Izraelski premijer Benjamin Netanyahu objavio je da njegova zemlja ulazi u drugu fazu rata protiv Hamasa. Izraelska vojska ponovo je pozvala u nedjelju civile u Gazi da krenu prema jugu, upozoravajući da pojačavaju operacije, piše jutarnji.hr.

Palestinski Crveni polumjesec izvijestio je da Izrael traži da odmah evakuiraju bolnicu al-Quds, jer će biti bombardirana. Izrael je više puta upozorio stanovnike Gaze da se udalje od "Hamasovih uporišta", a sada "jačaju hitnost tog upozorenja".

Južno od Wadi Gaze civilima bi trebali biti dostupni voda, hrana i lijekovi, obećaje izraelska vojska.

"Druga faza rata je kopnena invazija. U prvim tjednima rata pokrenuli smo opsežne zračne udare, koji su zadali ozbiljan udarac neprijatelju", rekao je Netanyahu u subotu navečer. "Uklonili smo mnoge teroriste. Međutim, tek smo na početku. Bitka unutar pojasa Gaze bit će teška i duga; ovo je naš drugi rat za neovisnost", poručio je.

Izraelska vojska "prelazi na sljedeću fazu rata protiv Hamasa u Gazi iz zraka, kopna i mora", kaže glasnogovornik IDF-a Daniel Hagari. Izaslanik UN-a za ljudska prava Volker Türk ponovo je alarmirao da će kopnene operacije u Gazi dovesti do još tisuća smrti. Velik broj mrtvih i ranjenih zatrpan je u ruševinama. "Smrad smrti je posvuda - u svakoj ulici i svakoj kući", rekao je za agenciju AFP liječnik Raed al-Astal iz Khan Younisa na jugu Gaze. Papa Franjo pozvao je na prekid vatre i ponovo apelirao na Hamas da oslobodi izraelske taoce. "Braćo i sestre, stanite. Rat je uvijek poraz, uvijek", poručio je papa.

U noći na subotu, nakon najjačeg zračnog napada od 7. listopada, izraelska vojska počela je kopnenu invaziju na Gazu, koja je ostala bez struje i telekomunikacija. Potpuni prekid interneta i mobilnog signala u Gazi jako je otežao situaciju spasilačkim ekipama jer žrtve nisu mogle pozvati pomoć. Danas ujutro komunikacije su obnovljene.

Za prvu noć IDF je izvijestio da su njegovi zrakoplovi pogodili 150 podzemnih ciljeva Hamasa u Gazi, dok Palestinci govore o sukobima s izraelskim tenkovima i pješaštvom na tri lokacije: najintenzivnije na sjeveru na području Beit Lahia i Beit Hanoun, a manje intenzivno istočno od Bureija u središnjoj Gazi i istočno od Khan Younisa.

Raketiranje je bilo koncentrirano na četvrt Jabalia u sjevernoj Gazi, gdje su sravnjene mnoge zgrade. IDF je u nedjelju objavio da su u 24 sata pogodili više od "450 vojnih ciljeva Hamasa": zapovjedništva, osmatračnice i protutenkovske položaje.

Ministarstvo zdravstva u Gazi koje vodi Hamas kaže da je ukupan broj poginulih u Gazi u nedjelju porastao na 8005 ljudi, prenosi Reuters.

Rano u nedjelju izraelska vojska bombardirala je područje oko bolnice Shifa, najveće u Gazi. Uništene su prilazne ceste, prenosi AP tvrdnje lokalnog stanovništva. U bolnici se sklonilo na tisuće civila, no izraelska vojska tvrdi da je Hamas ispod nje izgradio podzemne bunkere. "Doći do bolnice postalo je sve teže, čini se da žele odsjeći to područje", rekao je za AP telefonom Mahmoud al-Sawah iz bolnice.

UNRWA, UN-ova agencija za pomoć palestinskim izbjeglicama, objavila je da je u napadima ubijeno više od 50 njezinih djelatnika, pa im je sposobnost djelovanja jako oslabljena. Tisuće ljudi provalile su u nekoliko skladišta UNRWA u Gazi, odnoseći brašno i druge osnovne artikle. Thomas White, šef UNRWA u pojasu Gaze, ističe da je to zabrinjavajući signal da se civilni poredak počinje raspadati nakon tri tjedna rata i totalne blokade Gaze. Situacija u Gazi "iz sata u sat postaje sve očajnija", upozorava glavni tajnik UN-a António Guterres. Broj ubijenih ili ozlijeđenih civila je "potpuno neprihvatljiv". "Žao mi je što je umjesto nužne humanitarne pauze, Izrael intenzivirao vojne operacije. Svijet je svjedok humanitarne katastrofe koja se odvija pred našim očima", alarmira Guterres. "Više od dva milijuna ljudi, koji nemaju kamo otići, lišeni su osnovnih životnih potreba - hrane, vode, skloništa i medicinske skrbi - dok su izloženi nemilosrdnom bombardiranju", upozorio je Guterres, piše jutarnji.hr.

