Mirni i tihi Trstenik na Pelješcu još se ne priprema za sezonu. Iz puste zime naglo su skliznuli u temperaturno ljetno vrijeme, ali to nikog nije osobito dojmilo.

Nema one užurbanosti i građevinskih radova na svakom koraku kao u Gradu. Skoro da nema ni čeljadi, samo u kafićima gdje sjedi par mladih, a oni malo stariji pred jedinom butigom. Mačak se lijeno proteže nasred lokalne ceste. Ni automobili ne prolaze.

Na rivi, u korijenu mula stoji visoka kuća s četiri balkona, spremna za obnovu koja će uskoro započeti. Prije nekoliko godina Nizozemac Boudewijn Hugo Sanders, kao predzadnji vlasnik, prodao ju je Gerbrandu Mulleru, londonskom bankaru koji je 2019. preuzeo tvrtku Trstenik Dalmacija i kuću od nizozemskog vlasnika. Ljetovao je na Pelješcu s obitelji, suprugom i dvije kćeri, i zaljubio se u ovaj kraj. Odlučio je tu kupiti kuću, svjestan da traži velika ulaganja. No, to ga nije obeshrabrilo...

Mirni i tihi Trstenik na Pelješcu još se ne priprema za sezonu. Iz puste zime naglo su skliznuli u temperaturno ljetno vrijeme, ali to nikog nije osobito dojmilo.

Nema one užurbanosti i građevinskih radova na svakom koraku kao u Gradu. Skoro da nema ni čeljadi, samo u kafićima gdje sjedi par mladih, a oni malo stariji pred jedinom butigom. Mačak se lijeno proteže nasred lokalne ceste. Ni automobili ne prolaze.

Na rivi, u korijenu mula stoji visoka kuća s četiri balkona, spremna za obnovu koja će uskoro započeti. Prije nekoliko godina Nizozemac Boudewijn Hugo Sanders, kao predzadnji vlasnik, prodao ju je Gerbrandu Mulleru, londonskom bankaru koji je 2019. preuzeo tvrtku Trstenik Dalmacija i kuću od nizozemskog vlasnika. Ljetovao je na Pelješcu s obitelji, suprugom i dvije kćeri, i zaljubio se u ovaj kraj. Odlučio je tu kupiti kuću, svjestan da traži velika ulaganja. No, to ga nije obeshrabrilo...
