Poslovni prostor površine 244 kvadrata s pogledom na more, na Preradovićevu šetalištu b.b., odnosno na drugom katu kupališno-poslovnog kompleksa na Bačvicama, u kojem je nekada poslovao restoran "Bota Šare", sada je dobio novog vlasnika.

Naime, jedinu ponudu za kupnju tvrtke "Konstruktor-inženjering" u stečaju, u drugom krugu elektroničke javne dražbe koju je provela Fina, dao je Mateo-Teo Juradin, poznati poduzetnik iz Podstrane, kojeg smo pokušali kontaktirati preko jednog od njegovih hotela i još čekamo da nam uzvrati poziv. 

Njegovo ime ove se godine spominjalo kao suvlasnika obveznica Instituta IGH s ministrom prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i države imovine Ivanom Paladinom. Od ranije je poznato da je Mateo-Teo Juradin, među ostalim, vlasnik hotela "San Antonio" u Podstrani, hotela "Jupiter-Diocletian" na Grabovčevoj širini u Splitu, te apartmana "Bošket Luxury Rooms".

Poznati ugostitelj je samo za sudjelovanje na dražbi prostora na Bačvicama Fini uplatio 624.400 kuna jamčevine, te će za kupnju morati uplatiti razliku iznosa do 3.122.000 kuna, kolika je bila njegova ponuda. To je ujedno bila cijena ispod koje se prostor restorana nije mogao prodati u tom krugu javne dražbe.

Zemljišne knjige otkrivaju da će se od novca dobivenog prodajom prvo naplatiti stonski ugostitelj Božidar Šare koji na tom prostoru ima upisano založno pravo od milijun kuna, koje mu je 2019. godine ustupila tvrtka "Bota-Šare" kojoj je bio suvlasnik i direktor. Tvrtka "Bota-Šare" od travnja ove godine više ne postoji jer je izbrisana iz sudskog registra, nakon što je prošle godine nad njome istovremeno otvoren i zaključen stečajni postupak, a što se radi u slučajevima kada tvrtka nema imovinu.

Kako je prije više godina Božidar Šare ispričao novinarima, prostor za restoran unajmio je od gradske tvrtke "Bačvice plaža", a "Konstruktor-inženjering" se pojavio kasnije. Htio je kupiti taj prostor i platio ga je stotine tisuće eura, te je u njega uložio mnogo novca. No, kako je tada ispričao, splitska građevinska tvrtka je stalno dizala cijenu, a nije skidala hipoteku banke, te je na kraju dogovor propao, a "Konstruktor-inženjering" je sudskim putem 2014. godine deložirao "Botu-Šare" s Bačvica. 

Nakon Božidara Šare, u redu za naplatu od novca dobivenog prodajom restorana je Porezna uprava koja ima založno pravo radi osiguranja 31,9 milijuna kuna poreznog duga "Konstruktor-inženjeringa".

Objekt se nalazi na katastarskim česticama preko kojih prelazi granica pomorskog dobra. Marijan Ciprijan, direktor "Splitske obale", nedavno je prigovorio jer je baš polovica kupališno-poslovnog objekta koja je pripala Gradu Splitu ušla u pomorsko dobro, dok je druga polovica pripala "Konstruktor-inženjeringu".

Naime, jedinu ponudu za kupnju tvrtke "Konstruktor-inženjering" u stečaju, u drugom krugu elektroničke javne dražbe koju je provela Fina, dao je Mateo-Teo Juradin, poznati poduzetnik iz Podstrane, kojeg smo pokušali kontaktirati preko jednog od njegovih hotela i još čekamo da nam uzvrati poziv. 

Njegovo ime ove se godine spominjalo kao suvlasnika obveznica Instituta IGH s ministrom prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i države imovine Ivanom Paladinom. Od ranije je poznato da je Mateo-Teo Juradin, među ostalim, vlasnik hotela "San Antonio" u Podstrani, hotela "Jupiter-Diocletian" na Grabovčevoj širini u Splitu, te apartmana "Bošket Luxury Rooms".

Poznati ugostitelj je samo za sudjelovanje na dražbi prostora na Bačvicama Fini uplatio 624.400 kuna jamčevine, te će za kupnju morati uplatiti razliku iznosa do 3.122.000 kuna, kolika je bila njegova ponuda. To je ujedno bila cijena ispod koje se prostor restorana nije mogao prodati u tom krugu javne dražbe.

Zemljišne knjige otkrivaju da će se od novca dobivenog prodajom prvo naplatiti stonski ugostitelj Božidar Šare koji na tom prostoru ima upisano založno pravo od milijun kuna, koje mu je 2019. godine ustupila tvrtka "Bota-Šare" kojoj je bio suvlasnik i direktor. Tvrtka "Bota-Šare" od travnja ove godine više ne postoji jer je izbrisana iz sudskog registra, nakon što je prošle godine nad njome istovremeno otvoren i zaključen stečajni postupak, a što se radi u slučajevima kada tvrtka nema imovinu.

Kako je prije više godina Božidar Šare ispričao novinarima, prostor za restoran unajmio je od gradske tvrtke "Bačvice plaža", a "Konstruktor-inženjering" se pojavio kasnije. Htio je kupiti taj prostor i platio ga je stotine tisuće eura, te je u njega uložio mnogo novca. No, kako je tada ispričao, splitska građevinska tvrtka je stalno dizala cijenu, a nije skidala hipoteku banke, te je na kraju dogovor propao, a "Konstruktor-inženjering" je sudskim putem 2014. godine deložirao "Botu-Šare" s Bačvica. 

Nakon Božidara Šare, u redu za naplatu od novca dobivenog prodajom restorana je Porezna uprava koja ima založno pravo radi osiguranja 31,9 milijuna kuna poreznog duga "Konstruktor-inženjeringa".

Objekt se nalazi na katastarskim česticama preko kojih prelazi granica pomorskog dobra. Marijan Ciprijan, direktor "Splitske obale", nedavno je prigovorio jer je baš polovica kupališno-poslovnog objekta koja je pripala Gradu Splitu ušla u pomorsko dobro, dok je druga polovica pripala "Konstruktor-inženjeringu".

Poslovni prostor površine 244 kvadrata s pogledom na more, na Preradovićevu šetalištu b.b., odnosno na drugom katu kupališno-poslovnog kompleksa na Bačvicama, u kojem je nekada poslovao restoran "Bota Šare", sada je dobio novog vlasnika.
