' poruka od ljudi u Čečeniji koji tvrde da su ih prisilili da se pripreme za odlazak u Ukrajinu, unatoč činjenici da nisu bili pripadnici policije ili vojske.
Čečenski čelnik Ramzan Kadirov, koji je jedan od najagresivnijih pristaša ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina, također je sugerirao da bi građanima koji se dobrovoljno bore u Ukrajini moglo biti plaćeno 300.000 rubalja.
Smatra se da je nasilno novačenje boraca u Čečeniji najnoviji pokazatelj da ruske trupe posustaju u Ukrajini. Izgubili su desetke tisuća vojnika tijekom tri mjeseca rata, prema ukrajinskim vojnim podacima, toliko da su morali napustiti neke ambiciozne ciljeve u ratu i pregrupirati se kako bi usredotočili svoj napad na istok Ukrajine.

U posljednje vrijeme ruskim snagama je 'teško' voditi rat u Ukrajini, istaknuo je Kadirov prošlog tjedna u Moskvi. Ranije je kazao da je u Ukrajini pomogao Rusiji u ratnim naporima. I premda je Kremlj zanijekao Kadirovljeve tvrdnje – glasnogovornik Kremlja Dmitrij Peskov rekao je da 'ne zna' da je Kadirov u Ukrajini. Prema brojnim obavještajnim službama, čečenski borci, odnosno njih nekoliko tisuća, doista su raspoređeni na bojišnici, prvenstveno u sektorima Mariupolj i Lugansk.
Prema britanskom ministarstvu obrane, čečenske borbene snage prvotno su uključivale pojedinačne dobrovoljce i jedinice Nacionalne garde, a Kadirov i njegov rođak Adam Delimhanov imali su kontrolu nad raspoređivanjem vojnika.
Ukrajinski obavještajci također su optužili Čečeniju da je regrutirala borce za rat u Ukrajini, a glavna obavještajna uprava Ministarstva obrane Ukrajine objavila je popis imena 2425 čečenskih boraca koji su navodno sudjelovali u borbama ranije ovog mjeseca, piše Jutarnji list.

'Oteti su dužni potpisati papir u kojem piše da se dobrovoljno javljaju za odlazak u Ukrajinu, inače im prijete da će im izmisliti kaznene slučajeve', navodi 1Adat u priopćenju. 'Svatko tko ide u Ukrajinu na ovaj način bit će korišten na prvoj crti bojišnice, kao topovsko meso.'
Vayfond, druga organizacija za ljudska prava, rekla je ranije ovog mjeseca da je primila 'desetke' poruka od ljudi u Čečeniji koji tvrde da su ih prisilili da se pripreme za odlazak u Ukrajinu, unatoč činjenici da nisu bili pripadnici policije ili vojske.
Čečenski čelnik Ramzan Kadirov, koji je jedan od najagresivnijih pristaša ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina, također je sugerirao da bi građanima koji se dobrovoljno bore u Ukrajini moglo biti plaćeno 300.000 rubalja.
Smatra se da je nasilno novačenje boraca u Čečeniji najnoviji pokazatelj da ruske trupe posustaju u Ukrajini. Izgubili su desetke tisuća vojnika tijekom tri mjeseca rata, prema ukrajinskim vojnim podacima, toliko da su morali napustiti neke ambiciozne ciljeve u ratu i pregrupirati se kako bi usredotočili svoj napad na istok Ukrajine.

U posljednje vrijeme ruskim snagama je 'teško' voditi rat u Ukrajini, istaknuo je Kadirov prošlog tjedna u Moskvi. Ranije je kazao da je u Ukrajini pomogao Rusiji u ratnim naporima. I premda je Kremlj zanijekao Kadirovljeve tvrdnje – glasnogovornik Kremlja Dmitrij Peskov rekao je da 'ne zna' da je Kadirov u Ukrajini. Prema brojnim obavještajnim službama, čečenski borci, odnosno njih nekoliko tisuća, doista su raspoređeni na bojišnici, prvenstveno u sektorima Mariupolj i Lugansk.
Prema britanskom ministarstvu obrane, čečenske borbene snage prvotno su uključivale pojedinačne dobrovoljce i jedinice Nacionalne garde, a Kadirov i njegov rođak Adam Delimhanov imali su kontrolu nad raspoređivanjem vojnika.
Ukrajinski obavještajci također su optužili Čečeniju da je regrutirala borce za rat u Ukrajini, a glavna obavještajna uprava Ministarstva obrane Ukrajine objavila je popis imena 2425 čečenskih boraca koji su navodno sudjelovali u borbama ranije ovog mjeseca, piše Jutarnji list.
