Danas je svjedok Pero Miletić nastavio s davanjem iskaza u dokaznom postupku optuženima za tragediju kija se 10.siječnja 2019. godine dogodila u pogonu Plat Hidroelektrane Dubrovnik. Svjedok je u HE Dubrovnik zaposlen od 2014. i zanimljivo je da se, iako je bio zadužen za građevinsku struku i održavanje dovodnog tunela vode, svo vrijeme predstavljao da je građevinske radove nadzirao kao- tehnolog. Na tu su mu okolnost ukazali i branitelji optuženih, ali je svjedok ostao ustrajan.

Na samom početku nastavka sudskog kaznenog postupka odvjetnica Doris Košta je kao nove dokaze predložila i dokumente do kojih je došla naknadno, tijekom treće "sesije" saslušanja. Riječ je o ugovorima, dokumentu o imenovanju svjedoka za nadzornog inženjera te Pravilniku o nabavi i ugovaranju u grupi HEP. No, o usvajanju tih prijedloga naknadno će se odlučiti.

Svjedočenje je predsjednik Sudskog vijeća Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku, sudac Nikša Lučić u četvrtak popodne prekinuo nakon što su svjedoka ispitala samo trojica branitelja, te će on danas odgovarati na upite preostale trojice branitelja i svih optuženika.

I danas je iskaz svjedoka bio prilično neodređen i nije se sjećao niza detalja, a odgovarajući branitelju četvrtooptuženog Ivice Nujića (koji je opravdao danasnji izostanak s rasprave) odvjetniku Janjku Grliću je opisao ulogu odvodnog tunela u podzemlju Plata. No, nije znao reći je li to i evakuacijski put:

-Stropne obloge fizički su nedostupne ali se vidjelo da je dio ploča promijenio boju i otpadali su dijelovi. Za otvor u zidu se pričalo i prije zamjene obloge pločama od istog materijala, ali su mi strojari rekli da zaboravim na njega. Na stropu su se nalazile valovite, a na zidovima ravne ploče. Ne znam što je tamo bilo prije otvora, a ugradnja vrata na tom mjestu je strojarski posao. Videonadzor na ulazu sad postoji, ali ne znam je li ga bilo prije tragedije i s ocem nisam o tome pričao- odgovorio je Pero Miletić koji je više puta ponovio da uopće nije imao brojne službene nacrte, na što je Grlić primjetio kako to da nije imao interes da o pogonu dozna nešto više.

Odvjetniku Tomislavu Skerlevu kao branitelju Miljenka Vućića svjedok je rekao da su PVC-ploče predvidene projektom "Apside" i funkcija im je sprijeciti kapanje vode u strojarnicu. Na upit sto bi Komisija ucinila da je pinudena ufradnja limenih ploca rekao je da bi ponudu odbili jer ne idgovara uvjetima troskovnika. No, da je izvođač to sugerirao tijekom ugradnje, tad bi izvijestio direktora a na sastanku bi se dogovorili uvjeti dodatnog ugovora koji be smije prelaziti 20-30 posto osnovnog ugovora:- Dat je uvjet ugovora da se ne smije mijenjati tehnologija, sto su pravne odrednice javne nabave i ne znam zasto je to tako- rekap je svjedok i pojasnio daxsexs ugradnjom drugih materijala mijenjaju temeljni uvjeti gradenja i tad to nije sanacija te treva obuhvatiti sire podrucje i konzultirati druga tijela.

Rekao je kako je Vučić uzorke ploča poslao u Italiju gdje su rekli da imaju iste, o on rekao da ih treba sve promijeniti i da su istovjetne ugradene u HE Zakučac i HE Mostar.

Nakon toga, sudac Lučić je odredio kratku pauzu.

Danas je svjedok Pero Miletić nastavio s davanjem iskaza u dokaznom postupku optuženima za tragediju kija se 10.siječnja 2019. godine dogodila u pogonu Plat Hidroelektrane Dubrovnik. Svjedok je u HE Dubrovnik zaposlen od 2014. i zanimljivo je da se, iako je bio zadužen za građevinsku struku i održavanje dovodnog tunela vode, svo vrijeme predstavljao da je građevinske radove nadzirao kao- tehnolog. Na tu su mu okolnost ukazali i branitelji optuženih, ali je svjedok ostao ustrajan.

Na samom početku nastavka sudskog kaznenog postupka odvjetnica Doris Košta je kao nove dokaze predložila i dokumente do kojih je došla naknadno, tijekom treće "sesije" saslušanja. Riječ je o ugovorima, dokumentu o imenovanju svjedoka za nadzornog inženjera te Pravilniku o nabavi i ugovaranju u grupi HEP. No, o usvajanju tih prijedloga naknadno će se odlučiti.

