Talijanska nacionalna sigurnost dovedena je u pitanje hakerskim napadom na središnju talijansku Oblast Lacij, smatra oblasni predsjednik Nicola Zingaretti. Organizirana informatička banda, koju Zingareti smatra terorističkom, zaplijenila je i drži kao taoce sve zdravstvene podatke svih 5,8 milijuna građana Lacija. Naime, u toj oblasti je Metropolitanski glavni grad Rim, a u njemu svi centri državne vlasti i uprave, te ključni dužnosnici Republike, od predsjednika Mattarelle naniže, piše Jutarnji.

S jedne strane, na milost i nemilost terorista izloženi su povjerljivi zdravstveni podaci glavnih i inih predstavnika političke, sudbene i ekonomske elite, kao i ostalih građana. S druge strane blokirana je dosad najefikasnija oblasna mreža cijepljenja protiv pandemije covida-19, koje je prepušteno „ručnom“ vođenju i nadzoru. A oslijepljen je i sav zdravstveni sustav koji je omogućavao liječnicima ući u podatke pacijenata, građanima predbilježiti se za preglede i analize u prvome dostupnom centru, ljekarnama zaprimati recepte i izdavati lijekove. Tko je od nedjelje primio prvu ili drugu dozu neke vakcine, dobio je potvrdu na listu papira.

Potraje li to stanje, to je gore od prirodne katastrofe, jer na iole dulju stazu teže ugrožava zdravlje i život građana. Eto, zato Zingaretti s pravom govori o terorizmu.

U nedjelju se činilo, na temelju informacija puštenih u javnost, da je to jedan od mnogih napada koji na neko vrijeme blokiraju neki informatički sustav, dok ga stručnjaci ne suzbiju. Tek u ponedjeljak popodne je osvijetljen pravi razmjer katastrofe: Talijani nisu kadri uspostaviti ni pristup podacima ni njihovu kontrolu.

U nedjelju je rečeno da podaci nisu ugroženi, nego da je samo sustav izvan pogona, ali u ponedjeljak rimska la Repubblica kaže, naprotiv, da su podaci ugroženi. Da mogu dospjeti na „crno tržište“.

Oblast Lacij suočena je s obostrano gubitničkom dvojbom. Može platiti zahtijevanu ucjenu u bitcoinima, elektroničkoj valuti izvan dohvata nacionalnih zakona i stoga savršeno pogodnoj kriminalcima, ali bez ikakva jamstva da će u naknadu zaista dobiti pristup podacima, te znajući da je kopija podataka tako i tako u rukama kriminalaca, koji ih mogu dalje koristiti za grupne i pojedinačne ucjene. Ili može zaboraviti na svoj dosadašnji zdravstveni informacijski sustav te ga izgraditi iznova. Ni u tom slučaju ne bi teroristima spriječili posjed i zloporabu ukradenih podataka, ali ih barem ne bi isplatom ucjene financijski jačali i poticali na nove slične pothvate, pokazavši im da se takav zločin isplati.

Italija je žalosno poznata po običaju da teroristima isplaćuje ucjene za svoje otete građane. Smatra da država mora štititi građanina i po cijenu jačanja financijske i, shodno, oružane moći terorista. Nije popustila samo u jednom slučaju: kada su „Crvene brigade“ otele Alda Mora. Država im, s punim pravom, nije htjela dati status legalnog sugovornika, političkog partnera, pa je Moro ubijen.

Ne znamo što će odlučiti Lacij, a jamačno i premijer Mario Draghi (koji je, naravno, i osobno pod prijetnjom). Ne znamo ni koju svotu ištu otmičari podataka.

Znamo, kao što se često kaže, kako i taj kriminalni akt pokazuje da je informacija najdragocjenija roba današnjeg vremena i da je kriminalni nehaj ne zaštiti je, tim prije što postoje metode.

Ovako je Oblast Lacij dopustila da u njezin zdravstveni informacijski sustav uđe i da ga zarazi neki trojan cryptolocker. Nimalo sofisticiran.

