Iako se Šibenik ne može svrstati među najskuplje gradove na obali kada su cijene stambenih kvadrata u pitanju, na oglasnicima za prodaju nekretnina sve je više luksuznih, modernih stanova koji čekaju na novog vlasnika. 

Izdvojili smo pet najskupljih stanova na području Šibenika koji su trenutno oglašeni na prodaju, pa ako imate viška novca ili razmišljate o kupnji nekretnine u Krešimirovom gradu, evo stanova za koje će trebati dobro „odrišiti kesu”.

Daleko najskuplji stan u Šibeniku nalazi se u blizini rive. Riječ je o stanu od 181,8 četvornih metara koji se sastoji od kuhinje, blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i  tri prostrane spavaće sobe. Drugi najskuplji stan koji se u Šibeniku može kupiti nalazi se na Šubićevcu. Riječ je o stanu od 217 četvornih metara koji se nalazi u novoizgrađenoj stambenoj zgradi. Veliki stan sastoji se od kuhinje, dnevnog boravka, hodnika, četiri spavaće sobe, dva kupatila, toalet, velika terasa, praonica, spremište, Stanu pripada i dvorište od 488 četvornih metara u kojem se nalazi bazen s roštiljem i parkiralištem. Nešto povoljniji stan od dva navedena može se pronaći u centru grada. Riječ je o trosobnom stanu veličine 120 četvornih metara s vrtnom terasom i pogledom na more. Cijena stana iznosi 990.000 eura a oglas možete pogledati ovdje. 

U staroj gradskoj jezgri prodaje se stan od 136 četvorna metra. Kako je navedeno u oglasu kojeg možete pronaći ovdje, riječ je o stanu koji je kompletno renoviran 2010. godine te je podijeljen na četiri stambene jedinice. Cijena ovog stana iznosi 725.000 eura. 

Da se luksuzne nekretnine mogu pronaći i van centra Šibenika dokazuje i stan koji se nalazi u gradskoj četvrti Crnica. Riječ je o stanu veličine 139 četvornih metara koji se između ostaloga sastoji od kuhinje, blagovaonice i dnevnog boravka iz kojeg se pruža predivan pogled na šibenski kanal. Iako se Šibenik ne može svrstati među najskuplje gradove na obali kada su cijene stambenih kvadrata u pitanju, na oglasnicima za prodaju nekretnina sve je više luksuznih, modernih stanova koji čekaju na novog vlasnika. 

Izdvojili smo pet najskupljih stanova na području Šibenika koji su trenutno oglašeni na prodaju, pa ako imate viška novca ili razmišljate o kupnji nekretnine u Krešimirovom gradu, evo stanova za koje će trebati dobro „odrišiti kesu”.

Daleko najskuplji stan u Šibeniku nalazi se u blizini rive. Riječ je o stanu od 181,8 četvornih metara koji se sastoji od kuhinje, blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i  tri prostrane spavaće sobe. Budućem vlasniku koji će za ovu nekretninu morati izdvojiti 1.650.000  eura na raspolaganju je i podzemna garaža koja je povezana liftom. Oglas možete pogledati ovdje. 

Drugi najskuplji stan koji se u Šibeniku može kupiti nalazi se na Šubićevcu. Riječ je o stanu od 217 četvornih metara koji se nalazi u novoizgrađenoj stambenoj zgradi. Veliki stan sastoji se od kuhinje, dnevnog boravka, hodnika, četiri spavaće sobe, dva kupatila, toalet, velika terasa, praonica, spremište, Stanu pripada i dvorište od 488 četvornih metara u kojem se nalazi bazen s roštiljem i parkiralištem. Nešto povoljniji stan od dva navedena može se pronaći u centru grada. Riječ je o trosobnom stanu veličine 120 četvornih metara s vrtnom terasom i pogledom na more. Cijena stana iznosi 990.000 eura a oglas možete pogledati ovdje. 

U staroj gradskoj jezgri prodaje se stan od 136 četvorna metra. Kako je navedeno u oglasu kojeg možete pronaći ovdje, riječ je o stanu koji je kompletno renoviran 2010. godine te je podijeljen na četiri stambene jedinice. Cijena ovog stana iznosi 725.000 eura. 

Da se luksuzne nekretnine mogu pronaći i van centra Šibenika dokazuje i stan koji se nalazi u gradskoj četvrti Crnica. Riječ je o stanu veličine 139 četvornih metara koji se između ostaloga sastoji od kuhinje, blagovaonice i dnevnog boravka iz kojeg se pruža predivan pogled na šibenski kanal. Nevjerojatan luksuz: pronašli smo pet najskupljih stanova u Šibeniku, zamantat će vam se kad pogledate cijene

Iako se Šibenik ne može svrstati među najskuplje gradove na obali kada su cijene stambenih kvadrata u pitanju, na oglasnicima za prodaju nekretnina sve je više luksuznih, modernih stanova koji čekaju na novog vlasnika. 

Izdvojili smo pet najskupljih stanova na području Šibenika koji su trenutno oglašeni na prodaju, pa ako imate viška novca ili razmišljate o kupnji nekretnine u Krešimirovom gradu, evo stanova za koje će trebati dobro „odrišiti kesu”.

Daleko najskuplji stan u Šibeniku nalazi se u blizini rive. Riječ je o stanu od 181,8 četvornih metara koji se sastoji od kuhinje, blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i  tri prostrane spavaće sobe. Budućem vlasniku koji će za ovu nekretninu morati izdvojiti 1.650.000  eura na raspolaganju je i podzemna garaža koja je povezana liftom. Oglas možete pogledati ovdje. 

Drugi najskuplji stan koji se u Šibeniku može kupiti nalazi se na Šubićevcu. Riječ je o stanu od 217 četvornih metara koji se nalazi u novoizgrađenoj stambenoj zgradi. Veliki stan sastoji se od kuhinje, dnevnog boravka, hodnika, četiri spavaće sobe, dva kupatila, toalet, velika terasa, praonica, spremište, Stanu pripada i dvorište od 488 četvornih metara u kojem se nalazi bazen s roštiljem i parkiralištem. Stan je procijenjen na 1.150.000 eura, a oglas možete pogledati ovdje.

Nešto povoljniji stan od dva navedena može se pronaći u centru grada. Riječ je o trosobnom stanu veličine 120 četvornih metara s vrtnom terasom i pogledom na more. Cijena stana iznosi 990.000 eura a oglas možete pogledati ovdje. 

U staroj gradskoj jezgri prodaje se stan od 136 četvorna metra. Kako je navedeno u oglasu kojeg možete pronaći ovdje, riječ je o stanu koji je kompletno renoviran 2010. godine te je podijeljen na četiri stambene jedinice. Cijena ovog stana iznosi 725.000 eura. 

Da se luksuzne nekretnine mogu pronaći i van centra Šibenika dokazuje i stan koji se nalazi u gradskoj četvrti Crnica. Riječ je o stanu veličine 139 četvornih metara koji se između ostaloga sastoji od kuhinje, blagovaonice i dnevnog boravka iz kojeg se pruža predivan pogled na šibenski kanal.
