Izložba Dubrovačkih muzeja „Alati i kalafati“, postavljena u prosincu prošle godine u žitnici „Rupe“, produljena je do 25. srpnja 2021. Autorica izložbe je viša kustosica Pomorskog muzeja Ljerka Dunatov, likovni postav potpisuje viša kustosica Ivona Michl, dok su za preparatorske radove zaslužni Željko Ćatić i Dženita Mehičić.

Na izložbi je predstavljeno oko 200 predmeta, većinom alata, modela, fotografija i nacrta iz Zbirke brodogradilišnog alata iz fundusa Pomorskog muzeja u Dubrovniku, koja sadržava 450 primjeraka raznih vrsta alata nastalih u 19. i 20. stoljeću i korištenih u našim brodogradilištima.

U Zbirci su zastupljeni originalni alati kojima su se koristili brodograditelji pri tradicionalnoj izradbi drvenih brodova. Riječ je uglavnom o predmetima izrađenima od drva i metala. Kao vrijedna muzejska građa, brodogradilišni alati počeli su se skupljati već od početka rada dubrovačkog Pomorskog muzeja.

Stari alati čine važno tradicijsko kulturno dobro te su kao dio materijalne baštine jednog naroda vrijedan povijesni izvor koji svjedoči o prostoru i vremenu u kojem su korišteni.

Izložba Dubrovačkih muzeja „Alati i kalafati“, postavljena u prosincu prošle godine u žitnici „Rupe“, produljena je do 25. srpnja 2021. Autorica izložbe je viša kustosica Pomorskog muzeja Ljerka Dunatov, likovni postav potpisuje viša kustosica Ivona Michl, dok su za preparatorske radove zaslužni Željko Ćatić i Dženita Mehičić.

Na izložbi je predstavljeno oko 200 predmeta, većinom alata, modela, fotografija i nacrta iz Zbirke brodogradilišnog alata iz fundusa Pomorskog muzeja u Dubrovniku, koja sadržava 450 primjeraka raznih vrsta alata nastalih u 19. i 20. stoljeću i korištenih u našim brodogradilištima.

U Zbirci su zastupljeni originalni alati kojima su se koristili brodograditelji pri tradicionalnoj izradbi drvenih brodova. Riječ je uglavnom o predmetima izrađenima od drva i metala. Kao vrijedna muzejska građa, brodogradilišni alati počeli su se skupljati već od početka rada dubrovačkog Pomorskog muzeja.

Stari alati čine važno tradicijsko kulturno dobro te su kao dio materijalne baštine jednog naroda vrijedan povijesni izvor koji svjedoči o prostoru i vremenu u kojem su korišteni.

Izložba Dubrovačkih muzeja „Alati i kalafati“, postavljena u prosincu prošle godine u žitnici „Rupe“, produljena je do 25. srpnja 2021. Autorica izložbe je viša kustosica Pomorskog muzeja Ljerka Dunatov, likovni postav potpisuje viša kustosica Ivona Michl, dok su za preparatorske radove zaslužni Željko Ćatić i Dženita Mehičić.

Na izložbi je predstavljeno oko 200 predmeta, većinom alata, modela, fotografija i nacrta iz Zbirke brodogradilišnog alata iz fundusa Pomorskog muzeja u Dubrovniku, koja sadržava 450 primjeraka raznih vrsta alata nastalih u 19. i 20. stoljeću i korištenih u našim brodogradilištima.

U Zbirci su zastupljeni originalni alati kojima su se koristili brodograditelji pri tradicionalnoj izradbi drvenih brodova. Riječ je uglavnom o predmetima izrađenima od drva i metala. Kao vrijedna muzejska građa, brodogradilišni alati počeli su se skupljati već od početka rada dubrovačkog Pomorskog muzeja.

Stari alati čine važno tradicijsko kulturno dobro te su kao dio materijalne baštine jednog naroda vrijedan povijesni izvor koji svjedoči o prostoru i vremenu u kojem su korišteni.