Dovoljno je bilo, kažu, što je stanoviti službenik tvrtke LazioCrea ostavio svoj kompjuter uključen preko noći sa subote na nedjelju. Namjerno ili slučajno? Pokazat će istraga.

Ona zasad isključuje mogućnost da je napad pokrenula neka od država koje se služe tom metodom za političke obračune, poput Kine ili Rusije. Napad nije krenuo ni iz Azerbajdžana ili Kazakstana, preko čijih mreža hakeri rado teroriziraju i ucjenjuju. Krenuo je iz Njemačke. Sumnja, dakako, pada na antivaksere, fanatične protivnike i tuđih cijepljenja, ali oni, u ovom slučaju, mogu biti nevini. Barem tri velike talijanske tvrtke su u nekoliko prošlih sedmica pretrpjele slične napade, koje povezuje samo kriminalna pohlepa ucjenjivača, nikakva ina ideologija, piše Jutarnji.

Talijanska nacionalna sigurnost dovedena je u pitanje hakerskim napadom na središnju talijansku Oblast Lacij, smatra oblasni predsjednik Nicola Zingaretti. Organizirana informatička banda, koju Zingareti smatra terorističkom, zaplijenila je i drži kao taoce sve zdravstvene podatke svih 5,8 milijuna građana Lacija. Naime, u toj oblasti je Metropolitanski glavni grad Rim, a u njemu svi centri državne vlasti i uprave, te ključni dužnosnici Republike, od predsjednika Mattarelle naniže, piše Jutarnji.

S jedne strane, na milost i nemilost terorista izloženi su povjerljivi zdravstveni podaci glavnih i inih predstavnika političke, sudbene i ekonomske elite, kao i ostalih građana. S druge strane blokirana je dosad najefikasnija oblasna mreža cijepljenja protiv pandemije covida-19, koje je prepušteno „ručnom“ vođenju i nadzoru. A oslijepljen je i sav zdravstveni sustav koji je omogućavao liječnicima ući u podatke pacijenata, građanima predbilježiti se za preglede i analize u prvome dostupnom centru, ljekarnama zaprimati recepte i izdavati lijekove. Tko je od nedjelje primio prvu ili drugu dozu neke vakcine, dobio je potvrdu na listu papira.

Potraje li to stanje, to je gore od prirodne katastrofe, jer na iole dulju stazu teže ugrožava zdravlje i život građana. Eto, zato Zingaretti s pravom govori o terorizmu.

U nedjelju se činilo, na temelju informacija puštenih u javnost, da je to jedan od mnogih napada koji na neko vrijeme blokiraju neki informatički sustav, dok ga stručnjaci ne suzbiju. Tek u ponedjeljak popodne je osvijetljen pravi razmjer katastrofe: Talijani nisu kadri uspostaviti ni pristup podacima ni njihovu kontrolu.

U nedjelju je rečeno da podaci nisu ugroženi, nego da je samo sustav izvan pogona, ali u ponedjeljak rimska la Repubblica kaže, naprotiv, da su podaci ugroženi. Da mogu dospjeti na „crno tržište“.

Oblast Lacij suočena je s obostrano gubitničkom dvojbom. Može platiti zahtijevanu ucjenu u bitcoinima, elektroničkoj valuti izvan dohvata nacionalnih zakona i stoga savršeno pogodnoj kriminalcima, ali bez ikakva jamstva da će u naknadu zaista dobiti pristup podacima, te znajući da je kopija podataka tako i tako u rukama kriminalaca, koji ih mogu dalje koristiti za grupne i pojedinačne ucjene. Ili može zaboraviti na svoj dosadašnji zdravstveni informacijski sustav te ga izgraditi iznova. Ni u tom slučaju ne bi teroristima spriječili posjed i zloporabu ukradenih podataka, ali ih barem ne bi isplatom ucjene financijski jačali i poticali na nove slične pothvate, pokazavši im da se takav zločin isplati.

