Projekt Pružanje telemedicinske usluge za pacijente sa srčanim elektroničkim uređajima predstavljen je jučer, u petak, 10. veljače u prostorijama Doma zdravlja u Korčuli. Radi se o uređaju tvrtke Medtronic koji očitava rad i stanje srčanih elektrostimulatora i sličnih uređaja, podatke šalje telemetrijski u Split, a nakon što ih kardiolog očita na isti ih način vraća nazad u Korčulu liječniku obiteljske medicine. Dom zdravlja Korčula zagazio je u 21. stoljeće.

Posebnost ovog projekta leži u činjenici što se u Hrvatskoj prvi put pruža usluga da se pacijentima s "pacemakerima", defibrilatorima i sličnim uređajima, funkcija tih uređaja koji im život znače može kontrolirati iz ustanova udaljenih od bolničkih centara kao što je otok Korčula. Velika je to vijest za zdravstvene osiguranike na otoku, od jučer neće morati svakih, otprilike, šest mjeseci u KBC Split na Zavod za aritmiju na pregled uređaja, već će to obaviti u desetak minuta u DZ Korčula.

"Svi smo svjedoci teškoća života otočana, u zimskim mjesecima svjedočimo brojnim otkazivanjima katamaranskih i trajektnih linija zbog nevremena, a u ljetnim mjesecima ogromnim gužvama. Tu su i troškovi putovanja, gubitak radnih dana i slično. Koliko znamo, ovo je prvi ovakav uređaj na udaljenom, izoliranom mjestu, zadovoljni smo što možemo pacijentima pružiti novu zdravstvenu uslugu, ali i bolju kvalitetu života na otoku", poručio je ravnatelj DZ Korčula Sebastijan Fabris zahvalivši se svima koji su sudjelovali u projektu.

Projekt je plod suradnje KBC-a Split, tvrtke Medtronic i DZ Korčula. Primopredaja i puštanje uređaja u rad obavljeno je u nazočnosti kardiologinje, pročelnice Zavoda za aritmije KBC-a Split, docentice spec. dr. sc. Zrinke Jurišić, dr. med. spec. Nine Berović također iz KBC-a Split, predstavnika tvrtke Medtronic Josipa Radića, ravnatelja DZ Ante Franulović iz Vele Luke Jurice Petkovića, ravnatelja Fabrisa i djelatnika DZ Korčula te predstavnika medija. Začetnica ideje je docentica Jurišić koja je odlučila aparat donirati Korčuli.

"Zašto baš Korčula? Tijekom pandemije koronavirusa udaljenost i izolacija otoka činila se većom nego inače. U jednom je trenu bilo sve zatvoreno, a mi smo znali da imamo pacijente s uređajima koji dolaze dva puta godišnje na kontrole koje moramo primiti, kojima moramo zamijeniti uređaje, koje moramo pozvati unatoč svim zabrana. Mučili smo se s pametnim mobitelima, slali stare nalaze i slično. Pregledom baze podataka zaključili smo da je Korčula udaljen otok s najviše pacijenata sa srčanim uređajima i tako smo se odlučili na DZ Korčula. Ovo je značajno unapređenje zdravstvene skrbi na otocima, a izolacija udaljenih područja je ovim projektom postala manja", poručila je docentica Jurišić.

Tijekom primopredaje održana je i demonstracija uređaja u kojoj su sudjelovala dva otočna pacijenta sa srčanim uređajima, pregledu su pristupili gospodin Ante i gospodin Ivo. Medicinska djelatnica jednostavnim je pregledom očitala funkcije srca pacijenata te rad srčanih uređaja, prijenos podataka odrađen je putem "Care Link Express-a" s pacijenta na uređaj, a podaci su onda s uređaja, u realnom vremenu, poslani u KBC Split doktoru kardiologu. Kardiolog se putem video poziva javio prisutnima s očitanim rezultatima i nalazima, pregled je trajao desetak minuta dok su nalazi dvojice pacijenata bili uredni. Kako je naglasio splitski kardiolog, nalazi ne ukazuju na aritmiju, tehničke komponente uređaja funkcioniraju, kapacitet baterije je više nego dostatan, a elektrode su uredne. Usluga će se obavljati putem uputnica HZZO, a nalaze će dobivati liječnici preko centralnog informatičkog zdravstvenog sustava (CEZIH-a).

