Iz Udruge Sigurnost u prometu poručuju kako je nužno uvesti obvezno osiguranje od odgovornosti za e-romobile.
- Dolaskom ljeta i lijepog vremena svjedoci smo da sve više naših sugrađana za prijevoz koristi bicikl. Ono što je sve prisutnije u našem gradu su električni romobili, kojih u našem gradu ima sve više na prometnicama, a nerijetko voze neprimjerenom brzinom. Svjesni smo da su u našem gradu velike gužve, a nogostupi tijesni i za same pješake. Uporaba električnih romobila regulirana je Zakonom o sigurnosti cestovnog prometa, te oni spadaju pod pomoćno pješačko sredstvo, kojim se može upravljati isključivo na nogostupu, što ćemo priznati je rijetkost. Oni se najčešće kreću prometnicama. - podsjećaju iz Udruge.

- Budući da su električni romobili vrlo povoljni, te manje zagađuju okoliš, postali su jedno od najpopularnijih prijevoznih sredstava. Iako ih sve više sugrađana svakodnevno koristi, od onih najmlađih do starijih. Problem predstavlja nedostatno razvijena prometna infrastruktura, koja je trenutačno namijenjena jedino pa i nedovoljno samo pješacima. Na pločnicima, zbog prekomjerne brzine kojom se ponekad kreću, vozači električnih romobila predstavljaju opasnost za pješake i građane u invalidskim kolicima, a posebno su opasni u interakciji sa slijepim i slabovidnim osobama - ističu iz Udruge.

Također primjećuju kako je u Dubrovniku sve više e-romobila koji se kreću brzinom većom od dopuštene:
- Korištenje zajedničkih površina s pješacima ima za posljedicu i porast broja događaja (stradavanja) u kojima sudjeluju „vozači e-romobila“. Problem se javlja kod šteta koje takva vozila uzrokuju. Tko plaća štetu oštećenima u situaciji kad ne postoji obvezno osiguranje od odgovornosti za štete uzrokovane uporabom e-romobila? Zasada nitko jer ta vozila ne moraju biti pokrivena osiguranjem od odgovornosti.
S obzirom da su ta vozila od nedavno regulirana u Zakonu u sigurnosti prometa na cestama, nema zapreka da se i za takva vozila uvede obvezno osiguranje od odgovornosti.

Iz Udruge Sigurnost u prometu poručuju kako je nužno uvesti obvezno osiguranje od odgovornosti za e-romobile.
- Dolaskom ljeta i lijepog vremena svjedoci smo da sve više naših sugrađana za prijevoz koristi bicikl. Ono što je sve prisutnije u našem gradu su električni romobili, kojih u našem gradu ima sve više na prometnicama, a nerijetko voze neprimjerenom brzinom. Svjesni smo da su u našem gradu velike gužve, a nogostupi tijesni i za same pješake. Uporaba električnih romobila regulirana je Zakonom o sigurnosti cestovnog prometa, te oni spadaju pod pomoćno pješačko sredstvo, kojim se može upravljati isključivo na nogostupu, što ćemo priznati je rijetkost. Oni se najčešće kreću prometnicama. - podsjećaju iz Udruge.

- Budući da su električni romobili vrlo povoljni, te manje zagađuju okoliš, postali su jedno od najpopularnijih prijevoznih sredstava. Iako ih sve više sugrađana svakodnevno koristi, od onih najmlađih do starijih. Problem predstavlja nedostatno razvijena prometna infrastruktura, koja je trenutačno namijenjena jedino pa i nedovoljno samo pješacima. Na pločnicima, zbog prekomjerne brzine kojom se ponekad kreću, vozači električnih romobila predstavljaju opasnost za pješake i građane u invalidskim kolicima, a posebno su opasni u interakciji sa slijepim i slabovidnim osobama - ističu iz Udruge.

Također primjećuju kako je u Dubrovniku sve više e-romobila koji se kreću brzinom većom od dopuštene:
- Korištenje zajedničkih površina s pješacima ima za posljedicu i porast broja događaja (stradavanja) u kojima sudjeluju „vozači e-romobila“. Problem se javlja kod šteta koje takva vozila uzrokuju. Tko plaća štetu oštećenima u situaciji kad ne postoji obvezno osiguranje od odgovornosti za štete uzrokovane uporabom e-romobila? Zasada nitko jer ta vozila ne moraju biti pokrivena osiguranjem od odgovornosti.
S obzirom da su ta vozila od nedavno regulirana u Zakonu u sigurnosti prometa na cestama, nema zapreka da se i za takva vozila uvede obvezno osiguranje od odgovornosti.
