Oko 1000 novih obveznika ovog Zakona morat će objaviti podatke o imovini, a nakon isteka mandata neće se moći zaposliti na upravljačkim funkcijama u tvrtkama koje su primjerice regulirati.

Među novim obveznicima o podnošenju podataka o imovini nalaze se predsjednici uprave trgovačkih društava kojima je vlasnik RH i lokalne samouprave, ravnatelji zdravstvenih ustanova, HRT-a, HAKOM-a, Fonda za obnovu Grada Zagreba itd.

Novina je da je preko 7000 članova predstavničkih tijela dužno obavijestiti o vlasničkim udjelima u poslovnim subjetkima i taj se popis treba javno objavit”, kazao je ministar Malenica, prenosi N1. Oni će morati obavijestiti i o poslovnim odnosima s drugim tvrtkama.

Potom je dodao: “Što se tiče postupka pred Povjerenstvom, uvode se jasni rokovi, sve će biti brže i učinkovitije. Obuhvatit će dva koraka – pokretanje postupka i donošenje odluke. U slučaju da postoji prijava protiv obveznika, njega treba obavijestiti u roku od 8 dana i tražiti očitovanje. U roku od 6 mjeseci Povjerenstvo mora donijeti odluku u postupku. Pred Upravnim sudom se može pokrenuti postupak protiv Povjerenstva.

Promjene u odnosu na imovinske kartice – podnosit će se jednom godišnje čime ćemo osigurati kontrolu i transparentnost. Uz postojeće podatke uvest će se i funkcije koje je obavljao dužnosnik dvije godine prije stupanja na dužnost te potraživanja trećih osoba. i 12 mjeseci nakon isteka mandata mora se podnijeti imovinska kartica.

Preciznije smo definirali pojam poslovnog odnosa koji sad obuhvaća najam, kupoprodaju i zakup, te pojam primanja obveznika koji sad obuhvaća sva primanja obveznika, ne samo ona koja se odnose na javnu dužnost.

Strože kontrole

Uvest ćemo sustav kontrole imovinskih kartica, unaprijediti sustav provjere. On će izravno uzimati podatke iz javnih registara te popunjavati podatke iz sustava kao što su Zemljišne knjige. Tako će Povjerenstvo odmah biti alarmirano o krivo unesenim podacima.

U slučaju nesrazmjera Povjerenstvo obavještava Poreznu upravu koja poduzima daljnje korake.

Pooštravaju se kazne. Povjerenstvo će minimalnu kaznu moći izreći od 4.000 kuna, a maksimalnu 40.000 kuna. Moći će izreći administrativne i novčane kazne.”

Oko 1000 novih obveznika ovog Zakona morat će objaviti podatke o imovini, a nakon isteka mandata neće se moći zaposliti na upravljačkim funkcijama u tvrtkama koje su primjerice regulirati.

Među novim obveznicima o podnošenju podataka o imovini nalaze se predsjednici uprave trgovačkih društava kojima je vlasnik RH i lokalne samouprave, ravnatelji zdravstvenih ustanova, HRT-a, HAKOM-a, Fonda za obnovu Grada Zagreba itd.

Novina je da je preko 7000 članova predstavničkih tijela dužno obavijestiti o vlasničkim udjelima u poslovnim subjetkima i taj se popis treba javno objavit”, kazao je ministar Malenica, prenosi N1. Oni će morati obavijestiti i o poslovnim odnosima s drugim tvrtkama.

Potom je dodao: “Što se tiče postupka pred Povjerenstvom, uvode se jasni rokovi, sve će biti brže i učinkovitije. Obuhvatit će dva koraka – pokretanje postupka i donošenje odluke. U slučaju da postoji prijava protiv obveznika, njega treba obavijestiti u roku od 8 dana i tražiti očitovanje. U roku od 6 mjeseci Povjerenstvo mora donijeti odluku u postupku. Pred Upravnim sudom se može pokrenuti postupak protiv Povjerenstva.