Projekt Pružanje telemedicinske usluge za pacijente sa srčanim elektroničkim uređajima predstavljen je jučer, u petak, 10. veljače u prostorijama Doma zdravlja u Korčuli. Radi se o uređaju tvrtke Medtronic koji očitava rad i stanje srčanih elektrostimulatora i sličnih uređaja, podatke šalje telemetrijski u Split, a nakon što ih kardiolog očita na isti ih način vraća nazad u Korčulu liječniku obiteljske medicine. Dom zdravlja Korčula zagazio je u 21. stoljeće.

Posebnost ovog projekta leži u činjenici što se u Hrvatskoj prvi put pruža usluga da se pacijentima s "pacemakerima", defibrilatorima i sličnim uređajima, funkcija tih uređaja koji im život znače može kontrolirati iz ustanova udaljenih od bolničkih centara kao što je otok Korčula. Velika je to vijest za zdravstvene osiguranike na otoku, od jučer neće morati svakih, otprilike, šest mjeseci u KBC Split na Zavod za aritmiju na pregled uređaja, već će to obaviti u desetak minuta u DZ Korčula.

"Svi smo svjedoci teškoća života otočana, u zimskim mjesecima svjedočimo brojnim otkazivanjima katamaranskih i trajektnih linija zbog nevremena, a u ljetnim mjesecima ogromnim gužvama. Tu su i troškovi putovanja, gubitak radnih dana i slično. Koliko znamo, ovo je prvi ovakav uređaj na udaljenom, izoliranom mjestu, zadovoljni smo što možemo pacijentima pružiti novu zdravstvenu uslugu, ali i bolju kvalitetu života na otoku", poručio je ravnatelj DZ Korčula Sebastijan Fabris zahvalivši se svima koji su sudjelovali u projektu.

Projekt je plod suradnje KBC-a Split, tvrtke Medtronic i DZ Korčula. Primopredaja i puštanje uređaja u rad obavljeno je u nazočnosti kardiologinje, pročelnice Zavoda za aritmije KBC-a Split, docentice spec. dr. sc. Zrinke Jurišić, dr. med. spec. Nine Berović također iz KBC-a Split, predstavnika tvrtke Medtronic Josipa Radića, ravnatelja DZ Ante Franulović iz Vele Luke Jurice Petkovića, ravnatelja Fabrisa i djelatnika DZ Korčula te predstavnika medija. Začetnica ideje je docentica Jurišić koja je odlučila aparat donirati Korčuli.

"Zašto baš Korčula? Tijekom pandemije koronavirusa udaljenost i izolacija otoka činila se većom nego inače. U jednom je trenu bilo sve zatvoreno, a mi smo znali da imamo pacijente s uređajima koji dolaze dva puta godišnje na kontrole koje moramo primiti, kojima moramo zamijeniti uređaje, koje moramo pozvati unatoč svim zabrana. Mučili smo se s pametnim mobitelima, slali stare nalaze i slično. Pregledom baze podataka zaključili smo da je Korčula udaljen otok s najviše pacijenata sa srčanim uređajima i tako smo se odlučili na DZ Korčula. Ovo je značajno unapređenje zdravstvene skrbi na otocima, a izolacija udaljenih područja je ovim projektom postala manja", poručila je docentica Jurišić.

Tijekom primopredaje održana je i demonstracija uređaja u kojoj su sudjelovala dva otočna pacijenta sa srčanim uređajima, pregledu su pristupili gospodin Ante i gospodin Ivo. Medicinska djelatnica jednostavnim je pregledom očitala funkcije srca pacijenata te rad srčanih uređaja, prijenos podataka odrađen je putem "Care Link Express-a" s pacijenta na uređaj, a podaci su onda s uređaja, u realnom vremenu, poslani u KBC Split doktoru kardiologu. Kardiolog se putem video poziva javio prisutnima s očitanim rezultatima i nalazima, pregled je trajao desetak minuta dok su nalazi dvojice pacijenata bili uredni. Kako je naglasio splitski kardiolog, nalazi ne ukazuju na aritmiju, tehničke komponente uređaja funkcioniraju, kapacitet baterije je više nego dostatan, a elektrode su uredne. Usluga će se obavljati putem uputnica HZZO, a nalaze će dobivati liječnici preko centralnog informatičkog zdravstvenog sustava (CEZIH-a).
