Grad Šibenik je u suradnji s Veleučilištem u Šibeniku anketirao građana o zadovoljstvu uslugom javnog prijevoza za potrebe projekta SPINE (Smart public transport Initiatives for climate-Neutral cities in Europe project), financiranog iz programa HORIZON Europe. Rezultati analize upućuju na ukupno zadovoljstvo građana Šibenika novim javnim gradskim prijevozom, izvijestili su iz šibenske gradske uprave.

Anketni upitnik sastojao se od 11 pitanja, a glavni cilj istraživanja bilo je dobivanje kvalitetnih i kvantitativnih informacija o zadovoljstvu građana uslugom javnog gradskog prijevoza.

Anketno istraživanje građana Šibenika na lokacijama autobusnih stajališta "Autobusni kolodvor Šibenik", "Bolnica" (ulaz s ulice Stjepana Radića), "Baldekin" (kod spomenika poginulim braniteljima), "Pijaca ili Tržnica" (kod Hrvatske poštanske banke) i "Poljana" (kod Kazališta) provelo je ukupno 10 studenata Stručnog prijediplomskog studija Promet Veleučilišta u Šibeniku na uzorku od ukupno 100 ispitanika.

Analizom prosječnih ocjena zadovoljstva ispitivanih čimbenika kvalitete javnog gradskog prijevoza, čimbenici kvalitete "ponašanje i ljubaznost vozača", "urednost autobusa", "točno i pravodobno obavještavanje" ostvarili su najviše prosječne ocjene od strane ispitanika koje su prosječno iznosile 4,44. Visoku ocjenu građana dobili su i preciznost te pouzdanost dolaska i odlaska autobusa, kao i organizacija javnog gradskog prijevoza tvrtke Gradski parking s prosječnom ocjenom 4,20, dok su "visina cijene autobusne karte", "uvažanje komentara i primjedbi", i "opremljenost autobusnih stanica" ostvarili prosječnu ocjenu 3,74.

Iz Grada Šibenika podsjećaju da su novi sustav javnog gradskog prijevoza na svom području uspostavili 1. rujna 2022. godine u sklopu poduzeća Gradski parking d.o.o. Šibenik. Ističu da je kvalitetan, točan, pouzdan, učinkovit i siguran javni gradski prijevoz jedan je od značajnih čimbenika za kvalitetu života građana i posjetitelja na domicilnom području. 

„Rezultati ove ankete nas nisu iznenadili jer smo reorganizaciji javnog gradskog prijevoza pristupili stručno i sustavno. Očekujem da u vremenu koje dolazi - nabavom novih autobusa, povećanjem broja polazaka i broja linija te izgradnjom novih autobusnih ugibališta, a u konačnici izgradnjom Centra javnog gradskog prijevoza u gospodarskoj zoni Podi – rezultati narednih anketa budu još bolji“, kazao je zamjenik šibenskog gradonačelnika mr.sc. Danijel Mileta.

Projekt SPINE (engl. Smart public transport Initiatives for climate-Neutral cities in Europe project) projekt je Europske Unije (EU) koji od 1. siječnja 2023. godine ima za cilj ubrzati napredak prema klimatskoj neutralnosti integriranjem sustava javnog prijevoza s novim uslugama mobilnosti, shemama dijeljenja, aktivnim načinima transporta, i mikro-mobilnošću. Sustav javnog gradskog prijevoza neophodan je dio slagalice klimatske tranzicije, a ovim projektom želi se stvoriti učinkovitiji, održiviji, otporniji i inkluzivniji sustav javnog prijevoza. Gradovi država članica EU koji su uključeni u SPINE projekt su Antwerpen (Belgija), Bologna (Italija), Tallin (Estonija), Las Palmas (Španjolska), Barreiro (Portugal), Valladolid (Španjolska), Zilina (Slovačka), Heraklion (Grčka), Gdynia (Poljska), Rouen (Francuska) i Šibenik (Hrvatska). Iznos dodijeljenih bespovratnih sredstava za Grad Šibenik iznosi 677.250,00 EUR, a projekt završava 2026. godine, navode u gradskoj upravi.