Italija je žalosno poznata po običaju da teroristima isplaćuje ucjene za svoje otete građane. Smatra da država mora štititi građanina i po cijenu jačanja financijske i, shodno, oružane moći terorista. Nije popustila samo u jednom slučaju: kada su „Crvene brigade“ otele Alda Mora. Država im, s punim pravom, nije htjela dati status legalnog sugovornika, političkog partnera, pa je Moro ubijen.

Ne znamo što će odlučiti Lacij, a jamačno i premijer Mario Draghi (koji je, naravno, i osobno pod prijetnjom). Ne znamo ni koju svotu ištu otmičari podataka.

Znamo, kao što se često kaže, kako i taj kriminalni akt pokazuje da je informacija najdragocjenija roba današnjeg vremena i da je kriminalni nehaj ne zaštiti je, tim prije što postoje metode.

Ovako je Oblast Lacij dopustila da u njezin zdravstveni informacijski sustav uđe i da ga zarazi neki trojan cryptolocker. Nimalo sofisticiran.

Dovoljno je bilo, kažu, što je stanoviti službenik tvrtke LazioCrea ostavio svoj kompjuter uključen preko noći sa subote na nedjelju. Namjerno ili slučajno? Pokazat će istraga.

Ona zasad isključuje mogućnost da je napad pokrenula neka od država koje se služe tom metodom za političke obračune, poput Kine ili Rusije. Napad nije krenuo ni iz Azerbajdžana ili Kazakstana, preko čijih mreža hakeri rado teroriziraju i ucjenjuju. Krenuo je iz Njemačke. Sumnja, dakako, pada na antivaksere, fanatične protivnike i tuđih cijepljenja, ali oni, u ovom slučaju, mogu biti nevini. Barem tri velike talijanske tvrtke su u nekoliko prošlih sedmica pretrpjele slične napade, koje povezuje samo kriminalna pohlepa ucjenjivača, nikakva ina ideologija, piše Jutarnji.

Talijanska nacionalna sigurnost dovedena je u pitanje hakerskim napadom na središnju talijansku Oblast Lacij, smatra oblasni predsjednik Nicola Zingaretti. Organizirana informatička banda, koju Zingareti smatra terorističkom, zaplijenila je i drži kao taoce sve zdravstvene podatke svih 5,8 milijuna građana Lacija. Naime, u toj oblasti je Metropolitanski glavni grad Rim, a u njemu svi centri državne vlasti i uprave, te ključni dužnosnici Republike, od predsjednika Mattarelle naniže, piše Jutarnji.

S jedne strane, na milost i nemilost terorista izloženi su povjerljivi zdravstveni podaci glavnih i inih predstavnika političke, sudbene i ekonomske elite, kao i ostalih građana. S druge strane blokirana je dosad najefikasnija oblasna mreža cijepljenja protiv pandemije covida-19, koje je prepušteno „ručnom“ vođenju i nadzoru. A oslijepljen je i sav zdravstveni sustav koji je omogućavao liječnicima ući u podatke pacijenata, građanima predbilježiti se za preglede i analize u prvome dostupnom centru, ljekarnama zaprimati recepte i izdavati lijekove. Tko je od nedjelje primio prvu ili drugu dozu neke vakcine, dobio je potvrdu na listu papira.

Potraje li to stanje, to je gore od prirodne katastrofe, jer na iole dulju stazu teže ugrožava zdravlje i život građana. Eto, zato Zingaretti s pravom govori o terorizmu.

U nedjelju se činilo, na temelju informacija puštenih u javnost, da je to jedan od mnogih napada koji na neko vrijeme blokiraju neki informatički sustav, dok ga stručnjaci ne suzbiju. Tek u ponedjeljak popodne je osvijetljen pravi razmjer katastrofe: Talijani nisu kadri uspostaviti ni pristup podacima ni njihovu kontrolu.

U nedjelju je rečeno da podaci nisu ugroženi, nego da je samo sustav izvan pogona, ali u ponedjeljak rimska la Repubblica kaže, naprotiv, da su podaci ugroženi. Da mogu dospjeti na „crno tržište“.