Promjene u odnosu na imovinske kartice – podnosit će se jednom godišnje čime ćemo osigurati kontrolu i transparentnost. Uz postojeće podatke uvest će se i funkcije koje je obavljao dužnosnik dvije godine prije stupanja na dužnost te potraživanja trećih osoba. i 12 mjeseci nakon isteka mandata mora se podnijeti imovinska kartica.

Preciznije smo definirali pojam poslovnog odnosa koji sad obuhvaća najam, kupoprodaju i zakup, te pojam primanja obveznika koji sad obuhvaća sva primanja obveznika, ne samo ona koja se odnose na javnu dužnost.

Strože kontrole

Uvest ćemo sustav kontrole imovinskih kartica, unaprijediti sustav provjere. On će izravno uzimati podatke iz javnih registara te popunjavati podatke iz sustava kao što su Zemljišne knjige. Tako će Povjerenstvo odmah biti alarmirano o krivo unesenim podacima.

U slučaju nesrazmjera Povjerenstvo obavještava Poreznu upravu koja poduzima daljnje korake.

Pooštravaju se kazne. Povjerenstvo će minimalnu kaznu moći izreći od 4.000 kuna, a maksimalnu 40.000 kuna. Moći će izreći administrativne i novčane kazne.”

Malenica: Imovinske kartice morat će ispuniti još tisuću dužnosnika, poslovni odnos obuhvaćat će najam, kupoprodaju i zakup

Oko 1000 novih obveznika ovog Zakona morat će objaviti podatke o imovini, a nakon isteka mandata neće se moći zaposliti na upravljačkim funkcijama u tvrtkama koje su primjerice regulirati.

Među novim obveznicima o podnošenju podataka o imovini nalaze se predsjednici uprave trgovačkih društava kojima je vlasnik RH i lokalne samouprave, ravnatelji zdravstvenih ustanova, HRT-a, HAKOM-a, Fonda za obnovu Grada Zagreba itd.

Novina je da je preko 7000 članova predstavničkih tijela dužno obavijestiti o vlasničkim udjelima u poslovnim subjetkima i taj se popis treba javno objavit”, kazao je ministar Malenica, prenosi N1. Oni će morati obavijestiti i o poslovnim odnosima s drugim tvrtkama.

Potom je dodao: “Što se tiče postupka pred Povjerenstvom, uvode se jasni rokovi, sve će biti brže i učinkovitije. Obuhvatit će dva koraka – pokretanje postupka i donošenje odluke. U slučaju da postoji prijava protiv obveznika, njega treba obavijestiti u roku od 8 dana i tražiti očitovanje. U roku od 6 mjeseci Povjerenstvo mora donijeti odluku u postupku. Pred Upravnim sudom se može pokrenuti postupak protiv Povjerenstva.

Promjene u odnosu na imovinske kartice – podnosit će se jednom godišnje čime ćemo osigurati kontrolu i transparentnost. Uz postojeće podatke uvest će se i funkcije koje je obavljao dužnosnik dvije godine prije stupanja na dužnost te potraživanja trećih osoba. i 12 mjeseci nakon isteka mandata mora se podnijeti imovinska kartica.

Preciznije smo definirali pojam poslovnog odnosa koji sad obuhvaća najam, kupoprodaju i zakup, te pojam primanja obveznika koji sad obuhvaća sva primanja obveznika, ne samo ona koja se odnose na javnu dužnost.

Strože kontrole

Uvest ćemo sustav kontrole imovinskih kartica, unaprijediti sustav provjere. On će izravno uzimati podatke iz javnih registara te popunjavati podatke iz sustava kao što su Zemljišne knjige. Tako će Povjerenstvo odmah biti alarmirano o krivo unesenim podacima.

U slučaju nesrazmjera Povjerenstvo obavještava Poreznu upravu koja poduzima daljnje korake.

Pooštravaju se kazne. Povjerenstvo će minimalnu kaznu moći izreći od 4.000 kuna, a maksimalnu 40.000 kuna. Moći će izreći administrativne i novčane kazne.”