Izraelski premijer Benjamin Netanyahu objavio je da njegova zemlja ulazi u drugu fazu rata protiv Hamasa. Izraelska vojska ponovo je pozvala u nedjelju civile u Gazi da krenu prema jugu, upozoravajući da pojačavaju operacije, piše jutarnji.hr.

Palestinski Crveni polumjesec izvijestio je da Izrael traži da odmah evakuiraju bolnicu al-Quds, jer će biti bombardirana. Izrael je više puta upozorio stanovnike Gaze da se udalje od "Hamasovih uporišta", a sada "jačaju hitnost tog upozorenja".

Južno od Wadi Gaze civilima bi trebali biti dostupni voda, hrana i lijekovi, obećaje izraelska vojska.

"Druga faza rata je kopnena invazija. U prvim tjednima rata pokrenuli smo opsežne zračne udare, koji su zadali ozbiljan udarac neprijatelju", rekao je Netanyahu u subotu navečer. "Uklonili smo mnoge teroriste. Međutim, tek smo na početku. Bitka unutar pojasa Gaze bit će teška i duga; ovo je naš drugi rat za neovisnost", poručio je.

Izraelska vojska "prelazi na sljedeću fazu rata protiv Hamasa u Gazi iz zraka, kopna i mora", kaže glasnogovornik IDF-a Daniel Hagari. Izaslanik UN-a za ljudska prava Volker Türk ponovo je alarmirao da će kopnene operacije u Gazi dovesti do još tisuća smrti. Velik broj mrtvih i ranjenih zatrpan je u ruševinama. "Smrad smrti je posvuda - u svakoj ulici i svakoj kući", rekao je za agenciju AFP liječnik Raed al-Astal iz Khan Younisa na jugu Gaze. Papa Franjo pozvao je na prekid vatre i ponovo apelirao na Hamas da oslobodi izraelske taoce. "Braćo i sestre, stanite. Rat je uvijek poraz, uvijek", poručio je papa.

U noći na subotu, nakon najjačeg zračnog napada od 7. listopada, izraelska vojska počela je kopnenu invaziju na Gazu, koja je ostala bez struje i telekomunikacija. Potpuni prekid interneta i mobilnog signala u Gazi jako je otežao situaciju spasilačkim ekipama jer žrtve nisu mogle pozvati pomoć. Danas ujutro komunikacije su obnovljene.

Za prvu noć IDF je izvijestio da su njegovi zrakoplovi pogodili 150 podzemnih ciljeva Hamasa u Gazi, dok Palestinci govore o sukobima s izraelskim tenkovima i pješaštvom na tri lokacije: najintenzivnije na sjeveru na području Beit Lahia i Beit Hanoun, a manje intenzivno istočno od Bureija u središnjoj Gazi i istočno od Khan Younisa.

Raketiranje je bilo koncentrirano na četvrt Jabalia u sjevernoj Gazi, gdje su sravnjene mnoge zgrade. IDF je u nedjelju objavio da su u 24 sata pogodili više od "450 vojnih ciljeva Hamasa": zapovjedništva, osmatračnice i protutenkovske položaje.

Ministarstvo zdravstva u Gazi koje vodi Hamas kaže da je ukupan broj poginulih u Gazi u nedjelju porastao na 8005 ljudi, prenosi Reuters.

Rano u nedjelju izraelska vojska bombardirala je područje oko bolnice Shifa, najveće u Gazi. Uništene su prilazne ceste, prenosi AP tvrdnje lokalnog stanovništva. U bolnici se sklonilo na tisuće civila, no izraelska vojska tvrdi da je Hamas ispod nje izgradio podzemne bunkere. UNRWA, UN-ova agencija za pomoć palestinskim izbjeglicama, objavila je da je u napadima ubijeno više od 50 njezinih djelatnika, pa im je sposobnost djelovanja jako oslabljena. Tisuće ljudi provalile su u nekoliko skladišta UNRWA u Gazi, odnoseći brašno i druge osnovne artikle. Thomas White, šef UNRWA u pojasu Gaze, ističe da je to zabrinjavajući signal da se civilni poredak počinje raspadati nakon tri tjedna rata i totalne blokade Gaze. Situacija u Gazi "iz sata u sat postaje sve očajnija", upozorava glavni tajnik UN-a António Guterres. Broj ubijenih ili ozlijeđenih civila je "potpuno neprihvatljiv". "Žao mi je što je umjesto nužne humanitarne pauze, Izrael intenzivirao vojne operacije. Svijet je svjedok humanitarne katastrofe koja se odvija pred našim očima", alarmira Guterres.
