Marija (33) suočena je s optužnicom kojom tužitelji za nju traže čak godinu dana zatvora jer je istukla svojeg malodobnog sina (12).

Prema optužnici, ona je u travnju prijepodne u obiteljskoj kući na širem području Bjelovara "svojeg sina udarala rukama i šakama po tijelu kojom prilikom je dijete zadobilo laku tjelesnu ozljedu u vidu oguljotine vrata s lijeve strane", izvještava Danica.hr.

Državno odvjetništvo traži da sud Mariju zbog toga osudi na "kaznu zatvora u trajanju od jedne godine te joj izrekne uvjetnu osudu tako što se određuje da se kazna zatvora neće izvršiti ako osumnjičenica u roku od dvije godine ne počini novo kazneno djelo".

Marija se tijekom istrage branila kako ga nije "ni dotaknula".

"U obrani sam ga možda udarila po čelu, ali ne vjerujem da sam ga ogrebla po vratu jer nemam nokte", ustvrdila je majka.

No, sin je ispričao nešto posve drugo, doznaje Slobodna.

"Mama me je tukla šakom po glavi i kičmi i grebla me po vratu. Boljelo me je i bio sam zbog toga kod doktora. Osjećao sam se tužno. Skočio sam tada s balkona i otišao oko 100 metara od kuće.

Kad me je policija našla, odvezla me je doma. Tati sam ispričao o tome što se dogodilo", rekao je dječak tijekom istrage.

Inače, Marija je majka troje djece, a u presudi je navedeno kako je po zanimanju konobarica i da je "dobrog imovinskog stanja", izvještava Danica.hr.

Marija (33) suočena je s optužnicom kojom tužitelji za nju traže čak godinu dana zatvora jer je istukla svojeg malodobnog sina (12).

Prema optužnici, ona je u travnju prijepodne u obiteljskoj kući na širem području Bjelovara "svojeg sina udarala rukama i šakama po tijelu kojom prilikom je dijete zadobilo laku tjelesnu ozljedu u vidu oguljotine vrata s lijeve strane", izvještava Danica.hr.

Državno odvjetništvo traži da sud Mariju zbog toga osudi na "kaznu zatvora u trajanju od jedne godine te joj izrekne uvjetnu osudu tako što se određuje da se kazna zatvora neće izvršiti ako osumnjičenica u roku od dvije godine ne počini novo kazneno djelo".

Marija se tijekom istrage branila kako ga nije "ni dotaknula".

"U obrani sam ga možda udarila po čelu, ali ne vjerujem da sam ga ogrebla po vratu jer nemam nokte", ustvrdila je majka.

No, sin je ispričao nešto posve drugo, doznaje Slobodna.

"Mama me je tukla šakom po glavi i kičmi i grebla me po vratu. Boljelo me je i bio sam zbog toga kod doktora. Osjećao sam se tužno. Skočio sam tada s balkona i otišao oko 100 metara od kuće.

Kad me je policija našla, odvezla me je doma. Tati sam ispričao o tome što se dogodilo", rekao je dječak tijekom istrage.

Inače, Marija je majka troje djece, a u presudi je navedeno kako je po zanimanju konobarica i da je "dobrog imovinskog stanja", izvještava Danica.hr.

Marija (33) suočena je s optužnicom kojom tužitelji za nju traže čak godinu dana zatvora jer je istukla svojeg malodobnog sina (12).

Prema optužnici, ona je u travnju prijepodne u obiteljskoj kući na širem području Bjelovara "svojeg sina udarala rukama i šakama po tijelu kojom prilikom je dijete zadobilo laku tjelesnu ozljedu u vidu oguljotine vrata s lijeve strane", izvještava Danica.hr.

Državno odvjetništvo traži da sud Mariju zbog toga osudi na "kaznu zatvora u trajanju od jedne godine te joj izrekne uvjetnu osudu tako što se određuje da se kazna zatvora neće izvršiti ako osumnjičenica u roku od dvije godine ne počini novo kazneno djelo".

Marija se tijekom istrage branila kako ga nije "ni dotaknula".

"U obrani sam ga možda udarila po čelu, ali ne vjerujem da sam ga ogrebla po vratu jer nemam nokte", ustvrdila je majka.

No, sin je ispričao nešto posve drugo, doznaje Slobodna.

"Mama me je tukla šakom po glavi i kičmi i grebla me po vratu. Boljelo me je i bio sam zbog toga kod doktora. Osjećao sam se tužno. Skočio sam tada s balkona i otišao oko 100 metara od kuće.

Kad me je policija našla, odvezla me je doma. Tati sam ispričao o tome što se dogodilo", rekao je dječak tijekom istrage.

Inače, Marija je majka troje djece, a u presudi je navedeno kako je po zanimanju konobarica i da je "dobrog imovinskog stanja", izvještava Danica.hr.
