Predsjednik Njemačke udruge stanara Lukas Siebenkotten očekuje kako će stanarine u Njemačkoj i dalje značajno rasti. “Sve što je legalno, bit će iskorišteno”, rekao je Siebenkotten njemačkim medijima.

“Sve što je legalno, bit će iskorišteno u smislu povećanja najma u sljedećih nekoliko godina”, rekao je Siebenkotten.

Predsjednik Udruge stanara zamjerio je kako se gradi premalo novih stanova. “Ako se stvari nastave kretati ovako, broj ljudi koji moraju potrošiti 40 posto ili više primanja na stanarinu dramatično će se povećati u sljedećih nekoliko godina. To je više od pet milijuna kućanstava”, rekao je.

U međuvremenu, poboljšanja nema na vidiku: tek prije nekoliko dana doznalo se kako broj izdanih građevinskih dozvola za stanove i dalje pada.

Prema podacima Njemačkog zavoda za statistiku, u ožujku je odobreno 24.500 dozvola za nove stanove, što je 29,6 posto manje od prije godinu dana. Od početka godine broj izdanih dozvola je pao za više od 20 posto.

Trend izdavanja građevinskih dozvola je negativan od svibnja 2022. godine. Uzrok kontinuiranog pada građevinskih projekata statističari vide u visokim troškovima izgradnje i lošim uvjetima financiranja.

Prema dostupnim podacima, u prvom tromjesečju izdano je ukupno 68.700 građevinskih dozvola za stanove, što je 25,7 posto manje nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine, prenosi Fenix.

Predsjednik Njemačke udruge stanara Lukas Siebenkotten očekuje kako će stanarine u Njemačkoj i dalje značajno rasti. “Sve što je legalno, bit će iskorišteno”, rekao je Siebenkotten njemačkim medijima.

Predsjednik Udruge stanara zamjerio je kako se gradi premalo novih stanova. “Ako se stvari nastave kretati ovako, broj ljudi koji moraju potrošiti 40 posto ili više primanja na stanarinu dramatično će se povećati u sljedećih nekoliko godina. To je više od pet milijuna kućanstava”, rekao je.

U međuvremenu, poboljšanja nema na vidiku: tek prije nekoliko dana doznalo se kako broj izdanih građevinskih dozvola za stanove i dalje pada.

Prema podacima Njemačkog zavoda za statistiku, u ožujku je odobreno 24.500 dozvola za nove stanove, što je 29,6 posto manje od prije godinu dana. Od početka godine broj izdanih dozvola je pao za više od 20 posto.

Trend izdavanja građevinskih dozvola je negativan od svibnja 2022. godine. Uzrok kontinuiranog pada građevinskih projekata statističari vide u visokim troškovima izgradnje i lošim uvjetima financiranja.

Prema dostupnim podacima, u prvom tromjesečju izdano je ukupno 68.700 građevinskih dozvola za stanove, što je 25,7 posto manje nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine, prenosi Fenix.

Predsjednik Njemačke udruge stanara Lukas Siebenkotten očekuje kako će stanarine u Njemačkoj i dalje značajno rasti. “Sve što je legalno, bit će iskorišteno”, rekao je Siebenkotten njemačkim medijima.

“Sve što je legalno, bit će iskorišteno u smislu povećanja najma u sljedećih nekoliko godina”, rekao je Siebenkotten.

Predsjednik Udruge stanara zamjerio je kako se gradi premalo novih stanova. “Ako se stvari nastave kretati ovako, broj ljudi koji moraju potrošiti 40 posto ili više primanja na stanarinu dramatično će se povećati u sljedećih nekoliko godina. To je više od pet milijuna kućanstava”, rekao je.

“Potrebno je više subvencija kako bi stanovanje bilo pristupačno”, rekao je Siebenkotten.

U međuvremenu, poboljšanja nema na vidiku: tek prije nekoliko dana doznalo se kako broj izdanih građevinskih dozvola za stanove i dalje pada.

Prema podacima Njemačkog zavoda za statistiku, u ožujku je odobreno 24.500 dozvola za nove stanove, što je 29,6 posto manje od prije godinu dana. Od početka godine broj izdanih dozvola je pao za više od 20 posto.

Trend izdavanja građevinskih dozvola je negativan od svibnja 2022. godine. Uzrok kontinuiranog pada građevinskih projekata statističari vide u visokim troškovima izgradnje i lošim uvjetima financiranja.

Prema dostupnim podacima, u prvom tromjesečju izdano je ukupno 68.700 građevinskih dozvola za stanove, što je 25,7 posto manje nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine, prenosi Fenix.
