Krenula je velika medijska kampanja kozmetičke tvrtke "L‘occitane en Provence" posvećena 33-godišnjoj francuskoj jedriličarki Clarisse Crémer koja kreće u jedan od najuzbudljivijih izazova u svojoj karijeri: natjecanje na sljedećem Vendée Globeu, u studenom 2024. godine.

Clarisse Cremer je 2021. godine, nakon 87 dana oplovila svijet te postavila ženski rekord u povijesti najekstremnije jedriličarske regate za samce Vendee Globe. Iako je na cilj ove mješovite svjetske regate duge oko 25 tisuća nautičkih milja stigla dvanaesta, prethodni rekord star dvadeset godina koji je držala britanska skiperica Ellen MacArthur poboljšala je za sedam dana i dva sata.

Bilo je to doba kada su se sponzori otimali za ovu krhku Parižanku koja je imala tek nekoliko godina iskustva u jedrenju, a toliko je postigla u kratko vrijeme. No, njezino sponzorstvo prekinuto je zbog majčinstva, a njime i snovi o

Vendée Globeu, najtežoj jedriličarskoj utrci na svijetu, gdje se natjecatelji moraju boriti s napornom samostalnom plovidbom oko svijeta dugom 24 tisuće milja bez prekida.

Iako je najavljivala da se unatoč bebi, neće odreći jedrenja, tadašnji sponzor Banque Populaire joj je otkazao ugovor bojeći se da neće iamti svog(ju predstavnika na startu idućeg Vendee Globea. Taj potez izazvao je brojne osude, a u Francuskoj su se čak organizirali prosvjedi u znak podrške Clarissei koja je u međuremenu, u studenom prošle godine, rodila kćerkicu.

Onda se javio "L‘occitane en Provence" koji je ovdje vidio odličnu priliku za promocijom, a usput puno je pomogao jedriličarki koja nije odustala od svojih snova.

- Želimo promovirati žene u jedrenju, kompetitivnom svijetu koji je još uvijek uglavnom muški. Doista, čast nam je podržati sve žene u njihovim osobnim i profesionalnim projektima. Clarisseina borba da spoji svoju ulogu majke sa svojim težnjama prema karijeri je borba mnogih žena - poručili su iz kozmetičke firme.

Vendée Globe se odvija svake četiri godine, sa startom i ciljem u Les Sables d‘Olonneu u zapadnoj Francuskoj. Skiperi plove jakim vjetrovima, žestokim valovima i opasnim ledom na svojim putovanjima do cilja, što je i dalje najveća nagrada u solo jedrenju.

Sama Clarisse je presretna i spremna za novi solo izazov.

Krenula je velika medijska kampanja kozmetičke tvrtke "L‘occitane en Provence" posvećena 33-godišnjoj francuskoj jedriličarki Clarisse Crémer koja kreće u jedan od najuzbudljivijih izazova u svojoj karijeri: natjecanje na sljedećem Vendée Globeu, u studenom 2024. godine.

Clarisse Cremer je 2021. godine, nakon 87 dana oplovila svijet te postavila ženski rekord u povijesti najekstremnije jedriličarske regate za samce Vendee Globe. Iako je na cilj ove mješovite svjetske regate duge oko 25 tisuća nautičkih milja stigla dvanaesta, prethodni rekord star dvadeset godina koji je držala britanska skiperica Ellen MacArthur poboljšala je za sedam dana i dva sata.

Bilo je to doba kada su se sponzori otimali za ovu krhku Parižanku koja je imala tek nekoliko godina iskustva u jedrenju, a toliko je postigla u kratko vrijeme. No, njezino sponzorstvo prekinuto je zbog majčinstva, a njime i snovi o

Vendée Globeu, najtežoj jedriličarskoj utrci na svijetu, gdje se natjecatelji moraju boriti s napornom samostalnom plovidbom oko svijeta dugom 24 tisuće milja bez prekida.

Iako je najavljivala da se unatoč bebi, neće odreći jedrenja, tadašnji sponzor Banque Populaire joj je otkazao ugovor bojeći se da neće iamti svog(ju predstavnika na startu idućeg Vendee Globea. Taj potez izazvao je brojne osude, a u Francuskoj su se čak organizirali prosvjedi u znak podrške Clarissei koja je u međuremenu, u studenom prošle godine, rodila kćerkicu.

Onda se javio "L‘occitane en Provence" koji je ovdje vidio odličnu priliku za promocijom, a usput puno je pomogao jedriličarki koja nije odustala od svojih snova.

- Želimo promovirati žene u jedrenju, kompetitivnom svijetu koji je još uvijek uglavnom muški. Doista, čast nam je podržati sve žene u njihovim osobnim i profesionalnim projektima. Clarisseina borba da spoji svoju ulogu majke sa svojim težnjama prema karijeri je borba mnogih žena - poručili su iz kozmetičke firme.

Vendée Globe se odvija svake četiri godine, sa startom i ciljem u Les Sables d‘Olonneu u zapadnoj Francuskoj. Skiperi plove jakim vjetrovima, žestokim valovima i opasnim ledom na svojim putovanjima do cilja, što je i dalje najveća nagrada u solo jedrenju.

Sama Clarisse je presretna i spremna za novi solo izazov.
