Zbog kršenja Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti te Odluke o zakupu javnih površina po pitanju razine buke, ugostiteljski objekt „Cele“ kaznit će se oduzimanjem javne površine na sedam dana. Također, navedenom objektu izreći će se novčana kazna u iznosu od 1.327 eura (10. 000 kuna) za pravnu osobu i 265 eura (2.000 kuna) za odgovornu osobu, javljaju iz Grada Dubrovnika.

Naime, Odsjek za komunalno redarstvo Grada Dubrovnika angažirao je ovlaštenog mjeritelja razine buke za ispitivanje razine buke na otvorenom u objektima registriranim za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti te je u subotu, 20. svibnja 2023. godine izvršen nadzor ispred pet ugostiteljskih objekata. Tom prilikom utvrđena je prekomjerna buka od strane ugostiteljskog objekta „Cele“ na način da je reproduciranjem glazbe putem elektro-akustičnih uređaja prekoračena dozvoljena jačina zvuka čime je počinjen prekršaj iz članka 8., stavak 5. kažnjiv po članku 16. stavku Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Dubrovnika. Na javnoj površine ispred ugostiteljskog objekta izmjerena je razina buke 73 decibela [dB(A)], dok je dozvoljena razina 55 decibela.

Podsjetimo, Grad Dubrovnik započeo je punu primjenu odluke o buci u rujnu 2022. godine nakon stupanja na snagu odluka koje reguliraju pitanje buke te će nastaviti sustavno kontrolirati sve ugostiteljske objekte pridržavaju li se propisanih odredbi. U slučaju drugog prekršaja predviđena je kazna oduzimanja javne površine na rok od 30 dana, a ako prekršitelj prekršaj ponovi treći put, trajno će mu se oduzeti pravo korištenja javne površine.

Sukladno zahtjevu građana povijesne jezgre na nedavno održanom zboru građana, Grad Dubrovnik pokrenuo je žurnu izmjenu aktualne Odluke o komunalnom redu, kao i Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Dubrovnika. Između ostalog, na javnim površinama unutar povijesne jezgre bit će zabranjeno izvođenje glazbe na uređajima s pojačalima te će se glazba moći reproducirati isključivo „unplugged“ glazbalima, čime će povijesna jezgra postati prva „unplugged“ zona. Svi zvučnici na fasadama će se ukloniti uz zabranu postavljanja novih.

Smanjenje emitiranja buke u povijesnoj jezgri jedan je i od bitnih ciljeva obuhvaćenih Planom upravljanja svjetskim dobrom UNESCO-a, prvog dokumenta takve vrste u Republici Hrvatskoj, a čije se odredbe uvelike primjenjuju.

Zbog kršenja Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti te Odluke o zakupu javnih površina po pitanju razine buke, ugostiteljski objekt „Cele“ kaznit će se oduzimanjem javne površine na sedam dana. Također, navedenom objektu izreći će se novčana kazna u iznosu od 1.327 eura (10. 000 kuna) za pravnu osobu i 265 eura (2.000 kuna) za odgovornu osobu, javljaju iz Grada Dubrovnika.

Naime, Odsjek za komunalno redarstvo Grada Dubrovnika angažirao je ovlaštenog mjeritelja razine buke za ispitivanje razine buke na otvorenom u objektima registriranim za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti te je u subotu, 20. svibnja 2023. godine izvršen nadzor ispred pet ugostiteljskih objekata. Tom prilikom utvrđena je prekomjerna buka od strane ugostiteljskog objekta „Cele“ na način da je reproduciranjem glazbe putem elektro-akustičnih uređaja prekoračena dozvoljena jačina zvuka čime je počinjen prekršaj iz članka 8., stavak 5. kažnjiv po članku 16. stavku Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Dubrovnika. Na javnoj površine ispred ugostiteljskog objekta izmjerena je razina buke 73 decibela [dB(A)], dok je dozvoljena razina 55 decibela.

