Pojesti pjat domaće juhe mnogima je jedini ispravan način za početi ručak, a krepka juhica prava je stvar kad nas pritisnu zdravstvene tegobe. No kako dobiti najbolju domaću juhu? Oko te teme mogli biste se dobro posvađati, jer svatko misli da o tome zna sve što treba znati, a jedan od najspornijih detalja je naoko jednostavno pitanje: li juhu ispravno kuhati s poklopcem ili bez njega?

Juhu možete kuhati pokrivenu ili nepokrivenu, ovisno o rezultatu koji želite postići. Ako je otklopite, tekućina će brže ispariti, potencijalno stvarajući gušću i ukusniju juhu. Ako je poklopite, skratit ćete vrijeme kuhanja, ali može se dogoditi da juha neće imati jednako bogat okus te da će postati mutna.

Međutim, postoje iznimke. Ako kuhate tvrđi komad mesa za juhu, pa je potrebno dulje kuhanje te stoga povrće planirate dodati kad je meso napola gotovo, najbolja je opcija juhu najprije kuhati otklopljenu, kako bi se meso što bolje skuhalo i postalo mekano, a poklopac skinuti nakon što ste ubacili povrće.

Juhu možete kuhati pokrivenu ili nepokrivenu, ovisno o rezultatu koji želite postići. Ako je otklopite, tekućina će brže ispariti, potencijalno stvarajući gušću i ukusniju juhu. Ako je poklopite, skratit ćete vrijeme kuhanja, ali može se dogoditi da juha neće imati jednako bogat okus te da će postati mutna.

Međutim, postoje iznimke. Ako kuhate tvrđi komad mesa za juhu, pa je potrebno dulje kuhanje te stoga povrće planirate dodati kad je meso napola gotovo, najbolja je opcija juhu najprije kuhati otklopljenu, kako bi se meso što bolje skuhalo i postalo mekano, a poklopac skinuti nakon što ste ubacili povrće.
