  HDZ je preuzeo vlast u Gradskom vijeću Opuzena. Nakon ostavke Jure Stanića (nezavisni) na mjestu predsjednika koju su gradski vijećnici službeno primili na znanje izabran je novi predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Kristijan Soče (HDZ) čime je koalicija HDZ-HSLS pojačana sa vijećnikom HNS-a dobila većinu. Na sjednici su sudjelovali i vijećnici Mosta, koji su otišli u oporbu dok se gradonačelnik Ivan Mataga (nezavisni) nije pojavio. Podsjetimo, Gradsko vijeće Opuzena ima 13 vijećnika. Koalicija HDZ-HSLS ima 6 vijećnika, Most 4, HNS 1 te Nezavisna lista 2. Za vladajuću većinu potrebno je potpora sedam vijećnika, što je HDZ i osigurao. 

HDZ je sredinom svibnja zatražio sazivanje izvanredne sjednice Gradskog vijeća na kojoj se zbog proceduralne pogreške nije moglo raspravljalo o ostavci tadašnjeg predsjednika Jure Stanića. Nakon toga uslijedilo je nekoliko priopćenja aktualnog gradonačelnika Ivana Matage, koji je posebno pozivao HDZ-HSLS-a koji imaju trećinu vijećnika da žurno sazovu Gradsko vijeće. No kada se to i dogodilo nije bio nazočan na sjednici premda su vijećnici nove vladajuće većine očekivali da će im se obratiti i podnijeti izvješće o aktualnom stanju u gradu Opuzenu, realizaciji starih i pripremama novih projekata.

  - Mi za sada nemamo nikakvih informacija što se događa u gradu Opuzenu. Ali s obzirom da imamo većinu u Gradskom vijeću preuzimamo odgovornost i sudjelovati ćemo u radu nadzornih odbora i upravnih vijeća gradskih ustanova i poduzeća u kojima do sada nismo imali nijednog našega člana-kazao je Soče, naglašavajući da će se već na idućoj sjednici pokrenuti postupci za nova imenovanja.

Osim toga, prioritet u radu Gradskog vijeća biti će podjela državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta i raspisivanje natječaja za zakup na području Opuzena. Trenutačno se državno poljoprivredno zemljište koristi na temelju privremenih ugovora o zakupu.

  - Nismo upoznati do kuda je stigao program raspolaganja državnim zemljištem, koji se nekoliko puta vraćao Ministarstvu poljoprivrede na doradu. Kao oporba bili smo konstruktivni i nismo stvarali probleme gradonačelniku oko toga-kazao je Soče koji se nada suradnji sa gradonačelnikom Mataga za dobrobit građana Opuzena iako nisu ista politička opcija.

Mataga: Žalosno i tragikomično

Žalosno, tragikomično, ali istinito, to je stanje trenutno u našem Gradskom vijeću, napisao je gradonačelnik Ivan Mataga na svom facebook profilu.

Čestitam novom predsjedniku vijeća Kristijanu Soči na izboru, biti će kohabitacija sigurno, ali poslovno ćemo nastaviti sljedeće dvije godine u istom ili još jačem tonu na interes grada i naših građana kao što se radilo prethodne dvije godine u skladu s financijskim mogućnostima Grada, do redovnih izbora.

  HDZ je preuzeo vlast u Gradskom vijeću Opuzena. Nakon ostavke Jure Stanića (nezavisni) na mjestu predsjednika koju su gradski vijećnici službeno primili na znanje izabran je novi predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Kristijan Soče (HDZ) čime je koalicija HDZ-HSLS pojačana sa vijećnikom HNS-a dobila većinu. Na sjednici su sudjelovali i vijećnici Mosta, koji su otišli u oporbu dok se gradonačelnik Ivan Mataga (nezavisni) nije pojavio. Podsjetimo, Gradsko vijeće Opuzena ima 13 vijećnika. Koalicija HDZ-HSLS ima 6 vijećnika, Most 4, HNS 1 te Nezavisna lista 2. Za vladajuću većinu potrebno je potpora sedam vijećnika, što je HDZ i osigurao. 

HDZ je sredinom svibnja zatražio sazivanje izvanredne sjednice Gradskog vijeća na kojoj se zbog proceduralne pogreške nije moglo raspravljalo o ostavci tadašnjeg predsjednika Jure Stanića. Nakon toga uslijedilo je nekoliko priopćenja aktualnog gradonačelnika Ivana Matage, koji je posebno pozivao HDZ-HSLS-a koji imaju trećinu vijećnika da žurno sazovu Gradsko vijeće. No kada se to i dogodilo nije bio nazočan na sjednici premda su vijećnici nove vladajuće većine očekivali da će im se obratiti i podnijeti izvješće o aktualnom stanju u gradu Opuzenu, realizaciji starih i pripremama novih projekata.

  - Mi za sada nemamo nikakvih informacija što se događa u gradu Opuzenu. Ali s obzirom da imamo većinu u Gradskom vijeću preuzimamo odgovornost i sudjelovati ćemo u radu nadzornih odbora i upravnih vijeća gradskih ustanova i poduzeća u kojima do sada nismo imali nijednog našega člana-kazao je Soče, naglašavajući da će se već na idućoj sjednici pokrenuti postupci za nova imenovanja.

Osim toga, prioritet u radu Gradskog vijeća biti će podjela državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta i raspisivanje natječaja za zakup na području Opuzena. Trenutačno se državno poljoprivredno zemljište koristi na temelju privremenih ugovora o zakupu.

  - Nismo upoznati do kuda je stigao program raspolaganja državnim zemljištem, koji se nekoliko puta vraćao Ministarstvu poljoprivrede na doradu. Kao oporba bili smo konstruktivni i nismo stvarali probleme gradonačelniku oko toga-kazao je Soče koji se nada suradnji sa gradonačelnikom Mataga za dobrobit građana Opuzena iako nisu ista politička opcija.

Mataga: Žalosno i tragikomično

Žalosno, tragikomično, ali istinito, to je stanje trenutno u našem Gradskom vijeću, napisao je gradonačelnik Ivan Mataga na svom facebook profilu.

Čestitam novom predsjedniku vijeća Kristijanu Soči na izboru, biti će kohabitacija sigurno, ali poslovno ćemo nastaviti sljedeće dvije godine u istom ili još jačem tonu na interes grada i naših građana kao što se radilo prethodne dvije godine u skladu s financijskim mogućnostima Grada, do redovnih izbora.
