Uoči ljetne turističke sezone, za koju crnogorska Vlada procjenjuje da će po prihodima oboriti sve rekorde, nedostatak radne snage predstavlja gorući problem. Samo u Budvi, metropoli turizma, tijekom ljeta potrebno je gotovo 4.000 sezonaca, kojih na tržištu rada nema dovoljno.
Među sezonskim radnicima, posebno mlađom populacijom, sve prisutniji trend je odlaska na Hrvatsko primorje. Oni koji su odluče za taj potez tvrde da im tamošnji poslodavci nude privlačnije uvjete, odnosno veće zarade, bolji smještaj, plaćene obroke, pišu crnogorske Vijesti.
Umjesto u Budvi, Kotoru, Crnogorci radije biraju rad u Splitu, Hvaru....
Dodatan problem predstavlja i što takav stav dijele i i sezonski radnici iz Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine i Sjeverne Makedonije, pa crnogorski poslodavci nedostajuće kadrove sve više traže na nekim potpuno novim adresama poput zemalja Srednje Azije - Indije, Pakistana, Šri Lanke ili čak Nepala.
Dakle, radnici iz svih zemalja bivše Jugoslavije hrle u Hrvatsku, pa su zemlje ‘izvoznice radnika‘ u velikom problemu.
Hrvatska koja je u deset godina izgubila 10 posto stanovništva sa 3,871 milijun stanovnika ove godine bi zbog nestašice radnika prema procjenama stručnjaka mogla izdati čak i do 200 hiljada dozvola za boravak i rad stranim radnicima.
No, u Hrvatsku ne hrle visokoobrazovani kao u razvijene države EU. Najtraženija zanimanja na burzi rada su prodavač, konobar, čistač, kuhar, medicinska sestra, administrativni službenik, vozač, skladištar, kuhinjski radnik.
Inače, lani je u Hrvatskoj izdano 124 tisuće dozvola za boravak i rad stranim radnicima i to najviše državljanima BiH (36.783), Srbije (19.176), Nepala (12.222), Sjeverne Makedonije (10.053), Kosova (8979), Indije (7690), Filipina (5935), Bangladeša (4381), Albanije (4257)...
Najviše stranaca bilo je zaposleno u graditeljstvu, te turizmu i ugostiteljstvu.

Uoči ljetne turističke sezone, za koju crnogorska Vlada procjenjuje da će po prihodima oboriti sve rekorde, nedostatak radne snage predstavlja gorući problem. Samo u Budvi, metropoli turizma, tijekom ljeta potrebno je gotovo 4.000 sezonaca, kojih na tržištu rada nema dovoljno.
Među sezonskim radnicima, posebno mlađom populacijom, sve prisutniji trend je odlaska na Hrvatsko primorje. Oni koji su odluče za taj potez tvrde da im tamošnji poslodavci nude privlačnije uvjete, odnosno veće zarade, bolji smještaj, plaćene obroke, pišu crnogorske Vijesti.
Umjesto u Budvi, Kotoru, Crnogorci radije biraju rad u Splitu, Hvaru....
Dodatan problem predstavlja i što takav stav dijele i i sezonski radnici iz Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine i Sjeverne Makedonije, pa crnogorski poslodavci nedostajuće kadrove sve više traže na nekim potpuno novim adresama poput zemalja Srednje Azije - Indije, Pakistana, Šri Lanke ili čak Nepala.
Dakle, radnici iz svih zemalja bivše Jugoslavije hrle u Hrvatsku, pa su zemlje ‘izvoznice radnika‘ u velikom problemu.
Hrvatska koja je u deset godina izgubila 10 posto stanovništva sa 3,871 milijun stanovnika ove godine bi zbog nestašice radnika prema procjenama stručnjaka mogla izdati čak i do 200 hiljada dozvola za boravak i rad stranim radnicima.
No, u Hrvatsku ne hrle visokoobrazovani kao u razvijene države EU. Najtraženija zanimanja na burzi rada su prodavač, konobar, čistač, kuhar, medicinska sestra, administrativni službenik, vozač, skladištar, kuhinjski radnik.
Inače, lani je u Hrvatskoj izdano 124 tisuće dozvola za boravak i rad stranim radnicima i to najviše državljanima BiH (36.783), Srbije (19.176), Nepala (12.222), Sjeverne Makedonije (10.053), Kosova (8979), Indije (7690), Filipina (5935), Bangladeša (4381), Albanije (4257)...
Najviše stranaca bilo je zaposleno u graditeljstvu, te turizmu i ugostiteljstvu.