Podsjetimo, Grad Dubrovnik započeo je punu primjenu odluke o buci u rujnu 2022. godine nakon stupanja na snagu odluka koje reguliraju pitanje buke te će nastaviti sustavno kontrolirati sve ugostiteljske objekte pridržavaju li se propisanih odredbi. U slučaju drugog prekršaja predviđena je kazna oduzimanja javne površine na rok od 30 dana, a ako prekršitelj prekršaj ponovi treći put, trajno će mu se oduzeti pravo korištenja javne površine.

Sukladno zahtjevu građana povijesne jezgre na nedavno održanom zboru građana, Grad Dubrovnik pokrenuo je žurnu izmjenu aktualne Odluke o komunalnom redu, kao i Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Dubrovnika. Između ostalog, na javnim površinama unutar povijesne jezgre bit će zabranjeno izvođenje glazbe na uređajima s pojačalima te će se glazba moći reproducirati isključivo „unplugged“ glazbalima, čime će povijesna jezgra postati prva „unplugged“ zona. Svi zvučnici na fasadama će se ukloniti uz zabranu postavljanja novih.

Smanjenje emitiranja buke u povijesnoj jezgri jedan je i od bitnih ciljeva obuhvaćenih Planom upravljanja svjetskim dobrom UNESCO-a, prvog dokumenta takve vrste u Republici Hrvatskoj, a čije se odredbe uvelike primjenjuju.

Zbog kršenja Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti te Odluke o zakupu javnih površina po pitanju razine buke, ugostiteljski objekt „Cele“ kaznit će se oduzimanjem javne površine na sedam dana. Također, navedenom objektu izreći će se novčana kazna u iznosu od 1.327 eura (10. 000 kuna) za pravnu osobu i 265 eura (2.000 kuna) za odgovornu osobu, javljaju iz Grada Dubrovnika.

Naime, Odsjek za komunalno redarstvo Grada Dubrovnika angažirao je ovlaštenog mjeritelja razine buke za ispitivanje razine buke na otvorenom u objektima registriranim za obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti te je u subotu, 20. svibnja 2023. godine izvršen nadzor ispred pet ugostiteljskih objekata. Tom prilikom utvrđena je prekomjerna buka od strane ugostiteljskog objekta „Cele“ na način da je reproduciranjem glazbe putem elektro-akustičnih uređaja prekoračena dozvoljena jačina zvuka čime je počinjen prekršaj iz članka 8., stavak 5. kažnjiv po članku 16. stavku Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Dubrovnika. Na javnoj površine ispred ugostiteljskog objekta izmjerena je razina buke 73 decibela [dB(A)], dok je dozvoljena razina 55 decibela.

Podsjetimo, Grad Dubrovnik započeo je punu primjenu odluke o buci u rujnu 2022. godine nakon stupanja na snagu odluka koje reguliraju pitanje buke te će nastaviti sustavno kontrolirati sve ugostiteljske objekte pridržavaju li se propisanih odredbi. U slučaju drugog prekršaja predviđena je kazna oduzimanja javne površine na rok od 30 dana, a ako prekršitelj prekršaj ponovi treći put, trajno će mu se oduzeti pravo korištenja javne površine.

Sukladno zahtjevu građana povijesne jezgre na nedavno održanom zboru građana, Grad Dubrovnik pokrenuo je žurnu izmjenu aktualne Odluke o komunalnom redu, kao i Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Dubrovnika. Između ostalog, na javnim površinama unutar povijesne jezgre bit će zabranjeno izvođenje glazbe na uređajima s pojačalima te će se glazba moći reproducirati isključivo „unplugged“ glazbalima, čime će povijesna jezgra postati prva „unplugged“ zona. Svi zvučnici na fasadama će se ukloniti uz zabranu postavljanja novih.

Smanjenje emitiranja buke u povijesnoj jezgri jedan je i od bitnih ciljeva obuhvaćenih Planom upravljanja svjetskim dobrom UNESCO-a, prvog dokumenta takve vrste u Republici Hrvatskoj, a čije se odredbe uvelike primjenjuju.