Grad Šibenik je u suradnji s Veleučilištem u Šibeniku anketirao građana o zadovoljstvu uslugom javnog prijevoza za potrebe projekta SPINE (Smart public transport Initiatives for climate-Neutral cities in Europe project), financiranog iz programa HORIZON Europe. Rezultati analize upućuju na ukupno zadovoljstvo građana Šibenika novim javnim gradskim prijevozom, izvijestili su iz šibenske gradske uprave.

Anketni upitnik sastojao se od 11 pitanja, a glavni cilj istraživanja bilo je dobivanje kvalitetnih i kvantitativnih informacija o zadovoljstvu građana uslugom javnog gradskog prijevoza.

Anketno istraživanje građana Šibenika na lokacijama autobusnih stajališta "Autobusni kolodvor Šibenik", "Bolnica" (ulaz s ulice Stjepana Radića), "Baldekin" (kod spomenika poginulim braniteljima), "Pijaca ili Tržnica" (kod Hrvatske poštanske banke) i "Poljana" (kod Kazališta) provelo je ukupno 10 studenata Stručnog prijediplomskog studija Promet Veleučilišta u Šibeniku na uzorku od ukupno 100 ispitanika.

Analizom prosječnih ocjena zadovoljstva ispitivanih čimbenika kvalitete javnog gradskog prijevoza, čimbenici kvalitete "ponašanje i ljubaznost vozača", "urednost autobusa", "točno i pravodobno obavještavanje" ostvarili su najviše prosječne ocjene od strane ispitanika koje su prosječno iznosile 4,44. Visoku ocjenu građana dobili su i preciznost te pouzdanost dolaska i odlaska autobusa, kao i organizacija javnog gradskog prijevoza tvrtke Gradski parking s prosječnom ocjenom 4,20, dok su "visina cijene autobusne karte", "uvažanje komentara i primjedbi", i "opremljenost autobusnih stanica" ostvarili prosječnu ocjenu 3,74.

Iz Grada Šibenika podsjećaju da su novi sustav javnog gradskog prijevoza na svom području uspostavili 1. rujna 2022. godine u sklopu poduzeća Gradski parking d.o.o. Šibenik. Ističu da je kvalitetan, točan, pouzdan, učinkovit i siguran javni gradski prijevoz jedan je od značajnih čimbenika za kvalitetu života građana i posjetitelja na domicilnom području. 

„Rezultati ove ankete nas nisu iznenadili jer smo reorganizaciji javnog gradskog prijevoza pristupili stručno i sustavno. Očekujem da u vremenu koje dolazi - nabavom novih autobusa, povećanjem broja polazaka i broja linija te izgradnjom novih autobusnih ugibališta, a u konačnici izgradnjom Centra javnog gradskog prijevoza u gospodarskoj zoni Podi – rezultati narednih anketa budu još bolji“, kazao je zamjenik šibenskog gradonačelnika mr.sc. Danijel Mileta.

Projekt SPINE (engl. Smart public transport Initiatives for climate-Neutral cities in Europe project) projekt je Europske Unije (EU) koji od 1. siječnja 2023. godine ima za cilj ubrzati napredak prema klimatskoj neutralnosti integriranjem sustava javnog prijevoza s novim uslugama mobilnosti, shemama dijeljenja, aktivnim načinima transporta, i mikro-mobilnošću. Sustav javnog gradskog prijevoza neophodan je dio slagalice klimatske tranzicije, a ovim projektom želi se stvoriti učinkovitiji, održiviji, otporniji i inkluzivniji sustav javnog prijevoza. Gradovi država članica EU koji su uključeni u SPINE projekt su Antwerpen (Belgija), Bologna (Italija), Tallin (Estonija), Las Palmas (Španjolska), Barreiro (Portugal), Valladolid (Španjolska), Zilina (Slovačka), Heraklion (Grčka), Gdynia (Poljska), Rouen (Francuska) i Šibenik (Hrvatska). Iznos dodijeljenih bespovratnih sredstava za Grad Šibenik iznosi 677.250,00 EUR, a projekt završava 2026. godine, navode u gradskoj upravi.