Svjedočenje je predsjednik Sudskog vijeća Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku, sudac Nikša Lučić u četvrtak popodne prekinuo nakon što su svjedoka ispitala samo trojica branitelja, te će on danas odgovarati na upite preostale trojice branitelja i svih optuženika.

I danas je iskaz svjedoka bio prilično neodređen i nije se sjećao niza detalja, a odgovarajući branitelju četvrtooptuženog Ivice Nujića (koji je opravdao danasnji izostanak s rasprave) odvjetniku Janjku Grliću je opisao ulogu odvodnog tunela u podzemlju Plata. No, nije znao reći je li to i evakuacijski put:

-Stropne obloge fizički su nedostupne ali se vidjelo da je dio ploča promijenio boju i otpadali su dijelovi. Za otvor u zidu se pričalo i prije zamjene obloge pločama od istog materijala, ali su mi strojari rekli da zaboravim na njega. Na stropu su se nalazile valovite, a na zidovima ravne ploče. Ne znam što je tamo bilo prije otvora, a ugradnja vrata na tom mjestu je strojarski posao. Videonadzor na ulazu sad postoji, ali ne znam je li ga bilo prije tragedije i s ocem nisam o tome pričao- odgovorio je Pero Miletić koji je više puta ponovio da uopće nije imao brojne službene nacrte, na što je Grlić primjetio kako to da nije imao interes da o pogonu dozna nešto više.

Odvjetniku Tomislavu Skerlevu kao branitelju Miljenka Vućića svjedok je rekao da su PVC-ploče predvidene projektom "Apside" i funkcija im je sprijeciti kapanje vode u strojarnicu. Na upit sto bi Komisija ucinila da je pinudena ufradnja limenih ploca rekao je da bi ponudu odbili jer ne idgovara uvjetima troskovnika. No, da je izvođač to sugerirao tijekom ugradnje, tad bi izvijestio direktora a na sastanku bi se dogovorili uvjeti dodatnog ugovora koji be smije prelaziti 20-30 posto osnovnog ugovora:- Dat je uvjet ugovora da se ne smije mijenjati tehnologija, sto su pravne odrednice javne nabave i ne znam zasto je to tako- rekap je svjedok i pojasnio daxsexs ugradnjom drugih materijala mijenjaju temeljni uvjeti gradenja i tad to nije sanacija te treva obuhvatiti sire podrucje i konzultirati druga tijela.

Rekao je kako je Vučić uzorke ploča poslao u Italiju gdje su rekli da imaju iste, o on rekao da ih treba sve promijeniti i da su istovjetne ugradene u HE Zakučac i HE Mostar.

Nakon toga, sudac Lučić je odredio kratku pauzu.

Danas je svjedok Pero Miletić nastavio s davanjem iskaza u dokaznom postupku optuženima za tragediju kija se 10.siječnja 2019. godine dogodila u pogonu Plat Hidroelektrane Dubrovnik. Svjedok je u HE Dubrovnik zaposlen od 2014. i zanimljivo je da se, iako je bio zadužen za građevinsku struku i održavanje dovodnog tunela vode, svo vrijeme predstavljao da je građevinske radove nadzirao kao- tehnolog. Na tu su mu okolnost ukazali i branitelji optuženih, ali je svjedok ostao ustrajan.

Na samom početku nastavka sudskog kaznenog postupka odvjetnica Doris Košta je kao nove dokaze predložila i dokumente do kojih je došla naknadno, tijekom treće "sesije" saslušanja. Riječ je o ugovorima, dokumentu o imenovanju svjedoka za nadzornog inženjera te Pravilniku o nabavi i ugovaranju u grupi HEP. No, o usvajanju tih prijedloga naknadno će se odlučiti.

Svjedočenje je predsjednik Sudskog vijeća Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku, sudac Nikša Lučić u četvrtak popodne prekinuo nakon što su svjedoka ispitala samo trojica branitelja, te će on danas odgovarati na upite preostale trojice branitelja i svih optuženika.

I danas je iskaz svjedoka bio prilično neodređen i nije se sjećao niza detalja, a odgovarajući branitelju četvrtooptuženog Ivice Nujića (koji je opravdao danasnji izostanak s rasprave) odvjetniku Janjku Grliću je opisao ulogu odvodnog tunela u podzemlju Plata. No, nije znao reći je li to i evakuacijski put:

-Stropne obloge fizički su nedostupne ali se vidjelo da je dio ploča promijenio boju i otpadali su dijelovi. Za otvor u zidu se pričalo i prije zamjene obloge pločama od istog materijala, ali su mi strojari rekli da zaboravim na njega. Na stropu su se nalazile valovite, a na zidovima ravne ploče. Ne znam što je tamo bilo prije otvora, a ugradnja vrata na tom mjestu je strojarski posao.
