Redoviti profesor i pročelnik Odjela za komunikologiju Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku te koordinator jadranskog centra za borbu protiv dezinformacija Adria Digital Media Observatory, prof. dr. sc. Mato Brautović govorio je za N1 o širenju dezinformacija.

- Dezinformacija su sveprisutne i to nije novi fenomen koji se javio u zadnjih pet godina. Imamo preko 2000 godina iskustva s dezinformacijama i one su na neki način povezane uz krizne ili izvanredne situacije i okolnosti pa su tako izbori nešto što nije standardani događaj pa privlače veći interes javnosti, ali i dezinformacija”, kazao je Brautović.

Na pitanje kome građani mogu vjerovati, Brautović navodi da nema definitivnog odgovora. “Neka provjere informacija do kojih su došli i na temelju kojih će donijeti odluke za koga će glasati. Proces je dugoročan – polarizacija društva, nisko povjerenje u institucije, medije, političare…”

- Imamo kontinuirani problem. Mali je broj izvora dezinformacija koji su originalno iz Hrvatske, dakle malo je hrvatskih dezinformatora, jako puno, odnosno većina ih je iz susjednih ex-yu država, Srbije, BiH i slično”, dodao je Brautović.

On ističe da je dodatni problem što sada dezinformacije dolaze i kroz neke mainstream medije. “Ono što bi se prije pričalo na kavi i kao glasina, završi u medijima. Zabrinjavajuće je da čak i neki mediji u vlasništvu države u susjedstvu šire takve narative, pogotovo kad su u skladu s njihovim nacionalnim i strateškim interesima, prenosi N1.

Dodaje da to dugoročno ima posljedice i na Hrvatsku na način da dovodi do dodatne erozije povjerenja građana u institucije.

Redoviti profesor i pročelnik Odjela za komunikologiju Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku te koordinator jadranskog centra za borbu protiv dezinformacija Adria Digital Media Observatory, prof. dr. sc. Mato Brautović govorio je za N1 o širenju dezinformacija.

- Dezinformacija su sveprisutne i to nije novi fenomen koji se javio u zadnjih pet godina. Imamo preko 2000 godina iskustva s dezinformacijama i one su na neki način povezane uz krizne ili izvanredne situacije i okolnosti pa su tako izbori nešto što nije standardani događaj pa privlače veći interes javnosti, ali i dezinformacija”, kazao je Brautović.

Na pitanje kome građani mogu vjerovati, Brautović navodi da nema definitivnog odgovora. “Neka provjere informacija do kojih su došli i na temelju kojih će donijeti odluke za koga će glasati. Proces je dugoročan – polarizacija društva, nisko povjerenje u institucije, medije, političare…”

- Imamo kontinuirani problem. Mali je broj izvora dezinformacija koji su originalno iz Hrvatske, dakle malo je hrvatskih dezinformatora, jako puno, odnosno većina ih je iz susjednih ex-yu država, Srbije, BiH i slično”, dodao je Brautović.

On ističe da je dodatni problem što sada dezinformacije dolaze i kroz neke mainstream medije. “Ono što bi se prije pričalo na kavi i kao glasina, završi u medijima. Zabrinjavajuće je da čak i neki mediji u vlasništvu države u susjedstvu šire takve narative, pogotovo kad su u skladu s njihovim nacionalnim i strateškim interesima, prenosi N1.

Dodaje da to dugoročno ima posljedice i na Hrvatsku na način da dovodi do dodatne erozije povjerenja građana u institucije.

Redoviti profesor i pročelnik Odjela za komunikologiju Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku te koordinator jadranskog centra za borbu protiv dezinformacija Adria Digital Media Observatory, prof. dr. sc. Mato Brautović govorio je za N1 o širenju dezinformacija.

- Dezinformacija su sveprisutne i to nije novi fenomen koji se javio u zadnjih pet godina. Imamo preko 2000 godina iskustva s dezinformacijama i one su na neki način povezane uz krizne ili izvanredne situacije i okolnosti pa su tako izbori nešto što nije standardani događaj pa privlače veći interes javnosti, ali i dezinformacija”, kazao je Brautović.

Na pitanje kome građani mogu vjerovati, Brautović navodi da nema definitivnog odgovora. “Neka provjere informacija do kojih su došli i na temelju kojih će donijeti odluke za koga će glasati. Proces je dugoročan – polarizacija društva, nisko povjerenje u institucije, medije, političare…”

- Imamo kontinuirani problem. Mali je broj izvora dezinformacija koji su originalno iz Hrvatske, dakle malo je hrvatskih dezinformatora, jako puno, odnosno većina ih je iz susjednih ex-yu država, Srbije, BiH i slično”, dodao je Brautović.

On ističe da je dodatni problem što sada dezinformacije dolaze i kroz neke mainstream medije. “Ono što bi se prije pričalo na kavi i kao glasina, završi u medijima. Zabrinjavajuće je da čak i neki mediji u vlasništvu države u susjedstvu šire takve narative, pogotovo kad su u skladu s njihovim nacionalnim i strateškim interesima, prenosi N1.

Dodaje da to dugoročno ima posljedice i na Hrvatsku na način da dovodi do dodatne erozije povjerenja građana u institucije.
